Ggoatleomessi10Situación increíble al lado del Potsdamer Platz y literalmente se aleja del Memorial de los Judios Mordened y del Tor Brandenburger. También es un lugar muy central para llegar a todas las demás atracciones turísticas como la galería del lado este, Alexanderplatz, etc.
El hotel es muy bien fechado y sencillo, pero se mantiene limpio.
La custodia de la casa era bastante incuestionable, por ejemplo, olvidó rellenar el condicionador para ambas noches, enviando las mismas instalaciones dos veces, pero rápidamente para responder en general.

BbibidibabidibooI had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is excellent – there’s a bus stop right outside, which made getting to all the main attractions incredibly convenient. It’s also just a 10–15 minute walk to a wide variety of shops and restaurants.
The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped, with high-quality amenities from Byredo. As a member, I enjoyed some great perks like complimentary drinks and free late check-out until 2 PM, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

UUhrmannMi compañero y yo habíamos reservado habitaciones con camas king size, pero nos dieron habitaciones con camas individuales estrechas, incómodas. Nos dijeron que, por desgracia, no había habitaciones con camas king disponibles, aunque a juzgar por la luz que entraba por las ventanas, la mitad de las habitaciones parecían estar vacías.
Lo peor fue que nos dieron habitaciones al final del pasillo de la planta baja, justo encima de la salida del aparcamiento. El ruido era insoportable desde las 5 de la mañana, lo que nos impedía dormir. Además, justo encima de la salida del aparcamiento, había una bandera con el logo del hotel mal sujeta que chirrió toda la noche con el viento. A partir de las 5 de la mañana, empezaron las entregas por el aparcamiento, con los carritos rodando de un lado a otro, creando un ruido insoportable que resonaba por las habitaciones.
Este es un hotel muy limpio con buenos servicios de cortesía, como un minibar reabastecido, y en general es un buen hotel. Sin embargo, la forma en que nos trataron (nos dieron las peores habitaciones posibles) arruinó toda la experiencia.

NNopastNofutureThe hotel is stylish and beautiful and owns a very impressive restaurant. unfortunately the breakfast is overpriced. The selection is small and not appropriate for the high price. Unfortunately, the quality of the breakfast was not as high as the price would justify. The cheese, salmon, sauces and co. were already dried out and obviously from the day before.
I booked this hotel as a Hyatt member assuming it belongs to the World of Hyatt. At arrival I was told that only the advertising is done via the website and no Hyatt benefits can be applied.

AAllison_TravelsThe hotel was conveniently located with a taxi stand directly out front making it very easy to get around the city. The staff were also quite pleasant.
Unfortunately the room we were placed in had a serious mold issue in the shower. When I asked about it, they switched us to another room, but the showers still had significant marks of black mold in the grout of the tiles. The attached photo is the state of the shower upon check in. This is not up to what I have heard is the standard for Pullman brand and therefore I cannot recommend this hotel.

It’s highly designed and recommended for people with a refined sense of taste.
Throughout the entire space, there is no sign of careless design. You can also feel a sense of professionalism from the staff, as if they take pride in working here.
The breakfast is also excellent—on par with that of a quality restaurant.
The rates are high, but the level of quality justifies the price.
