無可挑剔的一家酒店，本次南疆之行住得最舒服的兩個晚上。 到店前前台工作人員艾可就來聯繫我們加了微信，提前發來了入住須知。考慮到我們定了兩間房，為了給我們安排在同一層還給其中一間升級了房型，感動。 房間內有彌散式供氧設備和直接供氧設備，每天18:00開始。如果自己帶了氧氣包，可以找前台免費充氧。 長途旅行的途中如果能洗衣服自然是最好的。我們在途中已經在不同酒店有了豐富且艱難的洗衣機等待經歷。但是在這裏，洗衣房以壓倒性的數量優勢戰勝了本次旅程中所有的酒店（圖中僅僅衹展現了洗衣房一進門的左半邊，右半邊是一模一樣的配置） 酒店的早餐配置也十分優秀，種類豐富，且可以容納很多人。美中不足是烤吐司的機器有點不好使。 房間內的風景衹是眾多優點中比較微不足道的一點了……但真的沒得説，金草灘近在咫尺，在夕陽下發著光非常美麗。

酒店位置非常好，性價比高，就在人民廣場旁邊，周邊吃飯非常方便，當天到店較晚，酒店給升級了房間，對此表示感謝！酒店裏還有泳池，這在烏魯木齊市的酒店中不多見。 大堂服務人員都非常禮貌周到，就是客房打掃差了一點，由入住第一天到第四天，沒給我們補充過拖鞋，有一个抽紙沒了也沒補充。 最離譜的是，第四天我看床單睡了三个晚上，有些髒，想想再住兩晚就要走了，就寫了一張紙放在枕頭面“今天請幫忙更換床單被套，謝謝！”晚上回來時發現依舊沒換，但放在枕頭上的字條已被拿走。 這哪是一个五星酒店的客房服務，打掃衛生就是這么敷衍的嗎？ 有些气憤地打電話給前臺，過了十分鈡左右，馬上就有兩名夜班的服務人員上房間更換床單，并一再表示抱歉。

Greatly appreciate the airport pickup even when we arrived at 0100 hour. Hotel staff Alan is so friendly and helpful. He suggested to us a few great shopping places like 香妃 where the locals do their shopping. Emily is so kind to allow us to have late check out. Have a wonderful and pleasant stay in this hotel.

La ubicación del hotel está en un área más próspero. Cuando salga la puerta, todo es delicioso 😋 El cuarto es muy limpio, amplio, ambos vivimos muy cómodo ☺️ El cuarto es muy sabroso! También puede sentarse en un sofá pequeño y sol 🌞 La recepción Hermanas hermanas son muy buenas actitudes, el servicio es muy intimidad 👍💗

This is an excellent hotel located in the coty centre close to many nice restaurants of various types of food to cater for the travellers of different nationalities. Very courteous, friendly and helpful staff especially those young and friendly ladies at the Front desk. Free pick up service was provided and need to be pre arranged prior to arrival. The hotel is also equipped with laundry room and gym for its hotel guests to use at no cost. The rooms are very clean come with big TV, full toiletries, kettle. Air dryer. Breakfast is good and healthy with plenty grains. |Really enjoy my stay here.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel with friends over a 5 night period. From the very first moment the hotel was extremely welcoming, the driver was punctual and patient while we tried to find the car, and Ms Li on the front desk was very welcoming, she always greeted us when we arrived and left, and helped us book our airport transfer on our final day. The only issue we had was the small amount of toiletries we received, however it was a very small issue. Make sure to check out the plaza dancing outside the hotel at night, and enjoy the amazing food and beer in the near by restaurants!

New local style hotel.. breakfast is not bad.. it’s very near the airport… the downside is it’s quite outskirt from the city centre. If you planning for city sightseeing…. Probably staying in the city centre area is much more convenient.

El hotel está muy atmosférico. Las instalaciones de la habitación son todas culturales. Hay restaurantes de buffet de tercer piso, sopa y jardines infantiles! El desayuno es bueno, es rica y es bueno!

這次入住真的超出預期，必須給滿分好評！辦理入住時前台小姐姐態度熱情又耐心，主動介紹酒店設施，還貼心升級了房型，好感度瞬間拉滿～ 房間佈置精緻整潔，裝修風格簡約大氣，採光通風超棒，陽光灑進來特別舒服。床品柔軟親膚，睡得格外香；衞浴用品品質在線，熱水供應充足且穩定。酒店的早餐種類豐富，食材新鮮美味，吃得超滿足，還有特色小食讓人眼前一亮。 設施方面也無可挑剔，健身房器材齊全，洗衣房乾淨整潔，細節處盡顯用心。全程體驗下來沒有任何槽點，服務、環境、性價比都堪稱完美，下次來還會選擇這裏，強烈推薦給大家！

La habitación era muy satisfactoria, la higiene era muy limpia, la ropa de cama era muy suave y cómoda, pero el encargado de la habitación olvidó poner la toalla pequeña y no había ningún peine dejado por el huésped anterior.
