As I recall the place was clean and looked like a nice motel from the exterior and interior not sure worn out budget look. My one big complaint about the hotel is that I booked a Queen and that bed did not look like a Queen. It looked like a fall. So when I went down the manager or owner said that all the beds in the hotel were the same size and that was a Queen. But I think they decreed in that hotel that full size beds for queens because at the next hotel I went to that had a Queen it sure looked a lot bigger. I did not have a tape measure with me to rip measures a bed but it sure looked small. I was with my wife so we could sleep close and that's okay. I had already asked to be placed on the 2nd floor to see the scenery outside the window at my wife's request and they put me on the wrong side but we did have some sort of scenery. I thought maybe the manager didn't want to move me twice but he said all the beds were the same size. Anyway be warned if you book a Queen and this hotel you're getting a smaller bed. I was busy and just spent a night there and did not get to enjoy the amenities but I saw they had a pool and heard they had no hot tub and I saw they had a little laundromat type area which is good. They tried to have a nice breakfast with the offerings given the limitations of no commercial kitchen. They had frozen toast and frozen fried eggs with a block of cheese in each egg. The problem was the toast was frozen when I got a hold of it and so was the cheese in the middle of the cooked egg. They were out of eggs when I got there and I suspect the warmer would warm that she's up over time but probably people wanted eggs quicker than they could warm up. The breakfast could be greatly improved by the presence of a microwave oven. I just threw the frozen cinnamon toast on the waffle Maker and heated it up that way but I did not want to do that with an egg though I probably could have. But that would have been unkind to leave that cheese on the griddle for the next customer.

Location is good, we used this as a place to stay the night after visiting grand Teton national park and as a good starting point for our trip up to Yellowstone the next morning. However, the price is extortionate considering that the cabins are in desperate need of updating. There needs to be more thorough cleaning like around the windows where there was mould, there were stains on the bed covers and they couldn’t even be bothered to do something as simple as get the crumbs off of the armchairs in our room. The room also smelt quite strongly of vinegar when we arrived. These are things which we could live with and usually look past but for the price you pay, you expect more. The places to eat are limited but that being said, the pulled pork bun at the diner was very nice tasting despite the untidy appearance of the diner. The service could be better - it’s not clear how it works for ordering & no one acknowledged us when we walked in so we sat down rather confused about how to order. The waiter walked past us a few times and ignored us until we asked how to order. He then told us to go sit in another section that was being served by someone else - thankfully once we moved, the new waiter was more attentive and nice.

This was our second time as this property in Jackson Hole. The service is exceptional. Jessi at the front desk had our reservation as a different room. Upon showing our confirmation for a King Studio room she was able to switch us into the correct room and ensure we had a first floor room. This ambiance of the lobby is cosy with a fireplace. The room was exceptional clean. The bed is very comfortable. The pillows are soft. The room’s fireplace is an amazing amenity after being out in the cold all day. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub for a soak. The temperature could be a bit hotter (it was 19 degrees outside) but we enjoyed ourselves. The latte’s in the morning were served hot by a lovely young lady (I didn’t get her name) in the hotel’s restaurant. Overall, the place is exceptional. It’s walking distance to the center of town. Service is friendly and warm. Rooms were spotless. We will be back!

Hay pocos hoteles disponibles dentro del Parque Nacional de Yellowstone y este es uno de los más económicos. No diría que tenga una buena relación calidad-precio. No tiene aire acondicionado, pero por suerte las noches en Yellowstone son muy frías. La limpieza de la habitación era aceptable, pero la ropa de cama parecía un poco vieja.

En general, tuvimos una estancia estupenda. La ubicación es muy práctica y cercana al centro, lo que facilita moverse y explorar la zona. Los recepcionistas fueron amables, acogedores y respondieron con gusto a todas nuestras preguntas, lo que hizo que el registro fuera rápido y agradable. Las instalaciones están limpias, aunque les vendría bien una pequeña renovación, sobre todo las cortinas, pero esto no afectó a nuestra comodidad durante la estancia. El desayuno continental estaba bueno, incluso sin la máquina de tortitas (de la que nos informaron amablemente en recepción al registrarnos). ¡Las mandarinas estaban especialmente deliciosas! También apreciamos mucho que la cocina abriera por la mañana y que hubiera palomitas y aperitivos disponibles por la noche. Estos detalles hicieron que la estancia fuera aún más acogedora. En resumen, un lugar cómodo y práctico para alojarse, con un personal atento.

Der Empfang verlief wegen eines Stromausfalls etwas chaotisch in einer dunklen Lobby, wurde vom Personal mit mobilen Geräten aber bestmöglich bewältigt. Wegen des Ausfalls der Aufzüge wäre aber ein Zimmer in der unteren Etage hilfreich gewesen. So musste ich mit Koffern über das Treppenhaus in die dritte Etage, eine Familie vor mir mit noch mehr Gepäck gar in die vierte Etage. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und gemütlich eingerichtet, auch das Bad war in Ordnung. Der Pool blieb für den Rest des Tages außer Betrieb. Ein Wäscheservice gab es ausschließlich in der zweiten Etage und viel mit nur einer Waschmaschine und Trockner etwas knapp aus. Das Frühstück entsprach in einem ausreichend großen Raum dem üblichen Standard mit kalten und warmen Speisen und war okay.

A nuestra familia le gusta el estilo clásico. La piscina y las aguas termales superan las expectativas. El desayuno atiende a diversas costumbres y tiene platos fríos y calientes. En el patio se pueden ver largos senderos de nieve, que es la primera opción durante la temporada de esquí de invierno.

El Sheridan Inn fue muy agradable. Yo lo haré w ant para decir que cuando reservamos el sitio web Sheridan Inn frente al sitio web Trip.com, hay una diferencia en lo que se refiere al duche y al baño tub. En el sitio web de Sheridan Inn, especificará un bañera de pies de clawfoot con una ducha de mano, pero no es una selección en Trip.com. Trip.com sólo especifica un bañera o un bañera. Así que cuando llegamos, esperamos una ducha por nuestra confirmación no un baño. We no fueron capaces de cambiar nuestra habitación para tener una ducha. Con nosotros sólo quedando una noche, habría sido mejor tener una ducha frente a un baño.
