Stayed at Swiss-Belhotel Kuantan and it was such a relaxing experience. The environment is peaceful and perfect for a short escape from the city. The hotel is located right by the beach, so you get a beautiful natural vibe throughout your stay. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — plenty of space to unwind and enjoy. Hotel facilities are great, including a swimming pool, gym, kids-friendly areas, and dining options, all well-maintained and convenient for both couples and families. The highlight is definitely the view 🌅 You can catch both stunning sunrise and sunset by the beach, which makes it extra special. Waking up to the sea view and ending the day with golden sunset moments is just perfect.

The hotel is located right next to the beach, offering a relaxing resort atmosphere. It has been refurbished, so everything feels modern and comfortable. The service from the staff is excellent, making the stay even more pleasant. There are also plenty of food options nearby, so you don’t have to travel far to find something to eat. Free parking is available, and valet service is also offered starting from RM68 per day for cars and RM48 per day for motorcycles. The swimming pool is clean and comfortable, though proper swimwear is required. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay and would recommend it for a relaxing beachside getaway.

The staff was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and attentive to our request, truly elevating the hospitality experience. We were thrilled to be upgraded to a newly refurbished 2-bedroom suite, having the extra space made our stay so much more comfortable. Huge thanks to the front desk for the unexpected surprise—their hospitality is truly top-tier. Just one small improvement - the spotlights at the street make the rooms too bright for sleep. I would suggest the hotel management to consider to install thicker black out curtains.

En general, nos disfrutamos de nuestra estancia en Hyatt Regency Kuantan, especialmente el ambiente y la hospitalidad. Cons / Áreas para la mejora: 1. La presión del agua fue muy lenta, especialmente para el ducha. El hotel está en una situación de gran calidad, pero no es un hotel de gran calidad. 3. Nos encontramos con un pequeño grupo de polvo en el suelo. Aunque era menor, ya que nos quedamos con un toddler 2-year-old, planteó preocupaciones porque los niños tienden a poner cosas en su boca. 4. We stayed at Chateau Spa, Bukit Tinggi for 4 days and 3 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was a truly pleasant and relaxing experience. The resort was peaceful and beautifully maintained, making it a perfect place to unwind and celebrate a special occasion. The room was clean, and the toilet was well kept, which made the stay very comfortable. The staff service was truly tip-top—everyone was attentive, caring, and clearly prioritised our wellbeing and comfort throughout our stay. Their professionalism and warmth really stood out. As for the food, breakfast and the buffet were fine, but the à la carte meals for lunch and dinner were definitely worth the money. The portion sizes matched the price well, and there was a good variety of Western and Malay cuisine. We tried the Western dishes, including salmon and steak, and they were delicious. The spa prices were affordable, though booking in advance is recommended. We visited during the last few days of December, and the weather was cold and lovely, adding to the overall relaxing experience. We left feeling happy, refreshed, and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend this place for a peaceful getaway or a special celebration.

I recently had the chance to stay at Adena Beach Resort, and honestly it turned out to be a really refreshing getaway. The biggest highlight is definitely the private beach. Waking up to the sound of waves and being able to walk straight to the beach in the morning is something you don’t get everywhere. The beach was clean, peaceful, and perfect for a slow morning walk during sunrise. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with a relaxing view that makes you feel like you’re truly on a break from the city. The resort itself has a calm atmosphere — not overly crowded, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Another thing I appreciated was the friendly and helpful staff. From check-in to check-out, the service felt warm and welcoming. Small gestures from the team really made the stay more pleasant. If you’re looking for a quiet beach escape in Pahang, especially near Kuantan, Adena Beach Resort is definitely worth considering. It’s the kind of place where you can slow down, breathe, and just enjoy the sea breeze for a while. Would definitely come back again for another short retreat.

Este es nuestro hotel favorito en Cherating, amamos la playa aquí con la mejor vista y sentimientos tan tranquilos. Lo que se puede mejorar es sólo la amistad del personal. Conozco este hotel reservado principalmente por la Empresa o el Gobierno para su programa o cualquier cosa. Nos esperan más. Pero nosotros como invitados pagadores podemos esperar más y hacernos caer en casa al permanecer aquí. Pero aún me encanta quedarme aquí y la próxima LaVilla. Espero que algo pueda crecer y volver aquí en el futuro. Y el cherating podría volver a ser los mejores lugares turísticos

we stayed at junior suite comprises of 1 queen and super single bed. room was spacious but balcony not so clean. TV cannot change channel.good for short stay

We had a very enjoyable 5 night stay here before returning to Singapore and then our home in Australia. As Australians, we felt a little out of place but were treated well. We really enjoyed our breakfasts at the hotel and appreciated that it went until 10.30 am. The food variety was very good. We were surprised that Angelo's Restaurant (one of the hotel restaurants) didn't seem to be well patronised. However, when we had dinner there one evening, we were a little disappointed. The pool was also lovely surrounded by some tables and chairs under shade. The only issue was the internet, which kept dropping out on my Samsung tablet. It seemed to be more reliable on my phone. Despite being assisted by IT via reception, this didn't help much at all. We liked the staff, especially the restaurant manager at breakfast.
