We spent 5 days here and could have easily stayed longer. The hotel team is all about customer service 24/7. Meals in the Bistro are delicious, breakfast is great and the beach cafe is also delicious! Small set back is that elderly people can’t walk around pool perimeter easily or at all. Very narrow. They are also strict about saving pool chairs bc they are so limited. Overall, it’s a great hotel and we can’t wait to enjoy it again!!!

J'ai bien aimé.... belle vue sur le port..personnel sympathique et accueillant .équipement ...salle de bain...vieux mais propre...je comprend que le style de l'hotel peut surprendre certain....hotel dans son jus déco vintage.... avec une ambiance... (pour ceux qui ont la réference....on pourrait presque y croiser dans un couloir les jumelles de shinig...) pas mal équipé... équipement un peu vieillot mais cela fait son charme..j'ai bien aimé le fait de prendre le petit déjeuner au restaurant à l'exterieur sans contrainte d'horaire ...et puis on est a deux pas de la plage et du centre a pied

Todo está bien en este hotel sencillo pero mantenido maravilloso. Las habitaciones son coquetes, limpias, bien organizadas según el tamaño . Vista del mar la primera noche, terraza para los siguientes como acordado y solicitado previamente. El jefe está escuchando, accesible, disponible, bienvenido, nos sentimos bien. Estacionamiento cerrado disponible cerca, en reserva. Tiene un bar, un salón y una sala de desayuno que ofrecen en una terraza tranquila y sombría: el desayuno se convierte en una felicidad y nada falta. Por lo demás, se acerca a la playa de René Cros, y está a 400 metros del puerto. Todo está perfecto y gracias a mi anfitrión por todas sus atención.

La Farandole saved my vacation. Impeccable location with a private beach. Staff were super friendly and made checking in pleasant and helped with every request and wish we had. We stayed at the newly built villa, which had an amazing pool (felt like a private luxury pool). Our room was clean and met our expectations. We only ate one dessert at the up stairs restaurant, so I can't really review the food completely, but the tiramisu was excellent. Also the views from the restaurant were spectacular, especially during the sunset. La Farandole is a perfect couples get away with a very good location, only a couple km walk from Sanary Sur Mer which had good restaurant and shops. We will definitely visit again.

El hotel se ha ido a la casa por una noche antes de tomar el barco, y se ha ido a la casa y se ha ido a la casa. Si tuviéramos tiempo, la piscina parecía muy acogida este mes de julio. El cuarto, ”estudio” era un poco austero, pero equipado con nevera y cocina, así que eficaz porque equipado con un pequeño balcón y aire acondicionado!! Si desea pasar 15 días a *******s en un lugar romántico y bucólico, No es realmente el establecimiento más situado. Pero recomiendo por el precio y la gentilidad y la recepción de la hostesa que ha tomado nuestra reserva.

Unbelievably disappointed with this hotel and a majority of its staff. We experienced a tragic void of cleanliness, professionalism and hospitality during our entire stay at the Mercure Hotel in Toulon, France. Unfortunately, our fruitless attempts to resolve these issues directly with on-site management (which does not exist) and corporate personnel (impossible to contact) leave us feeling violated of our dignity and robbed of our time and money. We hope the following information will help others in the future, including travelers, hospitality staff, Sébastien Bazin, Gilles Pélisson, and the like. CLEANLINESS: Upon our arrival, we could literally see dust and dirt on all of the shelves, counter tops, balconies and floors of the hotel and room. Even the carpet in the room was so dirty it stained the bottom of our clean socks. The toilet room smelled bad, like, well, a used toilet. We politely asked for it to be cleaned, however, no one ever came, not even to freshen up the room at any point during our stay. COMFORT: The air conditioning did not work in our room, ever. When we spoke to the front desk staff about the sweltering temperature of 90 degrees F in our room (even though the thermostat read 16 C) and were informed to “leave the room for awhile to let it work”. We left at 3:30PM and returned at 11PM to a less sweltering temperature of 85 degrees F in our room. We asked staff member available, Alexi/Alex at the front desk, if he could fix the thermostat. He begrudgingly came to take a look and was profusely sweating after one minute in the room. He could not turn on the air conditioning even though the thermostat read the same 16C. He said we could open the window, but that would just let in the bugs in and turn off the air completely. He also suggested we leave the room to wait 15 minutes for it to turn on…? Given that that strategy did not work when suggested earlier, we asked for a different room with working air conditioning. He laughed at us and said no because it would not make his manager happy. We said we would happily speak to the manager about the issue and he laughed again, said no, and stated management is not available on the weekends. We then asked for some sort of a solution and Alexi/Alex appeared annoyed and said “there is nothing to be done” and that he had to get back to his “other duties” at the hotel. Turns out it was actually the end of his shift and he did not want to stay any longer that his end time to deal with this problem. We noted that the sheets and bedding were surprisingly all polyester, which doesn’t breathe like cotton, and acts like a heat conductor and made it more difficult to achieve sleep. He laughed again and said all the rooms are the same and there is nothing to be done. We went back to the front desk to ask for help from the next staff member and found that the only person available was a very kind, intelligent security guard named Cherkre(sp?). He informed us that he is actually employed by a

El Best Western Hotel en Cassis tiene una ubicación excelente, cerca de la playa y en el corazón de Cassis. El personal también es muy útil y amable y fue capaz de proporcionar ayuda inicial después de que mi compañero había recibido un pequeño pasto de caminar en una zona roca en el parque nacional cercano. El desayuno fue maravilloso y comimos fuera en la veranda rodeada de plantas Jasmin.

Cadière d’Azur is een schattig dorpje in de Provence, net weg van de highway, die goed hoorbaar is op de kamer. Het hotel is charmant, maar de kamer Favory die wij hadden moet hoognodig worden opgeknapt! De douche was kapot, kon niet gewoon meer hangen, het water liep niet weg en de cabine was het formaat van de jaren 70 van de vorige eeuw in een niet al te beste gîtes. Ook het schuifwandje van de douchecabine was kapot. De wc bril was oud en kapot! Voor de prijzen die dit hotel rekent, moet het veel beter‼️We lieten 5 overhemden, 5 slips en 5 paar sokken wassen en waren totaal verbijsterd over de prijs van € 97. Uiteindelijk werd € 25 afgetrokken, maar wij vonden het bizar, zeker gezien het feit dat onze kamer gewoon beneden alle peil was. Ik zou me schamen gasten zo te ontvangen! Het eten in zowel de bistro als het restaurant was heerlijk en authentiek, met een leuke touch vd Provence!
