Superb location! The hotel starts from the 7th floor, and the lower floors are part of the Coconosusukino shopping mall. There’s even a supermarket on the B1 floor, which is incredibly convenient. The building is right across from the Nikka Board—one of Susukino’s signature landmarks. The hotel is directly connected to Susukino Subway Station (Exit 5), making it super easy to get around. Everything feels very new, stylish, and well-designed. Our Superior Double Room was surprisingly spacious, and the queen bed was extremely comfortable. They also provided 2 bottles of water, which was a nice touch. The staff are polite and helpful, and the amenities are excellent. Tanukikoji Shopping Street and the airport bus stop are both within a 5‑minute walk away. Highly recommended—I'll definitely choose this hotel again!

Tuve un vuelo cancelado por la noche, ¡qué suerte haber reservado este hotel! Solo tuve que caminar unos minutos hasta el hotel justo después de devolver el equipaje, ¡incluso con el carrito de maletas hasta la puerta de la habitación! Desayuné buffet en el restaurante del hotel, ¡qué bien! ¡Y el ascensor me llevó directamente a la sala de embarque! Las comodidades de la habitación son adecuadas; mi vuelo de regreso a casa fue cancelado y no tenía ropa de dormir limpia. Por suerte, tenían ropa de onsen cómoda que pude usar por la noche. :) Recomendado

Really happy with the stay of 9 days there with this good rates. Room is spacious for 2 and the bathroom is very comfortable with great toilet facilities. It is way better than the photos online. You can drink the tap water directly as it is from the underground natural creek of various healthy minerals even though they provide free bottled snow mountain water every day. Love the shuttle bus services provided from and to hotel on a quite frequent daily timetable easy for us to get to the ice sculpture festival at Odori, and JR station for transportation. Ice cream and coffee jelly ice cream dessert is another reason to visit. Their buffet breakfast is hearty yet delicate very delicious. Overall we have a great stay there and would recommend those travel to Sapporo.

The hotel is within 10 minutes walk from Sapporo JR station and 3 minutes walk from Hokkaido University so the location is very convenient. The room size is generous and it has a public bath on the 2nd floor. Overall a comfortable stay and good value for money. It would be even better if the reception could understand a bit more English or Chinese.

Perfect stay with a good onsen experience and great breakfast. The view of the city from the 23rd floor was cool as well. Would recommend for sure.

Really new hotel, convenient as it is underground accessible. Would stay there again but do note that the underground is only open at 6am, taking earlier train to airport and you’ll have to walk ok ground level with your luggages to Sapporo Station which could be quite an hassle with the icy slippery floor. Told front desk that there’s old lady with us but they wouldn’t accommodate too. Most probably with security reasons.

La ubicación perfecta, rodeada de minibars, restaurantes y mercados de alimentos, las estaciones principales de tren y autobús están a pocos minutos a pie. El hotel ofrece un contenedor de bebidas con café y soda gratis, que es un auténtico plus.

Al llegar al hotel, estaba emocionada. La habitación estaba impecable y elegí una de estilo japonés, lo que me hizo sentir muy cómoda. El hotel está cerca de Noboribetsu Jigokudani y del pueblo de aguas termales, y hay tiendas a solo unos minutos a pie. Si tienes sed de leche después de un baño termal, recuerda comprarla en una tienda al llegar; el hotel no la vende. Compré un poco después de mi baño nocturno y tuve que devolver las últimas cajas. El hotel incluye desayuno y cena buffet, y la comida estaba bastante bien. Había patas de cangrejo y sashimi, pero la selección de carnes era limitada, solo carne de res con grasa. Como fruta, había piñas y frutas variadas enlatadas.

I stayed at Sapporo Hotel by Grandbell for four nights and had a lovely overall experience. The hotel is quite new, and the view from the room was beautiful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. One of my favorite parts was the onsen — they have several different baths to choose from, and it was a great way to relax after a long day out in the cold. The convenience is also a plus, with both FamilyMart and Lawson located just downstairs. The only downside is that the hotel is not very close to the JR station. It’s still walkable, but can feel a bit far, especially in winter. One night, I had trouble finding the correct exit at the station and ended up walking quite a long distance to get back to the hotel. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel for its comfort, facilities, and relaxing atmosphere — just be prepared for a bit of walking.
