Hoteles de playa en Xiamen

It was an overall good experience. The hotel is an icon ”the Twin Towers” and is conveniently located in Siming, a stone's throw away from Shapowei, a cozy neighborhood filled with nice little shops and plenty of good coffee vendors. Although the hotel is a bit dated but the room still has its grandeur and spaciousness. The check-in counters are on 38/F and the staff are nice and courteous. Our check-in staff, Dora is definitely an exemplary of the high quality service I'd expect of a 5 star hotel. She was extremely professional and follows through with us to make sure we had a nice stay. She definitely made our stay very warm and memorable. We had a dinner at their ”Michelin” Western restaurant Coast, but the experience was not good. There were 3 tables at best, but the staff if any, were too busy looking at their phones. We had to wave many times for them to notice us. We ordered the fish, steak, and another seafood dish. The steak was overcooked and chewy, not what I'd expect from a ”Michelin” restaurant. The fish was barely luke-warm, and the other seafood dish was bland and uneventful. With the high price tag for the dishes, I would not say it's worth it in terms of taste nor in service. The breakfast buffet however was good in terms of variety of selection, as well as in the quality of their waiters. There is also a Lawson convenient store on the G/F of the hotel, and a small shopping mall next door. Their indoor swimming pool is nice and the view is excellent. Just remember to bring your cap as all swimmers require a swimming cap! We had a lovely stay at Conrad Xiamen and would definitely choose this hotel again on our next stay.

I love IHG hotels and would usually choose to stay with them around the world if possible. And choose to stay at intercontinental Xiamen( in a CBD area) even though the location is far from tourist area I didn’t mind traveling a bit but I don’t think I would choose to stay here again. As the hotel didn’t feel up to standard for ihg group . There was a lot of wear and tear on the wall and the washroom. The cleanness of the rooms was not up to standard I found hair and dust / particles in the washroom table. They cleaned it up right after telling front desk but received a call saying it was the marble cracked which was clearly excuse . After returning the little dust particles were still there. Bathtub was definitely not scrubbed down . Felt a layer of residue or something when touched . Lots of dirt or dust or wall chipping or whatever particle it was on the corner of washroom table. And dusts in the corners . The breakfast was very Mediocre for ihg . Even though there was a variety of selections the taste was not there. Cooked food look like it sat there for awhile. The noodle bar was good tho with choice satay or clear soup and the freshly cooked wonton was tasty. I didn’t like how some things weren’t filled up just because it was 15min to closing. I do like how they provide kids with sand bucket tools to play at the beach . Overall it was still a pretty pleasant stay but I would not choose this ihg branch next time .

Encontré algunas cosas desagradables durante mi estadía y quería dejar una crítica negativa, pero el oportuno servicio de seguimiento y la comunicación del gerente de turno Ruby me hicieron sentir que la administración y el nivel de servicio del departamento de recepción son realmente buenos, lo que cambió. Mi opinión sobre este hotel de Hualuxe. Cuando fuimos a desayunar por la mañana, la habitación debería estar llena, lo que provocó que el personal fuera insuficiente y no pudiera mantenerse al día con el servicio. Pero Xiao Yan en el restaurante tiene muy buen servicio y es muy atenta. La hermana mayor, Su Fangchun, en el puesto de fideos es muy paciente. Un grupo de personas quería fideos y ella misma preparó más de diez tazones de fideos sin ningún rastro. Impaciencia. No pude soportarlo. Vivir para pedir el reconocimiento del nombre. La vista al mar del hotel es realmente buena y las instalaciones están bien mantenidas. Me he alojado en varios Hualux y este Hualux tiene un buen desayuno. El equipo de recepción, especialmente Ruby, es el mejor gerente que he visto.

We had a wonderful few days stay. The receptionist (Tina) provided us with a room with a nicer view of the bay. Unfortunately, executive benefits are not what they used to be. Trip and the guide in the room still show the full range, but in many cases this is outdated information. Nevertheless, the hospitality is particularly high in this hotel. Special thanks also to the cleaning lady. Very alert to clean the room during breakfast and to provide plenty of extra water.

