**Decent Value for the Price, But Far From a 4-Star Experience** We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with bed & breakfast for €60, and while the price is definitely attractive, the experience was a mixed bag. **Cleanliness:** The hotel and rooms were generally clean, and the bedsheets were fresh. However, the mattress itself was stained and not very pleasant, which was disappointing. **Bed Comfort:** This was by far one of the worst parts of the stay. The mattress was rock hard—honestly felt like sleeping on the floor. Pillows were thin, lumpy, and offered no support. We requested extra pillows three times, and although staff promised to bring them, they never followed through. **Bathroom:** Cleanliness was acceptable, but the setup was inconvenient. There was no shower head hanger, so you had to hold the shower with one hand while bathing. Towels were rough and uncomfortable, and there was always at least one missing (sometimes the floor towel, sometimes the bath towel). The courtesy toiletries were taken but never replaced. **Breakfast:** A very basic buffet with a limited selection. Pastries were inconsistent—sometimes decent, other times stale and clearly reheated leftovers. Not the kind of quality you’d expect from a supposed 4-star hotel. **Service:** A few staff members were friendly and helpful, but most seemed uninterested and disengaged, like they didn’t want to be there. We didn’t feel particularly welcomed or well-attended. **Swimming Pool Area:** This was the highlight of the hotel—clean, with clear water, nice outdoor showers, and a good vibe thanks to lively music and entertainment. **Overall:** While the hotel is clearly outdated and stuck in the late '90s in terms of decor and service, the location and pool are definite pluses. Despite the many issues, for €60 for two nights with breakfast, the price/quality ratio was decent. Just don’t expect a real 4-star experience.

If you are not looking for a high end 5 star, it would meet your expectations. The F&B is not promising tbh, but the beach and the view takes it all

Marina Palace es un hotel muy agradable, limpio y con un diseño hermoso. Ofrece un buen servicio y tiene acceso a muchas instalaciones. El hotel está ubicado cerca del centro de la ciudad y los mercados. Y también comidas muy agradables.

Great hotel, right next to the beach. But the area doesnt really have anything to do have to take a taxi if you want to explore hammamet more but taxis are pretty cheap. But if you want a hotel with just relaxing/entertainment and beach then this is the one.

Este lugar es una joya oculta total. No un paseo inmediato a la playa. Pero por el precio es increíble. Desayuno suficiente. Buenas personas. Ayuda. Gentil. No empujado. Personas nadadoras. Aparece como las fotos. Confortable. Para el precio y comparado con otros en la zona con precios mucho más altos y para el punto de precio...Me encantaba. Me iba a volver y me quedaría mucho más, en un golpe de corazón.

La piscina es buena, la cama de huéspedes es con dos camas, el servicio y el desayuno son generales, las instalaciones son generalmente, la piscina es relativamente bonita

Un séjour exceptionnel ! L’accueil était chaleureux dès notre arrivée, avec un personnel souriant et aux petits soins tout au long du séjour. Le service était impeccable, la nourriture délicieuse et variée. L’hôtel est magnifique, avec une vue à couper le souffle et un emplacement idéal. Une expérience inoubliable, je recommande vivement !
