We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a family suite, enhancing our overall experience. Given the advice about tap water, the hotel took extra care to provide us with an abundance of bottled drinking water, completely free of charge. The attention to detail continued with a breakfast that exceeded expectations, offering a variety of delicious options. During check-out, the staff demonstrated their commitment to excellent service once again. They not only assisted in booking a taxi but also gifted us a lovely souvenir—a Pamukkale magnet—a thoughtful touch that added a special touch to our departure. Jusuf, the man of the family and his wife Perihan were the sweetest people minding me and helping me with anything they could. I feel in love with their kids. Salí de casa a las 5:00 a. m. y mi perro, preocupado por mí, me siguió hasta Pamukkale y nunca regresó. ¡Me partí de risa! Había un montón de perros y gatos en el patio, la piscina estaba limpia y el servicio fue excelente. El personal de recepción fue muy amable y hablaba chino. El desayuno era fresco y abundante.
