After that, switching to a competitive game of pool kept the energy high. These facilities really made our trip unforgettable. Thoughtful Touches That Made All the Difference Beyond the fun, it was the thoughtful details that truly impressed us: · Water Dispenser in the Kitchen: Incredibly convenient! No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. Having instant hot and cold water on tap was a game-changer. · Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: The biggest sweet touch was the owner providing bath salt for us! After a full day of activities, sinking into a fragrant, hot bath was the perfect way to unwind and felt like pure luxury. This small gift added such a personal, caring touch. Verdict: We Will 100% Be Back! This villa perfectly combines a luxurious private space, premium entertainment, and heartfelt service. From swimming to singing, gaming to soaking, everything was seamless—we never had to think about what to do next. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to all my friends. This is our second visit after last summer. Attentive staff, spacious and clean room. Breakfast has a good variety of food and has minor changes daily. Very nice pool on level 4. Gym is well equipped although without any window. Fairly weak Wi-Fi in my room on level 9, on and off despite with maintenance staff assistance which is unacceptable nowadays in 2026. The Smart TV is not connected to network so it’s just a normal TV. Would definitely have rated 5 without these two issues.

We arrived earlier and rooms were not ready. Service is good, offered us an upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment type room which was perfect as we have a sofa area to chill and relax. The rooms were very comfortable and power outlet is available at table in room which is better than charging phone next to bed. The aircon units are great. The bathroom is spacious and water pressure is good. Hairdryer perfect. There is also a full length mirror just outside the bathroom so no one fighting for mirror use to prep going out. The kitchen and sofa area have power outlets too so we can charge nearby while we hang out. The dining area is large enough too. My only set back is the lighting which can be a level brighter.

La habitación asignada estaba en el piso más alto, el décimo, y aunque estaba limpia, podría haber estado más limpia. No se proporcionó agua embotellada en la habitación, pero los huéspedes pueden obtener agua potable en el dispensador cerca del ascensor en cada piso. El precio es asequible en comparación con otros hoteles de la ciudad, considerando su ubicación, servicios y comodidades. Un excelente lugar para hospedarse.

D'Kelly overall a nice hotel for our overnight stay in Ipoh. The hotel's beautiful lobby with a nice cafe/coffee house next door definitely inviting. The Standard Twin Beds Room was adequate, maybe a bit small for longer stay. Bedding & Pillows were nice & bathroom pretty good. The pool & chill out lounge on the roof top definitely inviting & great for family with children. Will stay again if I visit Ipoh

We travelled in a group of 3 female friends. I have to say I booked this place due to its industrial themed rooms. It's definitely nostalgic and rustic but the cleanliness is still very much up to standard. We even had a balcony and managed to catch a glimpse of fireworks in a distance. In the morning, we caught the sunrise as well. It's beautiful. The location is best! 👍🏼 it's just next to the famous Thean Chun Coffeeshop, where you get to eat shredded chicken noodles, popiah, asam laksa, Satay, char kway teow. Will definitely recommend this place to others. The only one thing is u will need a little patience when it comes to service. The staff left us standing aimlessly where she went up to the room.

Upon arrival the 2 contact details provided don't respond and it's really annoying and disappointing. 1 contact go into voicemail box and another will never pick up the call which somehow give you the impression of the host is not reliable(Attached conversation without reply) The property manager or agent that host these property really need to be more professional. The unit is full of new paintings and the smell cause lots of discomfort(Attached the toilet door with new paint) The bidet or sprinkler is broken and the water is scattered around and cause our clothes and toilet paper all wet!!!(Attached photo broken bidet) They don't install ventilation fan on the toilet and when you open the window for air circulation your neighbors could see you.Their intentions is very clear which is they don't bother the comfort of the guest(Attached photo of when open up the toilet window for ventilation the upper floor could see through hence no privacy while shower.You shower with window close and its felt suffocating after a while!!!) As Ipoh is famous for eateries to our surprise when we packed our supper home the utensils is really disappointing.The host barely provides you any plates and utensils.Maybe just 4 cups 4 plates as if anything extra will cause them a million dollars investment.You can't find extra waste plastic bags or toilet paper.They simply being too calculative and don't provide any extra even you are using it to keep their unit clean at least if you provide me with extra waste plastic bags we could pack our waste and keep it clean and hygiene instead. Each room only 2 towels for shower and no pools towel provided.Very inconsiderate!!! The worst part is they will sent you a check out instructions 6am in the morning to wake you up!!! If you having a peak booking on our check out date you may sent a reminder for checkout but please not at 6am in the morning !!! I think Trip.Com should check on your agent quality and set a minimum standards.The property host is really disappointed we don't have time to waste so we just put up with it and write a review after check out.

La ubicación es muy buena. Puedes caminar a muchos restaurantes famosos en la antigua ciudad de Ipoh. No más de diez minutos, muy conveniente. La casa es muy grande y la cama es cómoda. Pero el olor de la basura es muy fuerte y muy desagradable. No hay mucho ruido, puedes oír a otros huéspedes caminando y conversando en el pasillo. El diseño del parque de coches es un pesadilla. El equipo de gestión es muy accesible. Recogerán RM300 para depósito de daños a través de tarjeta de crédito. Y volverán en 1-2 días después de su comprobación. ( No he comprobado si recibí el reembolso).

La habitación era buena, excepto que la ubicación está cerca de la autopista y no podíamos dormir bien debido al ruido de tráfico. Sugerir instalar ventanas de cancelación de ruido para toda la habitación. De lo contrario, la estancia no será agradable y afectará a su negocio. Para su consideración pls.
