Overall ok. However, we requested extra pillow n comes with charges. Extra Blanket..rm15 extra towel.. need to pay. Basically no extra service. Everything for a fee. Room aircond very loud.. can't sleep well. Room a bit warm. The towels were grayish.. not clean. Found baby cockrach in kettle. Ergg..n we already cooked water n made coffee. However, the breakfast was good with good spread. I'm not sure if I'll return By the way, if you hv small kids.. the room setup is not kids friendly. The room window can be opened n we at level 23

This place actually is so romantic and feels like Europe, but the inside room needs to be improved, first feel alot of sand at floor, second toothpaste and toothbrush did not provide and also shower 🚿 carpet towel did not provide too. The counter service is perfect but maybe the room cleaner did not clean well and also did not check . Lucky service is good, we had call after shower and they provided us toothpaste and towel too. At the Entertainment fireshow, last minute two of the people did not appear and the staff still provided his energy and let me feel good 💯 best fireshow . Even the oldest design ,service, and breakfast all do a good job. I hope to enjoy a 3-day 2night if I have time to come here. Activity @Colmar look at my last image. Location of hotel is excellent. Came in by car through P2 to the lobby and discovered, to my horror, there are leaking pipes across the path. Counter staff is friendly and competent that made my day. I also struggled to tune in the TV, not very user friendly. No clear instructions printed out nor in the TV itself. Suggest hotel implement check and maintenance system on amenities to make guests' experience positive.

Overall good hotel, the interior of the room needs some serious refurbishment especially for their carpet and tv. Due to monkeys, we couldn't open the window to get some fresh air. Breakfast quite good, just lack on the drink variety. Only juice and coffee is offered.

I booked Sky Retreat from Trip.com and during check in we received our room at Grand Ion Delemen Hotel Pros -a decent room size & bathroom -got balcony with mountain view -complete toiletries -RM99 only -weather so nice up there Cons -this is the terrible part: parking and receptionist is far, luckily I read the reviews on how to get to receptionist but I still find it very far. Tak pernah lagi i pergi hotel receptionist dia jauh macam ni. -need to validate tng card before going out in order to get free charge but.. again validation needs to be done at receptionist which is very far. Sangatlah tak convenience oh god. Buat pikir banyak kali bila nak keluar sebab malas nak jalan jauh -lift only 4 but the night we were there, only 2 functioning. Conclusion: Hope mgt will improve on check in and check out process, the lift operation, the receptionist placement. Will not come back once these are improved

Location is strategic. Room is spacious, equipped with bath tub, balcony, tv has so many channels. Delicious buffet breakfast and lunch spread. Love the scent in this hotel. Will rebook this hotel once I am back in Kuantan.

Got free upgrade to Wyndham Ion Majestic...lovely and nice view...thank you to Yume...my daughter really enjoy the pool..recommended to all booked a stay with Yume🥰🫶

1001 Hotel Genting – Under the Same Umbrella as Wyndham 1001 Hotel is located next to the Wyndham Hotel in Genting, and both seem to be under the same management. They share the same parking area, which is quite narrow and limited, so parking can be a bit challenging during peak times. The room itself is big and spacious — definitely better than First World Hotel if you’re comparing comfort and space. However, there was an unpleasant smell in the room, something like fungus or that “new building” chemical smell, which made the stay less comfortable. The most disappointing part happened on the day we checked out. While taking a shower, the water suddenly turned extremely hot. I was stuck in the bathroom for almost 30 minutes waiting for it to cool down. It was really unsafe and frustrating. On a positive note, the check-out process was smooth and fast, and parking validation was simple and convenient. Overall, it’s a spacious hotel with potential, but maintenance and room quality need serious improvement before I’d consider coming back.
