UUsuario invitadoNothing but good things to say about the Bedrock Hotel. We were actually across the road from the hotel itself as we had one of the junior suites, which are in a newly refurbished building. The suites are fabulous, they are very roomy and very thoughtfully furnished and equipped. The bathroom itself was bigger than some of the hotel rooms we have had recently and the thoughtful addition of a water filter that provides hot, cold or ambient water to order was priceless. The suites do not have kitchenettes (although they do have a small fridge) they do have a coffee machine, cups, cutlery, plates, bowls and even wine glasses in the same cabinet as the fridge, all of which came in very useful. The bed was also super comfortable and the AC worked well too.
We had originally tried to book in the Old Town itself but there was limited availability, the Bedrock was a great second choice, as it was just a short 10 to 15 minute walk away and the breakfast was great too.

UUsuario anónimoI enjoyed my stay overall, especially the cleanliness of the hotel and the excellent customer service. The staff were friendly and attentive, and all the necessary amenities were well provided for guests.
However, I was a bit disappointed with the room interior as it did not reflect the Balinese vibe I was expecting. The design and overall atmosphere felt lacking, including the absence of the signature Bali-style aroma or fragrance that usually enhances the experience.
Additionally, the hotel does not have a swimming pool, which was a downside for me. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but there is room for improvement in terms of ambiance and facilities.

UUsuario invitadoThe building looks normal but the interior made up for it. Looks new and rooms are clean. However, they can improve on the lift to accommodate crowd as I experience stopping at almost all level during check-out time. Service was good as I requested to have my pillow case changed after my 1st night as it smelled a little funky. Overall, good experience.

SSANTHANALETCHUMY MANIAMI love to stay in this property as the priority host was prompt in replies, maintained cleanliness of the property. The check in and check out process was easier. Ample of parking. Indoor swimming pool was amazing. I highly recommend this unit to everyone. I will rebook this unit as well.

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel de 1969, con una experiencia muy agradable, ha sido un personal amable y amable durante toda nuestra estancia, especialmente el concierge, que también ha actuado como el conductor de transferencias aeroportuarias. Aunque no recibí su nombre, era muy responsable y se aseguró de que llegamos al aeropuerto a tiempo.
La ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente, con numerosas cafeterías cercanas.
En general, fue una gran estancia y definitivamente volvería.
