El hotel es perfecto para un corto viaje. El hotel dispone de dos ascensores, por lo que no había tiempo de espera. En general, la habitación era cómoda y la estancia se sentía agradable y sin problemas. Definitivamente una buena elección para una estancia de una noche, especialmente para un viaje de negocios o un viaje rápido.

The hotel accommodated early checkin for us at 1.00 pm. We are allocated a room at the 5th floor. Room size was right for 2 pax. The toilet n bath room are separate with a pull door. There are Indian food, dim sum restaurant n coffee shop around the hotel. Free shutter service around the old n new towns. The driver, Mr Addy did a fantastic service during our trip by driving us around and provided wonderful food recommendations.

Fue engañoso y causó una confusión innecesaria a los huéspedes. Finalmente, encontré otro número de contacto en mi página de reserva y los llamé directamente. El encargado dijo que enviaría el secador de pelo inmediatamente, pero después de esperar 10 minutos, nadie vino. Bajamos a recepción de nuevo, y el personal nos dijo: ”Estamos un poco ocupados, pueden volver a subir ahora, mi personal está esperando fuera de su puerta”. Honestamente, parecía que solo querían que nos fuéramos rápido y nos dieron una excusa aleatoria para despacharnos, porque cuando regresamos a la habitación, no había nadie. Al final, solo recibimos el secador de pelo a las 11 AM. Tardar una hora completa solo para que nos entregaran un secador de pelo en la habitación fue, honestamente, bastante ridículo.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel suite. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a large king-size bed that made for a great night's sleep. It also came with simple cooking equipment, a large refrigerator, and a washing machine, which made the stay feel just like home. The ambient lighting created a cozy atmosphere, and the large bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The water pressure was decent and perfectly adequate for a comfortable shower. The self-check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, with clear video instructions and prompt assistance via WhatsApp. The agent was approachable, friendly, and always replied quickly whenever I had questions. The agent even allowed me to check in 1 hour early and check out 1 hour late, which I really appreciated because I had a lot of work to do and was unable to follow the regular check-in and check-out times, and because of the room availability too. The property was easy to find, as it shares the same lobby as Wyndham Garden. The surrounding area felt safe and was conveniently located near plenty of eateries, shopping malls, and other amenities. Overall, it was an excellent stay with great facilities, outstanding service, and a convenient location. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again.

The Condominium is a bit hidden as it's located behind Impiana Hotel Ipoh. The road to enter the Condominium is not really visible while driving. The Condominium is newly built, so unit is considered new. The parking is temporarily free until further notice. So far, quite a good stay. The only thing to comment is that, there are quite a lot of Phereoeca uterella at the ceiling inside the unit and also at the corridor. Perhaps, a more thoroughly housekeeping is need. Facilities are okay but I noticed the people who stayed in other units didn't follow the rules when using swimming pool. Not wearing proper swim attire, no shower before entering the pool, causing the water in the pool to become dirty and oily. It's truly disgusting. Hope the management and security guard can be more strict on this issue.

This was my second stay here, and I still love the spacious room. Everything was perfect overall. 🤩 This time, we were a little unlucky because the room suddenly had a blackout in the middle of the night while we were sleeping. The next morning, after we called the service counter, the staff came to check and found that an electrical wire had burned out. They kindly offered to let us change rooms several times, but since we were checking out soon, it was fine for us to stay. The staff also apologized sincerely during check-out. Despite this small issue, I would definitely stay here again because the location is excellent, very close to tourist attractions and the highway.👍

Overall, we had no complaints about the price as it was very affordable. However, there are a few things to note for future guests. Check-in was a little confusing at first; there wasn't anyone at the desk, and we had to wait a while for staff to come over. Also, if you are driving, be warned that the parking area is very small and ”just right”—you’ll need some good parking skills to navigate it!

The check-in process was easy and hassle-free, with clear instructions provided in the handbook, so everything was straightforward. We also really appreciated having a dedicated parking space provided with the unit, which was very convenient compared to other places where guests have to find parking on their own. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place for a comfortable and convenient stay!
