En general, es un bonito lugar para permanecer, una gran ubicación. Pero nos encontramos allí durante la renovación de la planta G. También, pls consideran el aire acondicionado para restaurantes al aire libre (con la banda viva) porque el tiempo es extremadamente caliente hoy en día

The shops situated opposite the entrance & exit of the hotel play very very loud music until 3.00 a.m. We hardly slept on the first night. However, we moved to another room which was facing the swimming pool on the second night and it was very peaceful. Personally, I don't like the switches in the rooms. There should be more switches for guests to control the brightness of the rooms and the bathrooms. Currently, the room is either very bright or I can turn on 2 wall lights (very dim) + 1 night light. The Foyer and Reading switches don't work. For the bathroom, one switch controls all the lights in the bathroom & exhaust fan. Therefore, it's either very bright in the bathroom + noisy exhaust fan or total darkness. I like to see more switches for guests to control the brightness in the rooms and bathrooms. Nevertheless, this is a very beautiful hotel with very friendly staffs. I will definitely come back and stay when I come back to Pontianak.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The service was truly excellent, from the security staff to the reception team and concierge, everyone was kind, professional, and very helpful. When we arrived, we were welcomed with a refreshing welcome drink and were even allowed to check in early, which we really appreciated. The security staff were especially friendly, helping us with our luggage and opening the car door for us. It truly a five-star service. The room was very comfortable, the bed, lighting, and overall ambience were excellent. What I loved most was the strong water pressure in the shower, which made it very comfortable and enjoyable. In terms of location, it’s quite convenient, close to Gaia Mall and the airport.

Pros: + Kamar nyaman (comfy bedroom) + AC dingin (cool AC) + Dispenser Air Minum (Drink Dispenser) + Shower air panas (Hot water shower) + Lokasi strategis (strategic location) + Cukup bersih (quite clean) + Ada safetybox, dan minibar (Safetybox & Minibar) + Ada gantungan (Hanger available) + Ada cas mobil (Car charger available) Cons: - Sabun Sampoo sangat sedikit (Too little soap & shampoo) - Parkir mobil sedikit (few parking space) - Bellboy/Satpam tidak jelas (Unknown security/bellboy service status) - Sarapan buruk, susu basi, makanan dingin, bubur dingin, seperti sudah disediakan dari malam hari, yang lumayan bisa dimakan hanyalah omelet yang direquest (bad breakfast, expired milk, cold food, cold porridge like it served since the night before, the only edible is requested omelette) Netral: ＞ Cukup kedap suara 70% (Soundproof 70%)

Be careful! if you don't want to listen to a night club daily until 2am, feel the base vibrations through the walls and bed (earplugs don't help), smell the strong ciragettes aroma, listen to the elevator tune in the lobby as the are no sound insulation what so ever. Listen to the street noise. Better avoid staying in this hotel. Cleanliness were OK for an Indonesian establishment. P.S. When checked in, we were placed into a tiny room without windows on the 3rd floor. As I've seen from other travellers, it could be tactics used to upsell for a more expensive room. We had specifically selected a non smoking and quiet room while booking. The room STANK of ciragettes! And loud music could be heard after 8pm, so the reception gave a different room quickly, only mentioning it should be a paid for upgrade.

Pro: Hotel location is quite central with surrounding lively food stalls, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. It is also walkable to prime attractions such as the Flamboyan Market and the Kapuas River Waterfront. Breakfast is fairly good despite limited choices. Rooms are spacious, clean, and basic. Hotel decor is primarily modern vs classic European style—both beautiful inside and outside. WiFi is available but was not informed by the check-in staff. All staff are very polite, and that is a big plus! Cons: The area is a bit overcrowded, but that is reasonable. Some exposed areas are a bit unsightly, especially around the hallway. Constant error beeping near the elevator is annoying and the doorbell keeps on malfunctioning.

Este hotel está situado en el centro de Pontianak, a poca distancia a Ayani Megamall & Museum Kalimantan Barat. La entrada era una brisa, la habitación era limpia, excepto para el baño, donde había molde negro notable cerca de las cabezas de ducha. La experiencia del ducha no fue tan buena, debido a la escena desfavorable de la moldea negra, y también huele a vapor cuando entré en la ducha. También fui al spa, mientras que el masaje es decente, el personal de la oficina hace comentarios como - bueno, no soy un cajero, así que no tengo cambio.

Calificación: 4 de 5 estrellas El hotel HARRIS Hotel Pontianak cuenta con una ubicación excelente, un personal amigable y un paquete sólido. La deducción de puntos es para la cama: las linternas fueron frescas pero tenían pinturas visibles, y la matriz abajo fue claramente soplada – Esto es donde el hotel necesita urgentemente mejorar sus estándares de calidad. Con camas sin puntos y una matraca renovada o completamente limpia, esta propiedad sería fácilmente una opción 5‑star dentro de su categoría para mí.

Nice hotel with strategic place in town, not too luxury but really nice place to stay.
