QQiongqiongGood for value. The location is very good, it’s at end of the town, convenient to go hiking and the restaurants. It’s quiet at night. The room is very clean. The owner is friendly. He gave us a pot of tea to welcome us when we arrive. Also he provided us the bus schedule information and advices for the time in Ella.
It will better if there is a kettle so we can try Ceylon tea we bought.

CConwayEl hotel estaba un poco fuera del camino, pero una hermosa ubicación, y el dueño me llevó al centro de la ciudad y me recogió, y también me llevó a la estación de tren.....todo por GRATIS ! El desayuno era increíble (pero demasiado para una persona). Yo me quedaría el otro.

KKiana MendozaEs un poco alto en una colina, pero la vista desde mi balcón era maravillosa.También está justo a la calle principal, así que si no te importa el paseo y baja todavía está relativamente bien situado a estar cerca de los bars y restaurantes y tiendas de los backpackers. El desayuno tenía muchas opciones locales de Sri Lanka que aprecié muy bien, y el personal también estaba feliz de explicar cada plato a los nuevos.
¿Un pequeño consejo para el equipo: quizás contratar a algunas mujeres empleadas? Como una mujer que viajaba sola, una de las primeras cosas que noté fue el personal de todo el hombreo al menos, no vi una mujer trabajando allí en mi estancia 2-night. No tengo ningún problema con eso, pero los viajeros de mujeres solitarias más jóvenes podrían estar involuntariamente asustados

UUsuario invitadoПриехали уставшими и не в духе, но нас так душевно встретили, что настроение поднялось сразу. Хозяева напоили чаем, пообщались по-домашнему – чувствуешь себя не клиентом, а желанным гостем.
Отель на вершине горы, и из каждого номера – выход на террасу с потрясающим видом. Утром просыпаешься – а перед тобой только горы и тишина. Номер чистый, уютный, всё продумано до мелочей.
Завтрак готовили специально под наши предпочтения: свежие фрукты, яичница, тосты, даже смузи! Персонал не формально вежливый, а по-настоящему добрый.
Если хотите не просто переночевать, а почувствовать заботу и отдохнуть душой – это точно ваше место. Хочется вернуться снова и всем рекомендовать. Огромное спасибо хозяевам за такую атмосферу!

かかっちゃんEstá cerca de la estación, por lo que si no tienes mucho equipaje, puedes caminar. La ubicación es buena. No hay refrigerador, puede ser porque la ubicación del hotel es muy estrecho. Además, es frío por la noche, porque no hay pliegues como las botas. Además, la cantidad de agua en el pliegue es muy pequeña y no es frío y no es caliente. Sin embargo, el personal es muy amable.

GGinbuHowwan這次在斯里蘭卡住過最完美的酒店，值得超五星。
我們訂的行政別墅，樓下一個大床，樓上兩個略小床墊。電動窗簾拉開就是幾乎全景玻璃陽台，可以看到外麪茶山。還能看到三孔橋和路過火車。
mini bar裏面給了幾十包茶包，都是免費，四瓶玻璃瓶水也是免費，酒和飲品收費。
游泳池很好看很出片，像無邊泳池。
一定要選帶晚餐的，晚餐是點菜式五道式，非常可口，也很特別，不含飲料。早餐也有一個很特別的脆皮蛋包，通往餐廳的路上能拍到很美的照片。
唯一就是蚊蟲比較多，整個行程唯一的兩個包就是在這裏晚上睡覺時候被咬的

SSylvia TeohThis guest house is located right in the middle of the forrest. Really cute and the hotel staff is so kind. She is very sweet and super helpful. The only problem is the entrance is a long stairs steps and if you have huge luggage. It will be really hard to carry. The room is cozy but the bathroom has no amenities so please bring your own shower gel and shampoo.

TtorinessKeeping in mind this is a 3 star hotel, the positives are the rooms are big with a balcony looking out at amazing views (ours anyway), and the pool is clean and quite big also with amazing views and a concrete elephant water feature!!! The location of the hotel is pretty good too - far enough from other properties to be quiet but close enough to Ella main drag that you can walk in 10-15 minutes or pay a tuk tuk driver double the rate of Colombo to get to and from. The big negative for us was that despite being told upon checking in that the room would be cleaned every day, it was not. And I was told the reason why was that we didn’t hand in our key for it to be done - which seems bizarre after staying in hotels for decades and not being told to or having to hand in a key in order to get a standard daily room clean. The insinuation that it was our fault for not handing in a key (not that we were told to do so on checking in) was extremely irritating. Food was ok but overpriced so we ate elsewhere (lots of options). There were lots of little things in the rooms that could be easily addressed to make them nicer - definitely not having ripped old bath towels, and removing an empty TV bracket from the wall (like a TV used to be there but not anymore - or was it just our room, who knows). All these little things add up to I really think the room rate is too high - but we are here in the high season so maybe that’s just the going rate.

TToridesssThe room is large but not clean enough and without air con. The staff are helpful and friendly. For the location, it is next to the city centre so there are many restaurant nearby and there are many options that we can choose. However, the hotel is difficult to find and hair dryer, body wash and shampoo are not provided.

UUsuario invitadoThis hotel is beautiful and modern. Location is great, easy to get to restaurants and shops outside of the hotel.
Staff have been very attentive and helpful. They clean the rooms promptly. The laundry service is great. The staff even ran to help us push the car up the hill when it was stuck.
Room service food has been very good too, their devilled chicken and pizza were the best.
Highly recommend staying with Te Dalu if you are visiting Ella.
