Hoteles en Ipoh con aparcamiento

I had a wonderful 2-night stay at Weil Hotel Ipoh. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One of the highlights was the complimentary supper and the delicious breakfast served on both mornings, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location is excellent as it is directly connected to Ipoh Parade Mall. It was very convenient to shop, dine, and even catch a movie without having to drive. Being located in the city centre also made it easy to get around Ipoh. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful throughout my stay. The only area that could be improved is the gym. It is clean, but the workout equipment is quite limited. Adding more machines and free weights would make it much better for guests who like to exercise. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay at Weil Hotel Ipoh again. Highly recommended!

For the price, I think it is a reasonable option.  However objectively: 1. The air-cons don't work well - one of them was leaking.  The staff was helpful in sending contractor to fix while we were out but due to miscommunication (because we have connecting rooms) the ”fix” was made to the air-con that wasn't leaking as badly as the one we complained about.  To be fair they offered to swap rooms but we are a family of 5 and it was a hassle to repack and move so we declined.  2. The hot water was very good despite some reviews.  However the shower head in one of the rooms were such that they don't stay put so occasional splashes happened.  3. One of the rooms wasn't cleaned (we have connecting room) - the ”make my room” card wasn't available in one of the room so we hung on just 1 of the room and left the connecting door open, thinking that the cleaners would clean both.  They only cleaned 1.  I guess we could have outright told reception instead of assuming that the cleaners will clean both rooms since we left the connecting door open.  4. I paid for extra bed - but the bedsheet was dusty - they changed it (or at least vacuumed it) after the first night.  5. The beds were quite comfortable, they offered free bottled water and coffee sachets, tv worked, fridges worked, rooms were decent sized, wifi was ok - ample street parking, the lights were ok but one of the rooms had stark white lights instead of the warmer ones. Location was good, just off the highway and across the eateries in Bercham.  6. The staff were helpful and friendly.  Despite the complaints they texted me and constantly called to check if we needed towels (because one of the room weren't cleaned) and they asked twice if we wanted to change rooms (we didn't because of reason stated above).  7. Suggestion - build a small ramp to go up to the hotel from the road if possible.  It will be helpful for luggage and older folks / wheelchairs etc.  All in all, it was a decent stay.  Price was competitive but cleanliness could be better - and air-con/shower heads can be better maintained. 

La habitación estaba limpia, luminosa y el ambiente era relajado, cómodo y bonito. En general, la habitación por este precio era un 9.5/10. Sin embargo, el servicio y la gestión fueron decepcionantes. A la 1 AM, nos dimos cuenta de que la habitación no tenía secador de pelo, así que bajamos a pedir uno en recepción. El guardia contactó con el encargado, y el encargado nos informó de que todo el personal ya se había ido. Nos pidieron que enviáramos un WhatsApp al número que figuraba en el mostrador a la mañana siguiente cuando necesitáramos el secador, y aceptamos. A la mañana siguiente, a las 10 AM, contactamos con el encargado por WhatsApp, solo para que nos dijeran que nuestra habitación no estaba bajo su gestión. Luego intentamos llamar a atención al cliente, pero nadie respondió. Lo que lo empeoró fue que, cuando explicamos la situación, el encargado de WhatsApp simplemente respondió ”No lo sé” en lugar de ayudarnos con el número de contacto correcto. Honestamente, no intento culpar a ningún miembro individual del personal, pero si nuestra habitación no está bajo esa gestión, ¿por qué se mostraba ese número de forma tan destacada en el mostrador? Fue engañoso y causó una confusión innecesaria a los huéspedes. Finalmente, encontré otro número de contacto en mi página de reserva y los llamé directamente. El encargado dijo que enviaría el secador de pelo inmediatamente, pero después de esperar 10 minutos, nadie vino. Bajamos a recepción de nuevo, y el personal nos dijo: ”Estamos un poco ocupados, pueden volver a subir ahora, mi personal está esperando fuera de su puerta”. Honestamente, parecía que solo querían que nos fuéramos rápido y nos dieron una excusa aleatoria para despacharnos, porque cuando regresamos a la habitación, no había nadie. Al final, solo recibimos el secador de pelo a las 11 AM. Tardar una hora completa solo para que nos entregaran un secador de pelo en la habitación fue, honestamente, bastante ridículo.

