Hoteles en Berlín con balcón

El hotel ofrece 4 noches de servicio y un servicio de su personal muy agradable. La habitación era muy confortable y limpia. La habitación estaba muy caliente en el piso 6 aunque no fuera tan caliente en mayo. La ventana podía abrirse, pero porque la habitación estaba en la frente el tráfico era muy alto en la noche. En cuanto a precio y calidad es normal para Berlín. Hay un revestimiento extraño en los pasillos, probablemente estén haciendo reformas. El hotel en sí está en una casa antigua. La cama es incómoda. Y la ropa de cama es regular. Pero el desayuno fue una grata sorpresa, nada del otro mundo, pero lo comí con gusto. Había albóndigas y ensalada con mayonesa. En general muy bien. No está muy cerca del centro por los transbordos del metro. Pero el metro en sí está muy cerca. Y justo al lado del hotel comienza la calle comercial Kurfuetersdam. En general, el hotel es una buena opción si tienes un presupuesto limitado.

La ubicación estaba bien y la habitación también, pero hay dos hoteles en Berlín con el mismo nombre pero direcciones diferentes, lo que facilita la confusión. Mi compañero se confundió y acabó en el otro hotel. Se lo comuniqué al hotel y me dijeron que mucha gente se había quejado, pero que no les importaba, culpando a los huéspedes de no comprobar bien la dirección. Esta actitud es problemática. Aunque las direcciones permiten distinguir dos hoteles, los nombres no deberían dar lugar a malentendidos. Sabiendo que ya estaban causando una gran confusión, siguieron alimentándola. No volveré a alojarme allí.

Las instalaciones eran completas, incluyendo hervidor, cafetera, agua con gas de cortesía y patatas fritas. El ambiente también era muy agradable y la calefacción, excelente. ¡Incluso nos cambiaron a una habitación mejor! Ah, y la ubicación era fantástica; recorrimos todas las atracciones cercanas en un día. Gracias a la plataforma Trip.com y al hotel por la mejora y el excelente servicio, que hicieron que nuestro viaje fuera perfecto.

I I had an unforgettable hotel experience. When I arrived, I tried to push the door open, but it was locked. There was no doorbell. Just as I was fretting over what to do, three groups of guests who had booked the same hotel tried to enter, but none of them could get in. Then one of the guests noticed a digital keypad and typed in the code from her email, but none of them could get in. Each of our groups tried their codes, but none of them could get in. As we were still fretting, the door suddenly opened, and a guest came out, allowing us all to enter. That guest explained that the hotel had emailed us a ten-digit start code and a four-digit comfort code. You had to enter the start code first, then the comfort code, to open the door. The other guests had both the start code and the comfort code, but my email only contained the comfort code. The kind guest checked my email and confirmed that it contained only the comfort code. He then called the hotel, and they said our reservation had been cancelled because we hadn't paid the city tax. However, I clearly saw on the check-in voucher that the €29.90 check-in fee was payable upon arrival. The staff member on the phone later said they would email us the payment and, after payment, gave us a new start code and comfort code. After payment, we finally got a room. However, upon checking in, I discovered it wasn't the Standard Studio with Balcony we'd booked, but a Standard Studio. I didn't want to call them again to complain about the mistake; I just wanted a comfortable room. The hotel's location is convenient, about a 5-minute walk from S train station, and the room was generally acceptable.

My first room came with a shower straight from a horror movie - just two settings: ”boiling hot” or ”STRAIGHT FROM HELL'S KITCHEN!” 🔥🔥🔥 Had to switch to Room 2 where I was greeted by a previous guest's cigarette butt (free souvenir?) and some tiny roommates having their own little party (pest infestation included at no extra charge!). #RoommateSurprise **Service: 🌟🌟** ”Complimentary late checkout” = being locked out for 30 minutes contemplating life choices in the hallway! 🚪 WhatsApp ”customer care” moves slower than my grandma's internet! Had to explain basic faucet operation like I was teaching rocket science, and when locked out, had to share ALL my personal info AGAIN. Privacy who?? #WaitingGameChampion

La estancia en la cápsula fue realmente cómoda y segura. Las cápsulas cuentan con una cerradura que solo se abre con una tarjeta, lo que me permitió guardar mis pertenencias de forma segura. Sin embargo, los baños y las duchas no me gustaron; tenían un olor desagradable y, como no parecían limpios, no quise ducharme allí. La zona del bar era muy agradable, con té y café de cortesía. Además, contaba con un espacio social muy agradable gracias a su jardín y bar. Su ubicación en el centro de la ciudad, a solo tres minutos a pie del tranvía, facilitó mucho los desplazamientos. Además, la presencia de restaurantes cercanos me hizo sentir segura por la noche, ya que viajaba sola.

I stayed at Aparthotel Vega Berlin during my trip to Berlin. At first, the building was a bit confusing to find, as it looks like it might be closed from the outside. However, there is a clear sign indicating the hotel, so you are in the right place. It is about a 15-minute walk from the nearest train station, which is manageable but not the most convenient if you have heavy luggage. One thing to note is that access to the building requires a passcode, which was not provided in advance. I had to call the reception to get the code, which could be inconvenient, especially for late arrivals. The staircase inside the building is also quite narrow, so carrying large suitcases may be a bit challenging. That said, the room itself was comfortable and well-equipped for the price. It had everything needed for a short stay, making it a practical and budget-friendly option. Overall, despite a few inconveniences with access and the building layout, I had a decent stay. If I visit Berlin again, I would consider staying here again.

Not our first time in this hotel. Love that everything is automated. Definitely, there is space to improve the acoustic isolation, especially if you have a room next to the road or next to an elevator. Probably coming back again here.
