Gran estancia. Sala limpia y limpia. El hotel estaba caliente y caliente, pero capaz de controlar el tiempo a través de la válvula radiador. A mixed experience. We booked for the pool facilities, which were great. We ate in the restaurant on our first evening - excellent food and very good service. The breakfast was good too. Some buts, though. Our room had a very uncomfortable bed, a strange electrical light show from some devices in the ceiling once we turned the lights out and a repeated electrical buzzing sound all through the night which disrupted our sleep.The staff moved us to a much more comfortable room on the second night. The floors upstairs were so bouncy that it felt like the hotel must have the underlying structure of a rickety prefab - very odd and a little unsettling. And the restaurant had no character at all - an almost sterile feel. All a bit odd. While the pool, the food and the service really were great, and the many golfers who visited were clearly delighted, some of the spaces do need a refurb and a rethink.

Amazing little hotel few mins walk from train station and short walk into Newquay town, close to all amenities; friendly front desk staff easy quick check in process and helpful with our luggage! Bougie chic room and the decorative style of hotel was very chic and upmarket would definitely recommend 💯

Incredible views from the room! Spa was lovely and we enjoyed a few drinks at the beautiful bar all decorated for Christmas (: recommend the Cornish cream tea!

Helen and Garry couldn’t have been more welcoming and accommodating. They were very friendly, warm and welcoming. The food was magnificent. Had a lovely night away, wish we could have stayed longer.

I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is beautifully located with great views and elegant interiors. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good – fresh ingredients, tasty full English options and nicely presented dishes. The avocado toast and classic breakfast plate were both excellent. Service was friendly and professional throughout my stay. The restaurant area was clean and well-organised. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I’m happy to recommend this place and would stay here again.

Very well surprised with the room, amenities and service. Free parking across the road, many places to eat I asked the lady at the reception - Jayne to give me some suggestions re type of food I prefer and she did her best to provide me with the best options. Can say a big Thank you Jayne for your help and positive and warm attitude! Definitely can raise the thumbs 👍👍 up to this hotel.

It was excellent. A lot of unreasonable bad reviews about this place but the cleaniness was fine, facilities more than adequate, and the staff was friendly. The on-site restaurant was excellent as well, again great staff, and the food produced looked like the chef took it seriously too. i.e. homemade tartar sauce, homemade sweet chilli sauce, fresh battered fish. Good beer selection on draught too.
