El lugar estaba limpio y la interacción con el personal era mínima. El gimnasio y el desayuno eran normales para un Best Western. La ubicación no era excelente, pero estaba cerca del centro. Excelente vista del monte Arayat desde la piscina.

I can recommend you this hotel if you are only going to sleep here. Location is ok but there's really nothing much to do within the area. Staff were all great, super polite and helpful.

We stay with one 2 years old kid. For kid above 3 years old there’s a charge for bed or something, stated by the staff there. I not sure how much but they ask how old is my kid. The room area is big enough for the family for us

We really love the hotel location and the room! We booked the room for 3 pax, so gotten one king beg and extra bag. We were surprised that it is not squeeze at all. In fact, the room is so spacious until the washroom is separated with toilet bowl, shower space, and bathtub, which I really appreciate the dry-wet separated concept. Also, there is small living room, which I felt like staying inside a studio!

Location is awesome . Walking g distance to everything. Entertainment, food options and thr biggest mall. Friendly staff and good security. Only feedback i have is to boost the wifi signal.

Super cozy and clean. This is a highly recommended unit for a hassle-free staycation. Amenities are complete, and the place is just as advertised in the photos. Too bad we couldn't access the swimming pool and the beach area because the pool was closed and there was no water.

It was a nice hotel except for the neighborhood. There are many nightclubs and bars close by and so it’s hard to sleep at night due to the loud music. But the staff are ready to help with carrying your luggages.

El hotel es un hotel muy agradable y me gustará el alojamiento en el centro de Inglaterra.  A pesar de que había un sonido intermitente humming como un generador cada uno de los minutos todo el día y la noche no me quejé ni pedí mover habitaciones. El bar de arriba está cerrado, lo cual es bastante triste y el restaurante ya no le permite cobrar comidas a la habitación.  La única cosa que realmente no me gustaba es que permiten fumar en la piscina y en todas las zonas de asiento fuera. También permiten que las personas vean videos y toquen cosas en alto voz desde sus teléfonos e iPads. Para mí, una de las mejores características de este hotel es la zona de piscina, pero el fumar y el alto voz realmente ruina el ambiente. Espero que la gestión cambie esto. El hotel es un hotel de calidad muy alta y es el mejor lugar para quedarse en la ciudad de Ángeles. La ubicación es fantástica y me gusta la piscina y el restaurante. Las habitaciones son grandes, grandes camas confortables y el personal es muy agradable y amigable. Sigue aquí cuando visite y nos disfrutamos de nuestra estancia.

Definitely 100% for me! A stunning trip back in time! Walking through the cobblestone streets of Las Casas feels like being transported to 18th-century Philippines. The attention to detail in the restored casas is meticulous. We highly recommend the Heritage Walking Tour; the guides are incredibly knowledgeable and bring the history of each house to life. The sunset by the beach and the cultural show were the perfect way to end the day. A must-visit for anyone who loves Filipino heritage. We spent 1 night here and I think we will be back soon. It was a nice decent room however there’s no phone inside the room to call for concerns. When we requested to switch rooms they didn’t respond to the request. But overall, it was a pleasant stay.
