How much check in was done by Feruza with a little help of what seems to be her superior. Though it took a while before somebody came to collect our luggage checkin procedure was really welcoming. Cold towels, welcome drinks, while getting the administration soughted out. After we settled in the room, we went to the lounge, given access to due to the fact that we reserved a suite (room 1405). Sharif (or charif?) was there to welcome us and made sure our needs were met. Breakfast is a feast. Suite was spacious and comfortable. We had dinner in Ember located on the 17th floor of the hotel serving great Japanese food. See our separate review for our findings over there. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that they do not have a souvenir shop so that you can buy a quick present for your loved ones. This venue just opened last March and is great to see how much effort staff is putting in to give you a wonderful state.

It is a nice hotel in the center of taskent where you can get very good service and friendly people work. Ms. Intizor, one of the staff of the hotel's restaurant and cafe, did not turn down our request for ice americano even though it was not on the menu and had it prepared. En lo que respecta al nivel general del hotel en general de Tashkent, Ramada se encuentra en un nivel medio a alto, y las instalaciones de insonorización en el vestíbulo, el restaurante y la habitación siguen siendo buenas. Apartamentos confortables cerca del centro de la ciudad en el centro comercial moderno. A la metro más cercana de 200 metros. Hay una pequeña tienda cercana (8-22). La leche local es tan bonita. Puedes encargar comida en la habitación. Una enorme TV con un receptor por satélite en 200 parece ser canales. Las ventanas gigantes que se acercan directamente en la ruta ”presidencial” no están abiertas por esta razón, y con el sistema de control del clima no hemos logrado completarlo, por lo que fue polvo y caliente. La cabina de ducha y la toalla también requerían principios de gestión de estudios. O es sólo que no podemos usar tales dispositivos complejos? La instrucción en la habitación se encontraba sólo para el caja fuerte y en inglés. Después de contactar con el personal del hotel, pero también después de que no lo ganara. Al final, nos cansamos de luchar contra él y no empezamos a destacar a nadie. La TV en la habitación era dos. Pero uno sólo mostró canales uzbecos y eso con grandes obstáculos

Muy terrible hotel, si se puede llamar, cuando entran en el cuarto de huevo de la ducha, camas todas giradas, matrazes todas curvas y ya han ido, no se ofrecen parques de estacionamiento, el personal es terrible para el dolor, las cortinas no cierran la ventana completa, y así su vecino del otro lado puede ver tranquilamente lo que hace en la habitación, de los plus sólo la sala de cenas con cielo abierto, todo el resto en menos 10... Buen hotel con grandes habitaciones. Limpio y ordenado. Buen desayuno, rica. Hay incluso marmelada cuando se pregunta y se entiende. La piscina es una bendición en el calor de primavera y verano. Lleno a mediados de mayo, si se le pide algo antes. Situado en una calle muy conducida, por lo que los cuartos hacia adelante sonidos. Después de una noche pude cambiar a un cuarto tranquilo hacia atrás, no hay problema, sólo hay que preguntar. Situado a una distancia del centro. A la estación de metro más cercana, a al menos 20 minutos a pie. Antes de la casa, me voy a autobús, pero nunca he probado. Taxi al centro de la ciudad ca.2€. Recomendable en general.

Checking in was a nigh**are I booked the hotel to stay 2 night before flying back to London. I checked in with my new wife as we just got married and the hotel reception demanded that we need a marriage certificate to stay at their hotel as my wife was Uzbekistan citizens and me being Uk. The reception was very rude unhelpful and even I was telling them that I am with my wife they didn’t want to check me in I found this very upsetting as I said if my girlfriend or female friend, wife was another nationality they won’t ask me for anything after talking to some fake managers that came to the reception they had to make so many phone calls to some places and after 45 minutes of waiting at the reception desk finally they checked us in was terrible no apologies was offered from 4-5 staff that had dealt with us 2 we’re supposed to be management which am not sure I feel they lied. I wasn’t happy at all with this from such a large hotel chain which I have used them in other locations. Room was good sized clean but service in general was poor for such a new hotel. Even morning breakfast staff no one ever said good morning or anything. There was no security at the front door ever when we came in or left the hotel to see local tourists attractions. Avoid the bar too expensive and cocktails weren’t great head to local restaurants for cheaper drinks. It’s a shame I can’t rate the service less than 1 stars if I could I would rate the service 0 stars. We stayed at the Wyndham in Tashkent as well with my wife didn’t have issues and staff there were fantastic.

Останавливаемся в этом отеле второй раз. Оптимальное соотношение цены и предоставляемых услуг. Удобно добираться из аэропорта, а ж/д вокзал в пешей доступности. Очень нравится улица, на которой находится отель, новая застройка, много кафе и ресторанов (французской, итальянской, японской кухни), но не дешёвые как для Узбекистана. Сам отель турецкой сети, интерьер в соответствующем стиле - пышно декорирован. Всё новое, номера просторные, есть всё необходимое. Отель без звёзд, но лучшее некоторых 4- звездочных. Белые махровые халаты, тапочки, в ванной все необходимые принадлежности. Очень высокие кровати с матрасами, даже для моего роста 175 см, людям маленького роста придётся запрыгивать:) Завтраки прекрасные, блюда каждый день менялись. Дополнительно можно заказать яйца в любом виде, кашу. Хороший кофе из кофемашины, что не в каждом отеле в Узбекистане. Отдельно хочется отметить персонал отеля. И работников ресепшена, и ресторана. Очень доброжелательные, сразу откликаются на любую просьбу. Обязательно буду рекомендовать этот отель. P. S. Сбоку от отеля началась стройка жилого комплекса, но если вы не будете целыми днями сидеть в отеле, то вам не помешает.

You stay here for the experience not the quality of the hotel! This place is kitsch and a wonderful relic of the cold War! Stayed here twice as part of a group tour and was charmed by the haphazard nature of the place! Reception is a vast space with plenty of seating and a bar at one end. You can get cold beer here that you can take away to your room. Both rooms we had were large with twin beds at one end and a loungue type area at the other. The major bonus was we had a balcony each time; great views from the higher floors and a good place to hang out some washing! The first room the balcony was accessible from two doors, the second room had one door blocked with a chest of drawers and the handle removed! Bathrooms are a bit dated and you sometimes have to wait for hot water! Not all rooms have balconies so you might need to request. The money exchange was really useful, although they wouldn't change local currency back again. The rooftop bar is actually the top floor as opposed to on the roof but the windows open in and you get great city views. Breakfast buffet is excellent, especially the omlette chef! Location of the hotel is also strong, metro just to right of entrance and lots of attractions, bars and restaurants in walking distance. A couple of reviews say Reception staff don't speak great English - you can get round this with Google translate so not a big deal. We also had two people on our two given each others passports - the onus is definitely on you to check!If you don't mind quirky this hotel is for you!
