This is an excellent hotel located in the coty centre close to many nice restaurants of various types of food to cater for the travellers of different nationalities. Very courteous, friendly and helpful staff especially those young and friendly ladies at the Front desk. Free pick up service was provided and need to be pre arranged prior to arrival. The hotel is also equipped with laundry room and gym for its hotel guests to use at no cost. The rooms are very clean come with big TV, full toiletries, kettle. Air dryer. Breakfast is good and healthy with plenty grains. |Really enjoy my stay here.

The hotel is fairly well located due to ease of access to mei mei shopping mall (1 & 2) and museum. But, that's about it. Service level seems still work in progress. We stayed for 4 nights and were perplexed that our room key card did not work when we returned for the first and second night. When we went to the counter to sort out our card access issue the second night, we were then informed by the staff that the card require daily access update at the counter. This was not informed to us during check in and no hotel we've stayed at before function this way. After I've feedback to the staff, they process the card to function and work till I check out 2 days later. (Not sure why they did not set it to work for my entire stay duration in the first place like all other hotels) The daily clearing is not up to standard - the room were still dusty and hair in the bath tub was still present. The tour company recommended by the hotel (we book a day trip to tian chi) was of low quality and the tour guide will push you to purchase more tour experience unrelated to tian chi- please beware.

The staff, 管家 阿则 and his team, were very helpful. They voluntarily helped carry our luggage, were happy to answer questions, and did their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel room is clean and well-equipped with modern amenities, and offers an amazing view. Breakfast is decent with sufficient variety. Great location, located 5 minute walk from the nearest bus stop with free transit to the Jiadengyu Visitor Service Centre station. This station connects directly to the visitor service centres of local scenic areas. There is a convenience shop right next to the hotel, and the main commercial shops and restaurants are also within comfortable walking distance. It is noted that the room has no bar fridge.

Excellent Stay and Outstanding Service! I had an excellent experience during my stay. The service was truly impressive — every staff member was very attentive, polite, and always ready to assist with a smile at any time. From the front desk to housekeeping and even maintenance (who promptly fixed a light bulb), everything was handled efficiently and professionally. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. Special thanks to 蘇熱亞木，吾勒達娜，吾修汗 and a few other who I was unable to get the names for their exceptional service and warm hospitality — they really made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

El hotel tiene un estacionamiento pero no mucho, la mayoría se volvía a la autopista. La noche fuimos a la calle de pie. Las cosas de la calle de pie también son muy pocos. Se volvió de Altey, no hay ciudad pequeña. We are a family of four currently living in the GCC. The hotel was perfect for our needs. Our youngest really loved the tent and plushies. The downstairs restaurant is very convenient and I really enjoyed the healthy free breakfast with consistent staples and a variety of freah ingredients. It was so colorful! The people who work there are extremely friendly and willing to talk to you help even when there is a language barrier. Top-notch service! There is a kind of mostly concrete park - good for skating or biking - outside as well and many convenience stores to choose from. The street vendor nearby sells lovely grilled kebabs and nan bread.

Everything was really perfect except for the most important thing: sleeping. At night (~4am) the vibrations of really loud music could be felt in bed. From the morning (~8am) onwards, we were lying in very loud drilling sounds coming from one of the rooms nearby. They were so loud you could not hear each other speaking in the same bed. Most likely a coincidence, but it was bad. For the rest: all clean and good value.
