LLamlamSin這家酒店地點優越，距離布蘭登堡門和柏林愛樂廳等著名景點都非常近，酒店附近也有很多餐廳可供選擇，非常方便。

One slight annoyance, however, was that the breakfast staff deliberately failed to inquire about the beverage needs of Asian customers, even though we were clearly within their designated area and arrived at a convenient time, without causing any inconvenience to the staff. This isn't something I'd expect in such an international hotel.

Recientemente me quedé en el InterContinental Berlín durante mi primera viaje a Alemania durante 4 noches, y fue una experiencia muy excepcional.
El hotel está situado cerca de Tiergarten y a pocos pasos del zoológico de Berlín y del transporte público. Arrivé tarde a la noche, pero el check-in fue rápido y profesional. El personal era amable, útil y hablaba excelente inglés.
La habitación era espaciosa, sin espumantes y elegantemente diseñada.
El desayuno fue uno de los destacados una amplia variedad de platos internacionales y locales, jugos frescos y café de estilo barista. La comida era excelente, y la vista panorámica de la ciudad lo hizo inolvidable.
La zona de bienestar era limpia y relajada, aunque la sauna requería un pequeño suplemento.

PPrejakFirst of all, this is not a 5 star hotel! It is listed as a 5 ⭐ on many sites, but it is a 4 ⭐ hotel.
Rooms are ok size, we had comfortable real double bed (not two single beds pretending to be double). Free mini bar and coffee machine was a great add on. But no slippers. Balcony in my room was too small, but some rooms have bigger balconies, so it depends on luck what you'll get.
Location is ok, but not great. Close to the metro station with one line. To go anywhere you have to go to to Zoo station first.

NNopastNofutureThe hotel is stylish and beautiful and owns a very impressive restaurant. unfortunately the breakfast is overpriced. The selection is small and not appropriate for the high price. Unfortunately, the quality of the breakfast was not as high as the price would justify. The cheese, salmon, sauces and co. were already dried out and obviously from the day before.
I booked this hotel as a Hyatt member assuming it belongs to the World of Hyatt. At arrival I was told that only the advertising is done via the website and no Hyatt benefits can be applied.

AAllison_TravelsThe hotel was conveniently located with a taxi stand directly out front making it very easy to get around the city. The staff were also quite pleasant.
Unfortunately the room we were placed in had a serious mold issue in the shower. When I asked about it, they switched us to another room, but the showers still had significant marks of black mold in the grout of the tiles. The attached photo is the state of the shower upon check in. This is not up to what I have heard is the standard for Pullman brand and therefore I cannot recommend this hotel.

It’s highly designed and recommended for people with a refined sense of taste.
Throughout the entire space, there is no sign of careless design. You can also feel a sense of professionalism from the staff, as if they take pride in working here.
The breakfast is also excellent—on par with that of a quality restaurant.
The rates are high, but the level of quality justifies the price.

UUsuario invitadoWunderbares Hotel mit tollen Zimmern, sehr stylish und guter Ausstattung. Das Frühstück ist mega klasse, abends legt im Innenhof ein DJ auf und der Service und Aufmerksamkeit der Mitarbeiter ist sehr gut.
Das Stue ist uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert und wir kommen gerne wieder beim nächsten Berlin-Aufenthalt.
