Hoteles en Berlín con balcón

El hotel ofrece 4 noches de servicio y un servicio de su personal muy agradable. La habitación era muy confortable y limpia. La habitación estaba muy caliente en el piso 6 aunque no fuera tan caliente en mayo. La ventana podía abrirse, pero porque la habitación estaba en la frente el tráfico era muy alto en la noche. Mi compañero y yo habíamos reservado habitaciones con camas king size, pero nos dieron habitaciones con camas individuales estrechas, incómodas. Nos dijeron que, por desgracia, no había habitaciones con camas king disponibles, aunque a juzgar por la luz que entraba por las ventanas, la mitad de las habitaciones parecían estar vacías. Lo peor fue que nos dieron habitaciones al final del pasillo de la planta baja, justo encima de la salida del aparcamiento. El ruido era insoportable desde las 5 de la mañana, lo que nos impedía dormir. Además, justo encima de la salida del aparcamiento, había una bandera con el logo del hotel mal sujeta que chirrió toda la noche con el viento. A partir de las 5 de la mañana, empezaron las entregas por el aparcamiento, con los carritos rodando de un lado a otro, creando un ruido insoportable que resonaba por las habitaciones. Este es un hotel muy limpio con buenos servicios de cortesía, como un minibar reabastecido, y en general es un buen hotel. Sin embargo, la forma en que nos trataron (nos dieron las peores habitaciones posibles) arruinó toda la experiencia.

La ubicación estaba bien y la habitación también, pero hay dos hoteles en Berlín con el mismo nombre pero direcciones diferentes, lo que facilita la confusión. Mi compañero se confundió y acabó en el otro hotel. Se lo comuniqué al hotel y me dijeron que mucha gente se había quejado, pero que no les importaba, culpando a los huéspedes de no comprobar bien la dirección. Esta actitud es problemática. Aunque las direcciones permiten distinguir dos hoteles, los nombres no deberían dar lugar a malentendidos. Sabiendo que ya estaban causando una gran confusión, siguieron alimentándola. No volveré a alojarme allí.

El hotel está bien, pero siento que me han engañado. Cuando llegamos al hotel, en recepción nos dijeron que podíamos pasar a un tipo de habitación por 80 euros, lo que costaba 160 euros por dos días. Pagamos un total de 320 euros por 2 habitaciones. Cuando llegamos a la habitación, en realidad era el tipo de habitación que reservamos antes. Todo lo demás está bien, el desayuno y el salón ejecutivo son buenos.

Las instalaciones eran completas, incluyendo hervidor, cafetera, agua con gas de cortesía y patatas fritas. El ambiente también era muy agradable y la calefacción, excelente. ¡Incluso nos cambiaron a una habitación mejor! Ah, y la ubicación era fantástica; recorrimos todas las atracciones cercanas en un día. Gracias a la plataforma Trip.com y al hotel por la mejora y el excelente servicio, que hicieron que nuestro viaje fuera perfecto.

Viajamos a Alemania en coche para visitar a nuestro hijo, que vive en Berlín. Tenemos un vehículo eléctrico, así que nuestra elección de hotel se vio influenciada por dos factores: la disponibilidad de aparcamiento seguro y un cargador. El Hotel Bellman no tiene ninguno de los dos, a pesar de la descripción del hotel en su página web. Además, el lugar da la impresión de estar a medio terminar. El aparcamiento es, de hecho, un patio con una valla de obra alrededor y una base que solo puede describirse como escombros. El aparcamiento subterráneo no está disponible, ni tampoco el/los cargador/s que hay en él.

I I had an unforgettable hotel experience. When I arrived, I tried to push the door open, but it was locked. There was no doorbell. Just as I was fretting over what to do, three groups of guests who had booked the same hotel tried to enter, but none of them could get in. Then one of the guests noticed a digital keypad and typed in the code from her email, but none of them could get in. Each of our groups tried their codes, but none of them could get in. As we were still fretting, the door suddenly opened, and a guest came out, allowing us all to enter. That guest explained that the hotel had emailed us a ten-digit start code and a four-digit comfort code. You had to enter the start code first, then the comfort code, to open the door. The other guests had both the start code and the comfort code, but my email only contained the comfort code. The kind guest checked my email and confirmed that it contained only the comfort code. He then called the hotel, and they said our reservation had been cancelled because we hadn't paid the city tax. However, I clearly saw on the check-in voucher that the €29.90 check-in fee was payable upon arrival. The staff member on the phone later said they would email us the payment and, after payment, gave us a new start code and comfort code. After payment, we finally got a room. However, upon checking in, I discovered it wasn't the Standard Studio with Balcony we'd booked, but a Standard Studio. I didn't want to call them again to complain about the mistake; I just wanted a comfortable room. The hotel's location is convenient, about a 5-minute walk from S train station, and the room was generally acceptable.

My first room came with a shower straight from a horror movie - just two settings: ”boiling hot” or ”STRAIGHT FROM HELL'S KITCHEN!” 🔥🔥🔥 Had to switch to Room 2 where I was greeted by a previous guest's cigarette butt (free souvenir?) and some tiny roommates having their own little party (pest infestation included at no extra charge!). #RoommateSurprise **Service: 🌟🌟** ”Complimentary late checkout” = being locked out for 30 minutes contemplating life choices in the hallway! 🚪 WhatsApp ”customer care” moves slower than my grandma's internet! Had to explain basic faucet operation like I was teaching rocket science, and when locked out, had to share ALL my personal info AGAIN. Privacy who?? #WaitingGameChampion

I stayed at Aparthotel Vega Berlin during my trip to Berlin. At first, the building was a bit confusing to find, as it looks like it might be closed from the outside. However, there is a clear sign indicating the hotel, so you are in the right place. It is about a 15-minute walk from the nearest train station, which is manageable but not the most convenient if you have heavy luggage. One thing to note is that access to the building requires a passcode, which was not provided in advance. I had to call the reception to get the code, which could be inconvenient, especially for late arrivals. The staircase inside the building is also quite narrow, so carrying large suitcases may be a bit challenging. That said, the room itself was comfortable and well-equipped for the price. It had everything needed for a short stay, making it a practical and budget-friendly option. Overall, despite a few inconveniences with access and the building layout, I had a decent stay. If I visit Berlin again, I would consider staying here again.