The hotel was good and the breakfast was decent as well. We stayed at level 8, which we were told is one of the newly renovated floors, along with Level 7. However, the room service team did not respond to our request. We left a note on the table requesting room slippers before heading to work in the morning, but the request was not attended to. Nevertheless, the hotel receptionist was very responsive and promptly arranged for the room slippers to be delivered after we contacted them.

Me quedé allí después de un largo y agotador evento, y lo elegí principalmente como un lugar para duchar, descansar, dormir y escribir algunos informes, y sirvió bien para eso. La reserva era una brisa, y el hotel es muy fácil de localizar. Utilizan un kiosk auto-incheck que es bastante sencillo, pero el personal no hesitado en entrar y ayudar cuando era necesario. Yo me quedé en una habitación sin ventanas. Porque no hay ventana, hubo un ligero olor de humedad cuando me fui a la primera. Felizmente, traje mi propio spray de habitación, por lo que no era un problema para mí, pero es algo que tener en cuenta. El aire acondicionado no es increíblemente fuerte. Si prefieres una habitación congeladora, puedes luchar, pero como alguien que no es un gran fan de AC intenso, fue perfectamente aceptable para mí. En el lado brillante, la presión del agua y el agua caliente en el duche eran excelentes. También había más que suficientes sockets eléctricos para dos personas cargar sus dispositivos. No uso el Wi-Fi, por lo que no puedo comentarlo. Hay un distribuidor de agua y hierro con planta en el pasillo en mi piso (3rd floor) El hotel está rodeado de muchos restaurantes locales, pero opté por ordenar GrabFood porque estaba muy cansado. Upon arrival the 2 contact details provided don't respond and it's really annoying and disappointing. 1 contact go into voicemail box and another will never pick up the call which somehow give you the impression of the host is not reliable(Attached conversation without reply) The property manager or agent that host these property really need to be more professional. The unit is full of new paintings and the smell cause lots of discomfort(Attached the toilet door with new paint) The bidet or sprinkler is broken and the water is scattered around and cause our clothes and toilet paper all wet!!!(Attached photo broken bidet) They don't install ventilation fan on the toilet and when you open the window for air circulation your neighbors could see you.Their intentions is very clear which is they don't bother the comfort of the guest(Attached photo of when open up the toilet window for ventilation the upper floor could see through hence no privacy while shower.You shower with window close and its felt suffocating after a while!!!) As Ipoh is famous for eateries to our surprise when we packed our supper home the utensils is really disappointing.The host barely provides you any plates and utensils.Maybe just 4 cups 4 plates as if anything extra will cause them a million dollars investment.You can't find extra waste plastic bags or toilet paper.They simply being too calculative and don't provide any extra even you are using it to keep their unit clean at least if you provide me with extra waste plastic bags we could pack our waste and keep it clean and hygiene instead. Each room only 2 towels for shower and no pools towel provided.Very inconsiderate!!! The worst part is they will sent you a check out instructions 6am in the morning to wake you up!!! If you having a peak booking on our check out date you may sent a reminder for checkout but please not at 6am in the morning !!! I think Trip.Com should check on your agent quality and set a minimum standards.The property host is really disappointed we don't have time to waste so we just put up with it and write a review after check out.

El apartamento es enorme y muy conveniente. Dentro de toda la zona de comedor y compras. Muchos parques y el nivel superior es muy tranquilo. El apartamento es limpio con el check-in fue fácil.

Worth the price you pay! Great location, just beside the highway. Everything is clean, aircond was functioning well, the room is nice. It’s just that the small fridge is not functioning and the water pressure is kinda slow. But I don’t really mind. The front desk was also nice. I will reconsider staying at this hotel again for a short staycation.

La habitación era muy limpia y la vista era increíble. Tenía todas las comodidades necesarias. Está bien situado a poca distancia de caminar del mercado nocturno y el hermoso, aunque escenario, río. También hay muchas comidas disponibles alrededor del hotel. ¡Muy recomendado!

We travelled in a group of 3 female friends. I have to say I booked this place due to its industrial themed rooms. It's definitely nostalgic and rustic but the cleanliness is still very much up to standard. We even had a balcony and managed to catch a glimpse of fireworks in a distance. In the morning, we caught the sunrise as well. It's beautiful. The location is best! 👍🏼 it's just next to the famous Thean Chun Coffeeshop, where you get to eat shredded chicken noodles, popiah, asam laksa, Satay, char kway teow. Will definitely recommend this place to others. The only one thing is u will need a little patience when it comes to service. The staff left us standing aimlessly where she went up to the room.