El hotel Tegoo Hotel nos ofrece una estancia de 2 noches. No nos esperaba mucho del hotel, pero honestamente nos sorprendió mucho de las pequeñas cosas que todos los servicios pensaban bien. 1) El portador era tan útil 2) Durante nuestra llegada, fueron lo suficientemente amables para mejorar nuestra habitación. 3) 4 botellas de agua se suministraron en la habitación 4) La habitación era grande y limpia 5) Cada día recibimos nuestros saludos de la cámara camarera/supervisor, escritorio delantero, portador, etc. 6) El baño y las toallas estaban casi envasados en un saco de plástico. Esto fue muy pensativo. 7) Debido a que tengo un brazo herido, así que no he pulsado completamente; ya sabes, el portador vino a mí y puso el último botón para mí y se puso mi vestido antes de que me embarqué en un taxi. (Encabezado al aeropuerto) Esto ocurrió justo delante del principal lobby. Me retiraron, pero realmente tocó mi corazón. Olvidé tomar su nombre. Me sentí tan desafortunado, fue mi error. Por último, espero que la gestión del hotel pueda celebrar el portador. ( El evento ocurrió el 11 de marzo de 2026 a las 10.20 horas.) Por último, gracias a todos los empleados del Tegoo Hotel por su buen trabajo. Si vuelvo a visitar a Xiamen, seguro que escogeré a ustedes. Buen trabajo!

This is a duplicate of my review for dates from 6 to 8 June 2026, as I extended my stay for one night. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would happily stay here again. The location is excellent. It's right next to the metro, directly across the road from China City Mall, and within easy walking distance of Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street, the waterfront and the ferry wharf. It made exploring Xiamen incredibly easy. The staff were consistently helpful and efficient. They obtained information about the Xiamen-Kinmen ferry, which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast restaurant staff deserve special mention as they were always friendly, welcoming and genuinely seemed pleased to see their guests each morning. The room itself was lovely. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was excellent and while I didn't use the bath, the shower was very good. The hotel also has a nice swimming pool, gym and lounge area, all of which added to the overall experience. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choices, both Asian and Western, and a pleasant atmosphere. I only intended to stay a short time, but enjoyed both the hotel and Xiamen enough that I extended my stay by an extra night. From my room I had good views, including Zheng Chenggong's statue on Gulangyu Island and Xiamen's Twin Towers in the distance. This hotel certainly helped make my stay in Xiamen an enjoyable one. I left with very positive memories and would gladly stay here again.

Es genial tener piscina cubierta y gimnasio. La habitación tiene el tamaño perfecto y está limpia. Además, la vista y la ubicación del hotel son muy buenas. Está a menos de 10 minutos a pie de ZhongShanLu. Merece la pena volver.

El edificio del hotel es realmente grandioso, con un aire lujoso; es increíblemente grande. Pero eso no significa que sea malo, ¡es solo mi opinión personal! Quizás debido a su gran tamaño, no hay muchas comodidades, lo que hace que parezca menos detallado. Las habitaciones son enormes; ¡parece que cuatro personas podrían dormir cómodamente en una cama doble! Nada mal, ¿verdad? ¡El precio es bastante razonable para un hotel entre semana!

El entorno global de la habitación está bien, pero la razón de la zona es que la noche es muy gruesa, querer dormir no es fácil, y además, las instalaciones, primero es la puerta muy mala, es difícil cerrar la puerta, la puerta siempre ha sido tormentada, y es el turbo, temo que el hotel de tres y cincuenta pies no necesita este hilo rojo quemado, el interruptor también es malo, Me temo que hay peligros de seguridad, no me atrevo a usarlo, es decir, el servicio. La guardia comenzó a lavarse a más de las siete de la mañana. Los dos estaban hablando con el ruido incómodo en las calles. No podía dormir bien. Una mañana de nuevo, me enfadaba mucho.

Okay, but much better options exist if you have the money and book in advance. First of all, its a separate class of hotel situated within the very same Marriot (which is higher end), so consider this a class below the actual Marriot. The exit is separate, and leads mostly to nowhere, and you will most likely enter the real Marriot part of the building at first, but thankfully staff knows this is a common mistake and leads you through a small hallway of about 200m to the other reception where you will be greeted by just as professional staff. They don't include any toiletries but will deliver them swiftly to the room door if you need any, I guess its ecological, in their mind, but practically..ultimately pointless and saves no one's time and energy. The room itself is a bit of a step down from regular 4* chain hotels - the size, the leather on the furniture is torn and worn a bit, and it shows its age and class. There are similarly priced competitors within the same 1-2km range, who do a much better job, plus better view, for a few bucks more. It should be priced a bit lower in order to be a good deal and vibe for the money. Ultimately an okay hotel, no one will be disappointed, but the value to me just isn't there, and the real Marriot is in the same building, but you are getting the cheaper version of it, watered down.
