On Trip we booked Kamelya Aishen, but this hotel is closed now, so they provide room in Kamelya Selin which is fine. All inclusive is good to stay with children, food, drinks and ice-cream unlimited. Bar and restaurant is wonderful with good choice of everything! Big plus + Building nearby the beach with two swimming pool indoor & outdoor. +Mini club and disco open for kids everyday. - this hotel not provide toothbrush no toothpaste, so reception said go to shop to buy it... - noisy housekeeping service when they cleaning rooms from morning until everything very disturbing us!

I had a wonderful stay at Start Otel in Antalya and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The service truly felt like a 5-star experience—staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. A special thank you to Naz at the reception, who was absolutely wonderful and even upgraded my room, making my stay extra comfortable. I also truly appreciated Mustafa, who was always there to help with my luggage with a warm and helpful attitude. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The Turkish breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety, paired perfectly with their tea. I really enjoyed starting my mornings there. The only small downside for me was the coffee, which could be improved—but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The hotel’s location is also very strategic, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and the charming old town. Everything felt accessible and convenient. Overall, Start Otel offers great value with excellent service, tasty breakfast, and a prime location. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Antalya.

El hotel tiene un ambiente agradable, está ubicado en el casco antiguo, a poca distancia de las atracciones de la zona. El desayuno es abundante, con opciones de huevos fritos y tortillas. Por la noche, hay un concierto de 3 horas en el patio. El servicio de habitaciones fue regular; pedí toallas tres veces durante la noche, pero nunca llegaron (posiblemente por culpa de la recepción). Otros servicios, como la comida y la gestión de equipaje, fueron bastante buenos. Si buscas instalaciones y limpieza exigentes, elige con cuidado. Por 500 yuanes la noche, no soy exigente (valoro la ubicación en el patio, el concierto de 3 horas y los precios razonables del restaurante con un 10% de descuento para los huéspedes).

El check-in fue muy rápido, la chica fue muy amable. Pero el número dado fue muy pequeño. La foto, como en la solicitud al realizar la reserva, no coincidía en absoluto. En la foto era más espacioso y había un juego de té, pero no había nada de eso en la habitación; (también destacaría que el minibar era imposible de usar, porque había una mesita de noche junto a la puerta y había arrastrarlo físicamente (así de pequeña era esta habitación) Al principio había algún olor extraño, pero después de ventilarlo todo se eliminó. También tengo un comentario muy fuerte: ¿Por qué nadie mantiene limpio el aire acondicionado? Es simplemente terrible, si lo enciendes, puedes ahogarte con el polvo. A pesar de todo lo anterior, puedo decir que dormí estupendamente. Ropa de cama muy limpia. No ruidoso. En cuanto al desayuno: muy modesto, pero todas las verduras y aceitunas son frescas. En principio te vendrá bien para un desayuno ligero. La principal ventaja de este hotel es, por supuesto, la ubicación): hay un gran centro comercial cerca, una parada de tranvía y muchas cosas más. En general lo recomiendo.

This review is from a Turkish speaking Tourist : Things I didn’t like : 1. The BUFFET is not worth it at all for a 5 Star Hotel = honestly it is very underwhelming, there aren’t many Turkish specialities and the desserts are truly just filled with SUGAR. The Coffee was extremely disappointing, it was essentially just hot water with a small coffee earthy aftertaste. Very disappointing for a country known for its strong coffee ! The snack bars have slushy machines that are never cleaned and don’t taste good at all. The ice-creams served in the hotel are essentially RUBBER. As a Turkish man myself, I was very shocked because our country is known for such amazing delicacies. The only great food night was Wednesday night called “TURKISH NIGHT” at the buffet, which they have every Wednesday. The rest of the week is simply generic food. 2. The staff “helping” customers book day trips and taxis is fully SCAMMING foreign customers = I asked this man to help me book a boat trip to SULUADA and he said it would cost me 60€/person. Not knowing that I was Turkish myself, he looked at my face and just wrote 60€ per person on a piece of paper and looked at me🤣 I then told him that i saw tickets on the KLOOK app at 25€ per person and he lied to me saying that I would have to pay at the boat a supplement. I tried leaving and he stopped me and said he could go down to 38€ per person 😂 so I bought the tickets on KLOOK and had an amazing day without any scams haha please don’t believe the prices from the man next to the reception. 3. The spa, the outdoor swimming pool and the fitness center all close at 8 pm. There is essentially nothing to do at the hotel after 8 😅 4. The Hotel clients is essentially made up of 90% RUSSIAN speakers haha I have never seen more Russians in my life, that’s not a truly bad thing just preparing you that the hotel really is trying to accommodate the Russian clientele as much as possible 😅 GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE HOTEL : 1. Maybe because I was a Turkish speaker = the staff (beside the lying salesman haha) was very kind, very much the Turkish warmth and inviting culture. Very much appreciated. 2. For alcohol drinkers, the bar is unlimited if you book the all inclusive pass. 3. The outdoor pool is nice. 4. The check in and checkout process is very simple, but could be also because I speak turkish. 5. There are a few little supermarkets if you want snacks like ice creams, also beautiful walking roads along the beach.

Отличный уютный отель. Апартаменты с кухней, оборудованной хорошей плитой и духовкой, вытяжкой, холодильником большим, посудомоечной машиной. Уборка по запросу. Туалет с душевой в хорошем состоянии, вода горячая сразу.) в спальне удобная большая кровать с 4 подушками, чистым бельем. Особая радость - железный занавес, который закрывается на ночь по желанию и полный blackout! Тапочки есть. В гостиной раздвижной диван. Есть смарт-тв, интернет. Местоположение самое лучше, в пяти минутах - море, обрывистый берег, спуститься к морю можно минутах в 10 ходьбы по скале с лестницей, купаться там можно. Недалеко Доденский водопад. Рядом остановка  автобусов, за 30 минут довезут до старого города и длинного пляжа. Торговые центры, Migros, кафе, рестораны - все что надо! От аэропорта полчаса на такси.

Everything was great except that I could clearly hear the other people in the other room talking at night, it was kinda disturbing but it’s still acceptable for me. Other than that, I loved it.

El hotel está situado en el centro del casco antiguo. Es muy cómodo y está cerca del casco antiguo, de la Puerta de Adriano y del puerto romano. Tiene un hermoso jardín y una pequeña piscina. El único inconveniente es que la habitación es muy pequeña. Además, el bar de al lado sigue cantando hasta las 2 de la madrugada, antes de cerrar. Los jóvenes con gustos literarios pueden considerar alojarse aquí, pero los viajeros que gustan de la tranquilidad y la claustrofobia deberían pensarlo con cuidado.
