Muy bien. Fue el autochequeo y el check-out. Tuvo que llamar a los propietarios antes de llegar ahí a través de Whatsapp. Así que no hay escritorio delantero. El lugar era bueno y espacioso. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y bien mantenidas. No hay problema para nosotros cuando nos dirigíamos. Hay lugares de comedor y compras cerca de marzo (distanza de caminar). Recomendado.

1) car park is a bit challenging to drive up in circle, at least not to high 2) Very new building, everything in the room is very clean, cosy. It has bath shower tub, baby cot. Just that if the group does not need the baby cot, can consider keeping it. As the room has some constrain. Shape of unit is long, with the baby cot, the room is a bit difficult for elderly to move. We let elderly have room with toilet.(main bed room) 3) nice view of Ipoh, easy to find unit. Never use facilities, so no comment on that. 4) Easy to find food nearby, short drive

Solo le daría 5 estrellas al personal de este hotel. No recuerdo su nombre, pero trabajaba en el turno de noche. Fue muy amable y servicial. Tuvimos algunas peticiones, como cambiarnos de habitación (en la primera habitación que llegamos hacía mucho calor, el aire acondicionado tenía problemas con el gas o ya estaba viejo, no estoy seguro), así que este empleado (hombre) trabaja en el turno de noche. Es muy servicial y amable, y nos ayudó rápidamente a solucionar el problema. Siguió disculpándose incluso después de cambiarnos de habitación. Si la próxima vez vuelvo a este hotel, creo que es principalmente por este personal masculino. ☺️😎☺️😊

Es una casa que se separaron en una pequeña unidad (2 camas dobles) y otra gran unidad (una con un salón que no nos quedamos) yo quedaría para la ubicación, pero si aprecias la privacidad, No recomendaría porque las dos unidades están separadas por una puerta de cambio donde puede ver la otra unidad a través de las lagunas y luego oír a otras personas hablar. Entonces compartir un parking. No tenían señales claras (el número cayó de mi presunción) Pero el servicio es rápido y útil! (Tenemos problemas con el wifi porque la otra unidad lo desactiva)

A great stay for my family. The unit is clean and spacious enough for us. 1 parking slot is provided and it is near the lobby. Check in was easy too. Owner was quick to response to my questions and requests. The kettle was malfunctioned and they give us another the next day despite it’s a weekend. My boy had so much fun at the playground and swimming pool. Will come again if there’s a chance.

The property is a newly built bungalow just beside a hill and a temple. there are plenty of local foods around within a few minutes of walking distance. the check in check out is very simple, and the host and caretaker are friendly. since it's slightly further out from the city, the air is fresh especially so because we are beside one of the big hills. One downside: at night, there will be a low pitch humming, which I presume is the pump running for the water tanks. it didn't bother me, but soundproofing could be improved for the rooms. there's enough parking at the property or beside it for about 6-7 cars, so no issues there.

I had a generally pleasant stay at this homestay. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby amenities. A special mention to the security guard downstairs, who was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made the overall experience even better. However, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The water pressure in the shower was extremely low—so much so that it made showering quite difficult and uncomfortable. Additionally, for a two-bedroom unit, only one access card was provided. This was quite inconvenient, as the card is required not only to enter the unit but also to use the elevator, making it challenging for multiple guests to move around freely. Overall, while the stay was comfortable and enjoyable in many aspects, addressing these issues would greatly enhance the guest experience.
