Hoteles en Berlín con balcón

Primero quedando en el Sana Hotel y es el mejor que he estado en Berlín hasta ahora, la ubicación es buena, la habitación era brillante y espaciosa, tuve la posibilidad de optar por limpiar diariamente que realmente aprecio (más ecológico) La sauna y la piscina fueron muy agradables, especialmente cuando estaban en el mismo nivel que mi habitación. ¡Recomendación 100%!

First of all, this is not a 5 star hotel! It is listed as a 5 ⭐ on many sites, but it is a 4 ⭐ hotel. Rooms are ok size, we had comfortable real double bed (not two single beds pretending to be double). Free mini bar and coffee machine was a great add on. But no slippers. Balcony in my room was too small, but some rooms have bigger balconies, so it depends on luck what you'll get. Location is ok, but not great. Close to the metro station with one line. To go anywhere you have to go to to Zoo station first.

La ubicación estaba bien y la habitación también, pero hay dos hoteles en Berlín con el mismo nombre pero direcciones diferentes, lo que facilita la confusión. Mi compañero se confundió y acabó en el otro hotel. Se lo comuniqué al hotel y me dijeron que mucha gente se había quejado, pero que no les importaba, culpando a los huéspedes de no comprobar bien la dirección. Esta actitud es problemática. Aunque las direcciones permiten distinguir dos hoteles, los nombres no deberían dar lugar a malentendidos. Sabiendo que ya estaban causando una gran confusión, siguieron alimentándola. No volveré a alojarme allí.

El hotel está bien, pero siento que me han engañado. Cuando llegamos al hotel, en recepción nos dijeron que podíamos pasar a un tipo de habitación por 80 euros, lo que costaba 160 euros por dos días. Pagamos un total de 320 euros por 2 habitaciones. Cuando llegamos a la habitación, en realidad era el tipo de habitación que reservamos antes. Todo lo demás está bien, el desayuno y el salón ejecutivo son buenos.

Me alojé en el Hotel Bellman durante mi viaje y, en general, tuve una experiencia fantástica. El personal fue muy amable y servicial, siempre dispuesto a ayudarme con todo lo que necesitaba. Mi habitación estaba limpia, cómoda y tenía todo lo esencial. La comida era sencilla, pero fresca y sabrosa. El único inconveniente fue un poco de ruido en la calle por la noche, pero no fue un problema grave. En resumen, sin duda me alojaría aquí de nuevo y lo recomendaría a cualquiera que visite la zona.

En cuanto a precio y calidad es normal para Berlín. Hay un revestimiento extraño en los pasillos, probablemente estén haciendo reformas. El hotel en sí está en una casa antigua. La cama es incómoda. Y la ropa de cama es regular. Pero el desayuno fue una grata sorpresa, nada del otro mundo, pero lo comí con gusto. Había albóndigas y ensalada con mayonesa. En general muy bien. No está muy cerca del centro por los transbordos del metro. Pero el metro en sí está muy cerca. Y justo al lado del hotel comienza la calle comercial Kurfuetersdam. En general, el hotel es una buena opción si tienes un presupuesto limitado.

I I had an unforgettable hotel experience. When I arrived, I tried to push the door open, but it was locked. There was no doorbell. Just as I was fretting over what to do, three groups of guests who had booked the same hotel tried to enter, but none of them could get in. Then one of the guests noticed a digital keypad and typed in the code from her email, but none of them could get in. Each of our groups tried their codes, but none of them could get in. As we were still fretting, the door suddenly opened, and a guest came out, allowing us all to enter. That guest explained that the hotel had emailed us a ten-digit start code and a four-digit comfort code. You had to enter the start code first, then the comfort code, to open the door. The other guests had both the start code and the comfort code, but my email only contained the comfort code. The kind guest checked my email and confirmed that it contained only the comfort code. He then called the hotel, and they said our reservation had been cancelled because we hadn't paid the city tax. However, I clearly saw on the check-in voucher that the €29.90 check-in fee was payable upon arrival. The staff member on the phone later said they would email us the payment and, after payment, gave us a new start code and comfort code. After payment, we finally got a room. However, upon checking in, I discovered it wasn't the Standard Studio with Balcony we'd booked, but a Standard Studio. I didn't want to call them again to complain about the mistake; I just wanted a comfortable room. The hotel's location is convenient, about a 5-minute walk from S train station, and the room was generally acceptable.

Para hacer el checking es online y es un coñazo… a veces falla las taquillas y hay que esperar a que venga alguien… que pueden tardar unos 30min tranquilamente. No hay nadie en recepción… solo horas concretas de algunos días…. Eso si, el dormir allí muy tranquilo y muy bien ubicado porque tienes al lado la estación de metro y bus que enseguida te lleva al centro. Limpieza muy buena y siempre te dejan algún detalle para desayunar como cápsulas de café, bolsas de té, patatas, bebida fría en la nevera….

However, there is a clear sign indicating the hotel, so you are in the right place. It is about a 15-minute walk from the nearest train station, which is manageable but not the most convenient if you have heavy luggage. One thing to note is that access to the building requires a passcode, which was not provided in advance. I had to call the reception to get the code, which could be inconvenient, especially for late arrivals. The staircase inside the building is also quite narrow, so carrying large suitcases may be a bit challenging. That said, the room itself was comfortable and well-equipped for the price. It had everything needed for a short stay, making it a practical and budget-friendly option. Overall, despite a few inconveniences with access and the building layout, I had a decent stay. If I visit Berlin again, I would consider staying here again.
