Spent one night at this hotel for a business trip, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was for the price. The parking area is spacious and free, with valet parking available from RM30 per night. The hotel has a modern design and is equipped with a Face ID-like entry system, which adds a nice touch of technology. All the room switches are touchscreen as well. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. I also really loved the bathroom design, especially the electronically operated toilet seat very much like the ones you’d find in Japan. They also provide complimentary snacks and carbonated drinks, which was a nice bonus. Overall, definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at for its price. Great comfort, modern facilities, and plenty of thoughtful touches. Would definitely consider staying here again.

El hotel de 1969, con una experiencia muy agradable, ha sido un personal amable y amable durante toda nuestra estancia, especialmente el concierge, que también ha actuado como el conductor de transferencias aeroportuarias. Aunque no recibí su nombre, era muy responsable y se aseguró de que llegamos al aeropuerto a tiempo. La ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente, con numerosas cafeterías cercanas. En general, fue una gran estancia y definitivamente volvería.

Reservamos una suite, ¡y era increíblemente espaciosa! Tener ese espacio extra para moverse es una maravilla cuando se viaja con niños. Además, cuenta con una pequeña cocina, lo que hizo que nuestro viaje fuera muy cómodo. Poder preparar fácilmente bocadillos o comida para los niños en la misma habitación fue una gran ventaja. Otro punto fuerte para nosotros fue la piscina cubierta. ¡A mi hija le encantó! Es ideal porque no tienes que preocuparte de que el sol del mediodía o la lluvia repentina arruinen el momento de piscina. Antes de reservar, busqué por todas partes en internet, pero apenas encontré información o fotos sobre el desayuno. La única reseña que logré encontrar mencionaba que la selección era ”limitada”. Ahora que me he alojado aquí, quería compartir estas fotos para que los futuros huéspedes sepan exactamente qué esperar. Sí, la selección es algo reducida, pero la calidad es excelente. Incluso con menos opciones, ¡todos los platos que ofrecían eran de mis favoritos! Así que, aunque no sea un bufé enorme, sin duda nos encantó.

El hotel está ubicado cerca del centro y frente al club hípico, lo cual es bastante conveniente, aunque no se puede ir caminando a la mayoría de los lugares turísticos. Sin embargo, se puede llegar fácilmente en taxi o Grab. El servicio fue excelente y el proceso de registro de entrada y salida fue rápido. No obstante, se requiere el pago de una tarifa de RM3 al registrarse, la cual se aplica en todo el estado de Perak, según se informó. La habitación asignada estaba en el piso más alto, el décimo, y aunque estaba limpia, podría haber estado más limpia. No se proporcionó agua embotellada en la habitación, pero los huéspedes pueden obtener agua potable en el dispensador cerca del ascensor en cada piso. El precio es asequible en comparación con otros hoteles de la ciudad, considerando su ubicación, servicios y comodidades. Un excelente lugar para hospedarse.

Todo bien. El desayuno es muy bueno, con mucha variedad. Sin embargo, no hay enchufes cerca de la cama. Elegí una habitación con bañera, pero no me la dieron.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel suite. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a large king-size bed that made for a great night's sleep. It also came with simple cooking equipment, a large refrigerator, and a washing machine, which made the stay feel just like home. The ambient lighting created a cozy atmosphere, and the large bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The water pressure was decent and perfectly adequate for a comfortable shower. The self-check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, with clear video instructions and prompt assistance via WhatsApp. The agent was approachable, friendly, and always replied quickly whenever I had questions. The agent even allowed me to check in 1 hour early and check out 1 hour late, which I really appreciated because I had a lot of work to do and was unable to follow the regular check-in and check-out times, and because of the room availability too. The property was easy to find, as it shares the same lobby as Wyndham Garden. The surrounding area felt safe and was conveniently located near plenty of eateries, shopping malls, and other amenities. Overall, it was an excellent stay with great facilities, outstanding service, and a convenient location. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again.

This was my second stay here, and I still love the spacious room. Everything was perfect overall. 🤩 This time, we were a little unlucky because the room suddenly had a blackout in the middle of the night while we were sleeping. The next morning, after we called the service counter, the staff came to check and found that an electrical wire had burned out. They kindly offered to let us change rooms several times, but since we were checking out soon, it was fine for us to stay. The staff also apologized sincerely during check-out. Despite this small issue, I would definitely stay here again because the location is excellent, very close to tourist attractions and the highway.👍

Hotel bien ubicado en la zona colonial de Ipoh. Personal muy atento y amable. Tuvimos problemas con el desayuno, ya que habíamos reservado esta opción, pero al registrarnos nos dijeron que temporalmente no podían dar desayunos, nos reintegraron 30RM por noche que era en lo que el hotel valoraba el precio del desayuno, la dificultad era encontrar un sitio cercano al hotel para desayunar temprano.

The hotel was good and the breakfast was decent as well. We stayed at level 8, which we were told is one of the newly renovated floors, along with Level 7. However, the room service team did not respond to our request. We left a note on the table requesting room slippers before heading to work in the morning, but the request was not attended to. Nevertheless, the hotel receptionist was very responsive and promptly arranged for the room slippers to be delivered after we contacted them.

Buena ubicación cerca de muchos restaurantes. El estacionamiento también era cómodo. El servicio fue regular, ya que solicité una habitación alejada de los ascensores, pero me dieron una justo enfrente. Era un poco ruidoso, sobre todo por la noche y a primera hora de la mañana. Por lo demás, la estancia fue cómoda.
