WWan SuwanThe apartment location is in good environment, going around with taxi is fair enough, however, the building itself doesn't exist on the map, only the neighbor one does, which made us difficult to find the right building when we first arrived, plus we have no idea that the check in room, is one of the room on the 5th floor, as in the address of the hotel, it just put room 501, 521 Gaolin Road, etc. I recommend to give more details to ease the check-in of the hotel description like, 'when arrive, please contact room 501 on the 5th floor to check in', also, the hotel should pin the exact building location on the map, otherwise, guests may get lost on first arrive like us, whereas people around don't speak English to help too.
The apartment itself is clean and in good condition with good space & layout. Facilities are good enough, except, the kitchen is kind of waste because there is no kitchenette at all, they only provide bottle water, glasses/paper cup & electric kettle in the kitchen, in which we expect a hotel apartment should have at least some kitchenette like tableware, cutlery, pot or pan (as they have electric stove) and at least a microwave oven & dishwashing liquid, which partly why we choose to stay in the apartment rather than normal hotel. This is one of the upset issues that we have for this stay.
The breakfast comes as McDonald's breakfast coupon consists of one small Berger & a drink, which is fine as McDonald is on the street level of the building itself.
Plus thing is that we can request for more bottle water & the disposable towel with no additional cost. Although the disposable towel is not so good to use as towel, they are still acceptable & hygienic, so, if you want more comfort, I suggest, bring your own towel. The washer works well, no dryer, but they provide hanger with drying space where there are windows open.
The nearest large shopping center, Wanda Plaza, is nearby, taxi costs only ~CNY10, where you can find lots of restaurants & Walmart, etc.
In overall, this property is good & worth of money.

UUsuario invitadothe scenery was gorgeous at night and in the morning,, definitely would recommend! front desk receptionist was also really helpful to us ! i bought taobao and both receptionist was very kind enough to help me find my parcel and the lady even helped me with the pick lockers because i was not a local so i did not know where it was. there are loads of food around the hotel as it was a 2-3 minutes walk away from zhongshan lu!! overall the stay in the hotel is very clean, and there was room service everyday so don’t need to worry if you make a mess. everything is provided as well and receptionist is also very kind enough to let us know about the scams that we have to be wary about! very informative and friendly personalities !! definitely recommend this hotel to those who are looking for a good hotel for an affordable price !

El hotel está muy bien situado, pero el hotel está muy bien situado, y la habitación es muy espaciosa. A la recepción y al servicio de la casa me gustan los servicios de la recepción, asistieron a nuestros problemas de forma rápida y sincera.

UUsuario invitadoLa actitud del servicio es muy buena. La habitación también está muy limpia. La ubicación es buena. Camine a la izquierda desde la salida 12 del metro Lucuo durante unos 150 metros. El transporte es muy conveniente y el equipo es avanzado. Esta ventana deja a la gente sin palabras. Esto hace que el personal del hotel esté muy cansado. Vi a otros huéspedes en la recepción que no estaban satisfechos y pidieron un cambio. Todavía estaban insatisfechos porque no había ventana exterior. Después, luché varias veces y corrí de un lado a otro del frente. escritorio. También fue vergonzoso. Espero que el jefe lo vea. We arrived at the hotel at 9:45 PM on the eve of Chinese New Year. Given the late hour and festive season, we were concerned that nearby restaurants might already be closed. To our pleasant surprise, several small eateries within 50 meters of the hotel were still open, allowing us to enjoy a proper late dinner. It was a reassuring start to our stay.
The hotel’s environment is comfortable and welcoming. The lobby features a bright, clean design with warm wood tones and soft lighting that create a calm, relaxing atmosphere. A tasteful display area and cozy seating space add a subtle blend of business functionality and artistic charm. The front desk staff were professional and courteous, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient despite the late hour.
We stayed in the Premier Themed Room (Japanese Style with Sakura), which was truly one of the highlights of our trip.
Upon entering, we were greeted by a beautifully designed Japanese-inspired interior. Warm lighting, wooden flooring, and delicate sakura (cherry blossom) wall art created a serene and elegant ambiance. Wooden partition panels and subtle decorative details added refinement, giving the space an artistic yet tranquil feel — almost like a small ryokan-style retreat in the heart of Xiamen.
The room was thoughtfully designed, spacious, and impeccably clean. A charming feature was the private balcony, which allowed fresh air in.
The bed was exceptionally comfortable, dressed in crisp white linens. The mattress offered excellent support, and the pillows were soft yet supportive, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.
All essential toiletries were generously provided, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dental kits, slippers, and towels. Everything was neatly arranged and well-maintained, reflecting attention to guest comfort.
The complimentary breakfast was another pleasant surprise. It offered a good variety of well-prepared options, making it a satisfying way to start each day.
The location is highly convenient, close to the Xiamen International Convention & Exhibition Center, with California Plaza Shopping Mall next door offering numerous dining choices. Whether for business or leisure, the hotel is an excellent option.
Most importantly, the nightly rate was very reasonable and offered excellent value, especially considering the themed décor, balcony, full amenities, and included breakfast. The stay exceeded our expectations.
We would gladly choose this room again on our next visit.

However, it's a bit difficult to locate as it only has a small counter in building..
The rooms are decently clean though the view is building rooftop and the water basin tap is leaking, making the room a bit wet...
U may need to bring own towel if u r not used to disposable ones..
In conclusion, it's a decent room and yes, we will stay again n recommend this homestay to others..

Ambiente y servicio: siempre me gusta alojarme en los hoteles de Huazhu. No hace falta decir que la recepción siempre responde a todas las solicitudes.

FFoodTravelLife88This is an apartment located a 6 min drive to the port to kinmen. The area itself is enclosed in like a yacht club boating area. Depending on the season many things maybe closed but it's good if you want to walk along the pier enjoy nature, have a ferry or plane to catch.
I am going to review this as an Airbnb style apartment. Since it is an actual apartment your renting. They were a little confused at check in giving us two rooms and having us find our visa in our passport for them to take the photos. The apartment overall is very good for a short stay with a nice view, great TV and quite a lot of space. My husband's phone was able to connect to the internet and it was very good my phone however wouldn't connect. Typical problem with non Chinese phones. Bathroom is also very updated and nice. The bed was also very nice.
So as this is an apartment somethings could be improved for longer stays.
1) while there is a huge fridge they don't provide you a second key so the fridge will actually stay on when you leave. Typically I leave one key in and turn off everything manually but they said not possible. So if your staying for awhile everytime you leave your fridge will go off.
2) While there is a stove which is great there isn't any way to cook no small pot pan plate nothing. Which is strange because why is there a stove then. This is clearly an apartment which could be better supplied like an Airbnb.
3) While there is a washer which is amazing and washing powder which is a huge plus there is no way to dry the clothes. There is no drying rack, no fan and the two windows don't provide enough air for drying. There was only 6 hangers as well.
4) While it was quite clean the cabinets in the kitchen, the insulation inside the fridge were not clean at all. You could tell they had recently mopped and we arrived nearly 8pm. The ceiling in certain areas had visable black mold which could be a bigger problem. The faucet in the bathroom also was very loose.
However the apartment is great and could be able to accommodate longer stays if these areas are fixed. Modeling more of an Airbnb type stay. As someone who's lived in Airbnb the past 7 years I'm just trying to help.
So it you are going for a night or a week and these things don't bother you I can recommend it. For me it was great for short stay.
