One of the top hotels in Ipoh. Quite a big hotel, with 13 floors (including a bar and infinity pool at the rooftop). The twin room is a comfortable size for 2. All amenities provided, including complimentary snacks and 2 canned drinks in the mini bar. They've also installed a filter tap beside the basin in the bathroom that provided free flow drinking water. There's also a hot water dispenser provided at the lobby.
The rooftop pool is a fair size and you get a lovely sunset view too. It's also accessed controlled by room card, ensuring exclusivity for in-house guests. There's also a gym but I didn't check it out.
I love the creative Christmas tree in the lobby that had little towel animals, a running train and hand written greetings.
The hotel is also connected to Ipoh Parade mall, providing great convenience.
The hotel stay came with complimentary breakfast buffet from 6.30am to 10.30am and supper from 11pm to 2am! Breakfast is common but Supper is pretty innovative. Though the spread is limited to 1 savoury and 1 sweet item, the idea itself was a feel-good worthy thought. The breakfast spread is rather standard but quality is so so, I did enjoy the Nasi Lemak station and Chee Cheong Fun.

This hotel is considered quite good with this price and the location is quite near to the town. Moreover, they are providing breakfast, even though they don't refill the milk and the choice of food is not that much. But with the price given, I think it is reasonable. Oh.. one more weak point of this hotel is that the surrounding areas are quite dark and silent, and there is no convenience shop within walking distance.

Satisfying and the best choice to stay here. The staff here are very friendly, very helpful and customer friendly. The service here is very efficient and always our top choice. Highly recommend to those out there if they want a comfortable stay in Ipoh. Many halal and delicious restaurants and hotspots around this hotel. Close to highway PLUS access. It's fun and worth it.

Nunca me había sentido tan hogareño en un hotel. Ha logrado su objetivo según el nombre del hotel. Es una estancia súper cómoda. Estábamos tan en paz en este hotel. Todos descansamos bien. Los niños tenían su espacio y nosotros el nuestro. A mi marido le encanta el entorno tranquilo. A mis hijos les encanta el diseño del espacio en la habitación. Cada uno tenía su privacidad. La bañera de madera generaba un agradable olor a madera cuando se llenaba con agua tibia. El baño fue cómodo y relajante. El personal del hotel también ofrece un buen servicio. El salón de spa del nivel MEEP ofrece un servicio de 5 estrellas en tratamientos faciales y masajes. Nos quedamos impresionados con tal estándar en Ipoh que puede estar a la par con un hotel de 5 estrellas. Seguramente volveremos otra vez. La comida vegetariana en el restaurante Ma Ma Kim también era buena. Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia. Volveremos cuando visitemos a nuestros padres. Mantenga el ambiente y el servicio del hotel. ¡Buen trabajo!

The room was super clean and neat.
They allocate a place on the floor for us to keep the shoes due to raining season.
The room was very clean,big suitable for couples.
Here I placed a room picture which attached 1 big cupboard.
They provide us iron board,locker,LCD was 2
Sofa, electric kettle and mini fridge.
Our breakfast also provided at ground floor cafe,a good meal to enjoy..We had enjoyed the stay at Symphony Suite Hotel.
The staff very friendly, and helpful

FFlyingNoodlesEl hotel ofrece diversas comodidades como piscina, gimnasio, spa y varias opciones gastronómicas. Me gusta su piscina de sirena, muy linda, pero hacía mucho viento y frío. El hotel está situado a orillas del río Kinta y ofrece hermosas vistas del río y de la ciudad, especialmente durante la noche. Sólo necesita caminar hasta el puente y disfrutar del ambiente sereno y pacífico que puede resultar relajante y refrescante. Hay un restaurante japonés al lado del hotel donde podrá disfrutar de un buffet libre, y hay bastantes restaurantes en los alrededores. El servicio fue excelente, el check in y el check out fueron rápidos. El personal es muy amable y atento. Aunque es un hotel bastante antiguo, está bien mantenido y cuenta con todas las necesidades básicas.

