Hoteles en Berlín con balcón

Mi compañero y yo habíamos reservado habitaciones con camas king size, pero nos dieron habitaciones con camas individuales estrechas, incómodas. Nos dijeron que, por desgracia, no había habitaciones con camas king disponibles, aunque a juzgar por la luz que entraba por las ventanas, la mitad de las habitaciones parecían estar vacías. Lo peor fue que nos dieron habitaciones al final del pasillo de la planta baja, justo encima de la salida del aparcamiento. El ruido era insoportable desde las 5 de la mañana, lo que nos impedía dormir. Además, justo encima de la salida del aparcamiento, había una bandera con el logo del hotel mal sujeta que chirrió toda la noche con el viento. A partir de las 5 de la mañana, empezaron las entregas por el aparcamiento, con los carritos rodando de un lado a otro, creando un ruido insoportable que resonaba por las habitaciones. Este es un hotel muy limpio con buenos servicios de cortesía, como un minibar reabastecido, y en general es un buen hotel. Sin embargo, la forma en que nos trataron (nos dieron las peores habitaciones posibles) arruinó toda la experiencia.

La ubicación estaba bien y la habitación también, pero hay dos hoteles en Berlín con el mismo nombre pero direcciones diferentes, lo que facilita la confusión. Mi compañero se confundió y acabó en el otro hotel. Se lo comuniqué al hotel y me dijeron que mucha gente se había quejado, pero que no les importaba, culpando a los huéspedes de no comprobar bien la dirección. Esta actitud es problemática. Aunque las direcciones permiten distinguir dos hoteles, los nombres no deberían dar lugar a malentendidos. Sabiendo que ya estaban causando una gran confusión, siguieron alimentándola. No volveré a alojarme allí.

El hotel está bien, pero siento que me han engañado. Cuando llegamos al hotel, en recepción nos dijeron que podíamos pasar a un tipo de habitación por 80 euros, lo que costaba 160 euros por dos días. Pagamos un total de 320 euros por 2 habitaciones. Cuando llegamos a la habitación, en realidad era el tipo de habitación que reservamos antes. Todo lo demás está bien, el desayuno y el salón ejecutivo son buenos.

The front desk staff were excellent and kindly upgraded me to a room with a kitchen. Since the hotel is newly opened, everything feels fresh and clean. The only downside is that the parking area is still an uneven dirt road, and the pillows were quite flat. Other than that, everything was great.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I booked this hotel. On average the reviews were ok, but there were some that had me a bit worried. However after staying here I can definitely say that I fully enjoyed my stay and have no complaints. Location: Excellent! The hotel is just off the main shopping street and has good access to transportation. There are shops, grocery stores and resturants in walking distance. Building: Yes it is an older building but it is well maintained. Sure it could use a few updates but there was nothing that I found wrong. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was no air conditioning but this is expected in most older european hotels and a fan was provided. The shower was very clean, had good water pressure and good temperature. I saw a few people in other reviews complain about having to leave the keys when going out, but this is common in most older hotels in europe where actual keys are used insted of door cards. Its actually a good thing because it avoids you having to be responsible for it and paying a hefty fee to have locks changed if you lose the keys. Service: This was the real winner for me. Everyone was so friendly to me and very helpful. I felt welcomed and I really appreciated this. Price: the price was competative with the market. It wasn't the cheapest but was not expensive. It did offer good value for the price. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

I I had an unforgettable hotel experience. When I arrived, I tried to push the door open, but it was locked. There was no doorbell. Just as I was fretting over what to do, three groups of guests who had booked the same hotel tried to enter, but none of them could get in. Then one of the guests noticed a digital keypad and typed in the code from her email, but none of them could get in. Each of our groups tried their codes, but none of them could get in. As we were still fretting, the door suddenly opened, and a guest came out, allowing us all to enter. That guest explained that the hotel had emailed us a ten-digit start code and a four-digit comfort code. You had to enter the start code first, then the comfort code, to open the door. The other guests had both the start code and the comfort code, but my email only contained the comfort code. The kind guest checked my email and confirmed that it contained only the comfort code. He then called the hotel, and they said our reservation had been cancelled because we hadn't paid the city tax. However, I clearly saw on the check-in voucher that the €29.90 check-in fee was payable upon arrival. The staff member on the phone later said they would email us the payment and, after payment, gave us a new start code and comfort code. After payment, we finally got a room. However, upon checking in, I discovered it wasn't the Standard Studio with Balcony we'd booked, but a Standard Studio. I didn't want to call them again to complain about the mistake; I just wanted a comfortable room. The hotel's location is convenient, about a 5-minute walk from S train station, and the room was generally acceptable.

Al registrarnos, nos proporcionaron ropa de cama limpia y completa. La pequeña habitación parecía tener ventilación; el espacio era decente y no se sentía agobiante. La ubicación era buena; se podía llegar fácilmente a las principales atracciones alquilando una bicicleta compartida, y la estación de tren estaba a 20 minutos a pie. La desventaja era que las aguas residuales se filtraban al suelo de la ducha, y a nadie parecía importarle. En cuanto a la tranquilidad, era cuestión de suerte; algunos compañeros de piso seguían coqueteando y hablando después de las 23:00, molestando a los demás, lo cual era una lástima. Por lo demás, la insonorización era bastante buena.

Para hacer el checking es online y es un coñazo… a veces falla las taquillas y hay que esperar a que venga alguien… que pueden tardar unos 30min tranquilamente. No hay nadie en recepción… solo horas concretas de algunos días…. Eso si, el dormir allí muy tranquilo y muy bien ubicado porque tienes al lado la estación de metro y bus que enseguida te lleva al centro. Limpieza muy buena y siempre te dejan algún detalle para desayunar como cápsulas de café, bolsas de té, patatas, bebida fría en la nevera….

I stayed at Aparthotel Vega Berlin during my trip to Berlin. At first, the building was a bit confusing to find, as it looks like it might be closed from the outside. However, there is a clear sign indicating the hotel, so you are in the right place. It is about a 15-minute walk from the nearest train station, which is manageable but not the most convenient if you have heavy luggage. One thing to note is that access to the building requires a passcode, which was not provided in advance. I had to call the reception to get the code, which could be inconvenient, especially for late arrivals. The staircase inside the building is also quite narrow, so carrying large suitcases may be a bit challenging. That said, the room itself was comfortable and well-equipped for the price. It had everything needed for a short stay, making it a practical and budget-friendly option. Overall, despite a few inconveniences with access and the building layout, I had a decent stay. If I visit Berlin again, I would consider staying here again.
