We stayed at Ipoh Bali Hotel for 4 days and 3 nights for our honeymoon, and we’re truly so grateful we chose a local honeymoon instead of flying overseas. This place made our trip feel peaceful, romantic, and memorable. From the moment we checked in, Raidah was incredibly warm, helpful, and friendly and she even checked us out at the end of our stay. Her hospitality really made us feel welcomed and taken care of throughout the trip. All the staff we met during our stay were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Every time we walked past, we were greeted with smiles, which made the atmosphere feel so warm and comfortable. We also had massages during our stay, and the masseuses were amazing. The service honestly felt like a 5-star experience, professional, relaxing, and exactly what we needed after the wedding. A special mention to the breakfast team as well, especially May, who was so kind and attentive. The food was excellent. We loved it so much that we ordered the same dishes twice during our stay, the Balinese chicken porridge and the Balinese rice set (can’t remember the exact name, but it was so good!). The room itself was spacious with beautiful high ceilings, giving such a cozy Bali-inspired atmosphere. One of our favourite parts was the sound of flowing water from the balcony at night It was incredibly calming and helped us sleep so well. The bathroom was also very spacious and came with a lovely bathtub, which made the whole honeymoon experience even more special. Honestly, the hotel felt like a 5-star resort experience to us, so we were surprised to find out it’s officially rated 3 stars. The service, atmosphere, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. Overall, this was the perfect honeymoon stay for us, and we will definitely come back again in the future.

I stayed at Mu Hotel recently and extended my stay for a third night because it’s clean, comfortable, and the bed, pillows, and linens are high-quality and cozy. The staff are friendly, making it a pleasant stay. A few things could improve: during check-in, more info would be helpful—like the water dispenser is downstairs, the hair dryer must be returned at checkout for the deposit, and there are no tea bags or coffee provided in the room. Overall, highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay!

Find a fantastic standalone vacation home; There is a small zoo· 🦌🦜🐒🐓； There is a small library and reception room 📖； There is purified water and a small kitchen； You can also ask the front desk Indonesian girl for feed to feed small animals. The standalone building we stayed in has two bedrooms and one living room. The family lives comfortably together. The boss can communicate fluently in both Chinese and English. Communicate via WhatsApp before check-in, fortunately send invitation letter. For the price, I think it is a reasonable option.  However objectively: 1. The air-cons don't work well - one of them was leaking.  The staff was helpful in sending contractor to fix while we were out but due to miscommunication (because we have connecting rooms) the ”fix” was made to the air-con that wasn't leaking as badly as the one we complained about.  To be fair they offered to swap rooms but we are a family of 5 and it was a hassle to repack and move so we declined.  2. The hot water was very good despite some reviews.  However the shower head in one of the rooms were such that they don't stay put so occasional splashes happened.  3. One of the rooms wasn't cleaned (we have connecting room) - the ”make my room” card wasn't available in one of the room so we hung on just 1 of the room and left the connecting door open, thinking that the cleaners would clean both.  They only cleaned 1.  I guess we could have outright told reception instead of assuming that the cleaners will clean both rooms since we left the connecting door open.  4. I paid for extra bed - but the bedsheet was dusty - they changed it (or at least vacuumed it) after the first night.  5. The beds were quite comfortable, they offered free bottled water and coffee sachets, tv worked, fridges worked, rooms were decent sized, wifi was ok - ample street parking, the lights were ok but one of the rooms had stark white lights instead of the warmer ones. Location was good, just off the highway and across the eateries in Bercham.  6. The staff were helpful and friendly.  Despite the complaints they texted me and constantly called to check if we needed towels (because one of the room weren't cleaned) and they asked twice if we wanted to change rooms (we didn't because of reason stated above).  7. Suggestion - build a small ramp to go up to the hotel from the road if possible.  It will be helpful for luggage and older folks / wheelchairs etc.  All in all, it was a decent stay.  Price was competitive but cleanliness could be better - and air-con/shower heads can be better maintained.

También hay un distribuidor de agua en la casa, que es muy conveniente. La matriz es de buena calidad y muy cómoda para dormir. El hotel está en el piso, por lo que es muy conveniente acceder a la piscina. El balcón se encuentra en el área de estacionamiento, por lo que la orden de entrega de alimentos es muy conveniente ya que se puede entregar directamente al balcón sin tener que ir al lobby para recogerlo. Sería aún más ideal si el espacio de estacionamiento de esta unidad fuera, por lo que no habría necesidad de llevar a varios niveles a estacionar. El centro de atención de los niños es el parque de playa y las instalaciones de piscina. En general, fue un muy agradable estancia y un gran lugar para familias que viajaban con niños.

Stayed at Hotel 1969 and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were polite and kind throughout our stay, especially the concierge, who also acted as our airport transfer driver. Although I did not get his name, he was very responsible and ensured we arrived at the airport on time. We also enjoyed a nice breakfast before heading off, which was perfect and satisfying. The hotel location is very convenient, with many coffeeshops nearby. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely return again.

¡Este hotel es muy recomendable! Al principio tenía mis dudas tras ver tantas buenas reseñas, pero tras registrarme, puedo confirmar que en este hotel el cliente es lo primero. Mi familia y yo vinimos de viaje a Ipoh desde Johor Bahru y llegamos al hotel una o dos horas antes de la hora prevista (hora de entrada: 15:00). Para mi sorpresa, nos permitieron entrar antes, lo cual fue genial porque estaba un poco cansado después de conducir varias horas. El servicio de recepción fue muy amable, la habitación estaba muy limpia y la limpiaban a diario, el desayuno también estuvo bien, hay aparcamiento privado con guardias de seguridad, pero el espacio es un poco limitado y suele estar lleno, así que no me extraña que tanta gente recomiende este hotel. ¡Un precio muy económico que merece la pena!

Nos alojamos una noche. Las habitaciones son pequeñas. La iluminación es tenue. Está bien para una o dos noches. El personal es amable. Está limpio. La presión del agua es buena y siempre hay agua caliente. Los equipos funcionan correctamente. El hotel es pequeño, pero tiene ascensor. La ubicación es excelente. Anote el número de móvil de la recepcionista, ya que puede que no esté disponible.

The apartment is huge and very convenient. Within all the dining and shopping area. Lots of parking and the upper level is very quiet. The apartment is clean with check in was easy.

Worth the price you pay! Great location, just beside the highway. Everything is clean, aircond was functioning well, the room is nice. It’s just that the small fridge is not functioning and the water pressure is kinda slow. But I don’t really mind. The front desk was also nice. I will reconsider staying at this hotel again for a short staycation.