SSahuraDebido a la reserva de última hora, tenemos que esperar casi 2 horas. Algunos miembros del personal trabajan desde casa, pero el personal del mostrador de recepción me está ayudando mucho. Reserva confirmada por trip.com pero necesita tiempo para recibir notificación y aprobación del hotel en su sistema.
Todos los miembros de la familia están realmente agotados al viajar largas distancias durante las visitas de Hari Raya a sus familiares. Finalmente, conseguimos nuestra habitación sin ninguna queja a las 10 pm😁. ¿Solo el estacionamiento es demasiado limitado y complicado? Aparte de eso... comida de Miker y café con leche del casco antiguo a solo 10 minutos a pie. 7E en el lobby del hotel. Vista superior desde el piso más alto. Volveré y lo recomendaré. Pero por favor reserve en línea con anticipación. De lo contrario, tienes que esperar 2 horas como yo 😁😁

Location was far from Ipoh City. If you want to rest only away from noise, this is the place. If you want to explore Ipoh City, this hotel quite far unless you willing to drive. Limited Muslim restaurants around. Have Family Mart & 7E store nearby the main road.

CChun Giap LimThe location is strategic, it is near to many amenities and famous restaurants such as 老黄芽菜鸡，奇峰豆腐花，富山点心 and etc. Although it is similar to airbnb setting where we need to collect the key without a reception in the lobby, it is pretty easy and well explained by the owner via whatsapp. From key collection, registration and getting parking and how to return the key, everything is easy. The rooms are clean and tidy, very happy and absolutely worth for money

Recientemente tuve el placer de estar en este apartamento impresionante 4-bedroom, y debo decir que superó todas mis expectativas. Desde el momento en que me fui acompañado, me impresionaron el espacioso diseño, el diseño moderno y la atención pensada a los detalles en cada rincón.
El hotel está situado en una zona de 2 estrellas, donde se encuentran 2 habitaciones con una amplia gama de habitaciones, camas confortables y un montón de almacenamiento. El área de estar era perfecta para relajarse y divertirse, con un asiento confortable y ventanas grandes que dejaban en una abundante luz natural.
La cocina estaba totalmente equipada con equipos modernos y tenía todo lo que necesitamos para cocinar y comer.
La ubicación del apartamento también fue increíblemente conveniente, con fácil acceso a las tiendas, restaurantes, que está a pie.
En general, este apartamento 4-bedroom equilibra perfectamente el confort, el estilo y la funcionalidad. ¡Le recomiendo a cualquiera que busque una experiencia de alojamiento premium!

UUsuario invitadothis is the second time i’m staying at this place. the first time was booked via agoda. the room is spacious and nice but floor is dusty. but that isn’t a big deal for me. what has really ruined my mood for the stay was the front desk guy. he is an indian man. he called me 3 times on the morning of my stay but i didn’t pick up because i was driving from KL. when i reach there around 2.30 pm after i had my lunch, i gave a call to the number in the front desk (which was his number who called me earlier) to ask if can check-in now or need to wait until 3pm. he said 3pm and i was okay since it’s just a few more minutes until 3pm anyway. no one was in the premise at that time which is why i call the number written on the whiteboard. during my check-in, he is complaining about why i didn’t pickup the call so he didn’t know what time i’m coming to check in. so unprofessional of him to say that the first thing to a guest. trying to blame me? well first, you’re calling in the morning of my trip and you can’t expect me to pickup the phone when i’m driving? you could have just leave a message on whatsapp if i didn’t pickup the call. everybody is using whatsapp nowadays so what’s so hard to reach me?
second, he asks for RM50 deposit but my mother didn’t hear at first so she asked what the RM50 is for and he said to buy KFC? repeatedly saying to buy KFC. is that suppose to be a joke? we all know he’s just trying to be sarcastic to my mother because that isn’t funny at all to us.
during my first time stay at this place on Dec 2023, Mr Poon whatsapp me A DAY before my trip to confirm my booking and my arrival time. it was pleasant and easy with Mr Poon which is why i choose this place again for my second trip but turns out, the front desk is a different person this time and he really ruined my mood during my stay there because of his unprofessional attitude.

UUsuario invitado+ great location, very close to downtown, train station, gerbang malam, many shops and restaurants at a walking distance. The staff is just great, always ready to help. WiFi is ok, hot water, hair drier, water dispenser on each floor. Aircon is old, but works ok.
- clearly can improve cleaness, the dust is everywhere. Window is dirty too. The bedsheets can be improved too, some had stains and small holes.
