UUsuario anónimoI enjoyed my stay overall, especially the cleanliness of the hotel and the excellent customer service. The staff were friendly and attentive, and all the necessary amenities were well provided for guests.
However, I was a bit disappointed with the room interior as it did not reflect the Balinese vibe I was expecting. The design and overall atmosphere felt lacking, including the absence of the signature Bali-style aroma or fragrance that usually enhances the experience.
Additionally, the hotel does not have a swimming pool, which was a downside for me. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but there is room for improvement in terms of ambiance and facilities.

UUsuario invitadoThis is a new hotel located very close to Ipoh Parade Mall. Clean beds and lobby! However breakfast buffet spread is not as good as the Hotel nearby.

UUsuario invitadoFirst time try out. Lobby is nice and cosy except personally I don’t like the room. Soundproofing of the door is terrible and the theme colour of the room I don’t really like it. It doesn’t give out a very good vibes. Gym room located not a good location and it close super early around 8pm??? I didn’t took picture of the room cos I just want to faster get over for 1 night and check out. I won’t be back.
P/s I read from review hair dryer is Dyson brand. It is not. Is just normal China brand. Quality is okay as most things are made in China.

MMysarasaraWe stayed at Wyndham Garden Suites Ipoh City Centre for one night and had a very pleasant experience. We booked the 2-bedroom suite, which comes with 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, and a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, and basic cutlery — very convenient and comfortable, especially for families or small groups.
The room was very clean and well maintained. The mattresses were solid and comfortable, giving us a good night’s sleep. Everything felt neat, functional, and thoughtfully arranged.
Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely hope to come back again next time we’re in Ipoh.

Personal muy atento y amable.
Tuvimos problemas con el desayuno, ya que habíamos reservado esta opción, pero al registrarnos nos dijeron que temporalmente no podían dar desayunos, nos reintegraron 30RM por noche que era en lo que el hotel valoraba el precio del desayuno, la dificultad era encontrar un sitio cercano al hotel para desayunar temprano.

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel de 1969, con una experiencia muy agradable, ha sido un personal amable y amable durante toda nuestra estancia, especialmente el concierge, que también ha actuado como el conductor de transferencias aeroportuarias. Aunque no recibí su nombre, era muy responsable y se aseguró de que llegamos al aeropuerto a tiempo.
La ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente, con numerosas cafeterías cercanas.
En general, fue una gran estancia y definitivamente volvería.

UUsuario anónimoOverall pleasant stay. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Checked into a room with awful smoke smell and front desk staff sent front office personnel up pretty quickly with ioniser but I insisted to change room as smoke smell usually stick to the linen and hard to get rid which the staff immediately respond well to it. I personally think the housekeeping staff should take note of cleaning the mold in between the shower tile. Pretty gross!
I was pleasantly surprised with Dyson hair dryer in the room and nice looking pair of bedroom slippers. Keep up the amenities details.

ZZiHarithEn general, tuvimos una buena estadía en Impiana Ipoh. El edificio y las instalaciones del hotel necesitarían una mejora, ya que están muy anticuados pero no del todo deteriorados. Sin embargo, nuestra habitación era muy agradable, limpia, espaciosa y tiene una vista encantadora. Las toallas y la ropa de cama también eran muy bonitas y había un suministro adecuado de artículos de tocador en la habitación. El desayuno estaba más bien que bien. Hay una panadería llamada Shake and Bake a poca distancia del hotel que sirve una variedad de panes, pasteles e incluso comidas calientes a un precio razonable. El personal del hotel fue educado y servicial. Estamos especialmente agradecidos al personal de recepción en el momento del check in que se esforzó por cumplir con mi solicitud al reservar la habitación. Sin embargo, el hotel dispone de plazas de aparcamiento subterráneas (foc) muy limitadas y algunas plazas de pago en la carretera frente al hotel.
