UUsuario invitadoI had a wonderful stay at Weil Hotel in Ipoh! The hotel is modern, clean, and very well-maintained. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the city.
One of the highlights was the rooftop infinity pool, which offers a stunning view of Ipoh—especially during sunset. The location is also excellent, as it’s directly connected to Ipoh Parade, making shopping and dining very convenient.
The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with a smile, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
They have prepared a Birthday setup for the room in which I am very happy to see it
Overall, Weil Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Ipoh. Looking forward to staying here again!

The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable.
The location was perfect, making it easy to get around and explore nearby attractions.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We look forward to coming back again!
However, we would like to suggest an improvement in the provision of drinking water. It would be great if the hotel could provide more accessible drinking water options, such as additional bottled water or a water dispenser for guests

BBNNLBeautiful hotel with modern technology such as face recognition to access the lift and rooms. Unfortunately, during our stay the system did not work properly. Out of the three of us, only my son couldn't use the face scan to enter the lift, but he could scan to enter the room. Meanwhile, my daughter and I could not use the face scan to open the room door.
When we checked with the receptionist who handled our check-in, she mentioned it was a technical issue, but she did not seem very welcoming or helpful.
We were staying in room 3021B. After about two hours, the room became very warm. When we called reception, they said the room would take time to cool down because it is a big room. A technician came to check as well and said the same thing. However, this information was never explained to us earlier. The first night was very uncomfortable due to the warm temperature, and at 4am I had to go down to the reception to make a complaint. Only the next day, on 28/3 around 6pm, we were able to change the room to 4021B.
On the second day, a staff member named Hanis was very friendly and helpful, which we truly appreciated.
When we moved to room 4021B, I informed the concierge who helped us move our luggage that the front corridor light was not working. It seemed like this issue was not followed up, as the light was still not fixed (as shown in the photo). At that point, I did not bother to raise it again.
Overall, the hotel itself is beautiful and has impressive technology, but the lack of communication between departments and inconsistent service was disappointing.

Management team was very helpful and active considering my book was confirmed after 11.30 pm. This condo has private swimming pool and mini water park for residents. Suitable for those with kids to enjoy. I will consider this condo for my next stay.

MMysarasaraWe stayed at Wyndham Garden Suites Ipoh City Centre for one night and had a very pleasant experience. We booked the 2-bedroom suite, which comes with 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, and a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, and basic cutlery — very convenient and comfortable, especially for families or small groups.
The room was very clean and well maintained. The mattresses were solid and comfortable, giving us a good night’s sleep. Everything felt neat, functional, and thoughtfully arranged.
Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely hope to come back again next time we’re in Ipoh.

The room was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. Every detail — from the cozy bed to the well-maintained amenities — reflected thoughtful planning and a high standard of service. The ambiance was calm and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a long day.
The staff deserve special recognition for their professionalism and attentiveness. They were always courteous, helpful, and quick to assist with any request, making the entire stay seamless and enjoyable.

ZZiHarithEn general, tuvimos una buena estadía en Impiana Ipoh. El edificio y las instalaciones del hotel necesitarían una mejora, ya que están muy anticuados pero no del todo deteriorados. Sin embargo, nuestra habitación era muy agradable, limpia, espaciosa y tiene una vista encantadora. Las toallas y la ropa de cama también eran muy bonitas y había un suministro adecuado de artículos de tocador en la habitación. El desayuno estaba más bien que bien. Hay una panadería llamada Shake and Bake a poca distancia del hotel que sirve una variedad de panes, pasteles e incluso comidas calientes a un precio razonable. El personal del hotel fue educado y servicial. Estamos especialmente agradecidos al personal de recepción en el momento del check in que se esforzó por cumplir con mi solicitud al reservar la habitación. Sin embargo, el hotel dispone de plazas de aparcamiento subterráneas (foc) muy limitadas y algunas plazas de pago en la carretera frente al hotel.

UUsuario invitadoEn el momento de la entrada, me tomé algunas veces antes de que tuviera la llave para ir a mi habitación, ya que la habitación no estaba lista a exactamente 1500 como se suponía. Esto ha dado una primera mala impresión y molesta como tuve que esperar hasta que reciba la confirmación de la tarjeta clave está listo para ser autocolectado de la caja de correo.
La impresión de la habitación es buena y la condición es lo suficientemente limpia que no noté nada malo excepto que la cortina era una posición lado no correctamente que indica que el cuidado de la casa no se cuidó de ver el pequeño detalle bien.
Durante la noche también veo que un pequeño perro se mueve en el baño de la cama que he puesto mi tobillo y mi cara más limpia.
La noche estaba muy fría, así que le ofrece una condición cómoda para dormir.
El check-out fue fácil, ya que sólo necesita dejar la tarjeta clave en la misma caja de correo.

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel de 1969, con una experiencia muy agradable, ha sido un personal amable y amable durante toda nuestra estancia, especialmente el concierge, que también ha actuado como el conductor de transferencias aeroportuarias. Aunque no recibí su nombre, era muy responsable y se aseguró de que llegamos al aeropuerto a tiempo.
La ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente, con numerosas cafeterías cercanas.
En general, fue una gran estancia y definitivamente volvería.
