I stayed recently at the superior Double Studio with a lovely balkon for 3 Nights and 4 days, everything was super and easy, you self check in and check out, and you can easily open the doors to your room and to the facilities with their own website which they sent you the link, and I add a picture of mine. I would gladly choose this place again for sure 🙏🏻

La ubicación es fantástica, justo enfrente del Gesundbrunnen Center con conexiones de U-Bahn, S-Bahn y trenes de larga distancia. En los correos electrónicos previos se explica muy claramente que la tarjeta de la habitación para el aparthotel debe recogerse a pocos metros de distancia, en el hotel. El check-in y el check-out online también funcionaron a la perfección. Así que, simplemente, hay que leer bien la información. La señora de la recepción fue muy amable y hablaba alemán. La contraseña del Wi-Fi hay que pedirla en recepción y funcionó de forma estable para mí. La habitación estaba muy limpia y bien cuidada, y los 2000 canales de televisión ofrecen de todo con un poco de paciencia. Las cortinas oscurecen por completo y hay un silencio maravilloso. El hervidor de agua de mi habitación se estropeó por la noche y fue reemplazado a la mañana siguiente. Volvería a hospedarme en el Ocak (Apart) Hotel en cualquier momento.

The location is extremely good as it is just right next to the Karlshorst station. There's a coffee shop and a supermarket on the ground floor. There are also washing and drying machines in the basement. I stayed there for 5 nights. The first day was not feeling good. The water from the shower was cold, and the hair dryer was so dirty. As the reception only operates in quite limited hours daily, even though there's a pretty good whatsapp AI communication channel to answer general questions, the above problems couldn't be solved until the next day. Besides, there's a bit of bad smell each time entering the room, but it's toreable. Overall, considering the price and the location, this hotel is a competitive option for business or travel trips.

Ich hatte einen fantastischen Aufenthalt! Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sodass ich mich rundum wohlgefühlt

1. A menos de 15 minutos a pie de los trenes S-Bahn, incluyendo las rutas del aeropuerto, y el trayecto desde y hacia el aeropuerto es de aproximadamente una hora. Es la forma más económica de viajar. Sí, hay ascensor para equipaje, carritos de bebé, sillas de ruedas, etc. 2. La ubicación estaba bien en general; me encantó el entorno residencial, bastante tranquilo y silencioso. 3. La habitación, en general, tenía una limpieza satisfactoria. Smart TV, radio anticuada (CD, casete) que no me importaba tener puesta música jazz todo el día. La cama era cómoda, la almohada regular. 4. Había muchos enchufes estratégicos, pero no eran fáciles de usar; todos eran enchufes locales redondeados; los enchufes internacionales habituales no encajaban. Recepción los prestó sin problemas. 5. Buena seguridad, acceso al ascensor con la llave de la habitación, cámaras de seguridad instaladas; fuera del horario de atención, se debe acceder a la puerta principal del vestíbulo con la llave de la habitación. 6. El personal de recepción, en general, parecía serio; algunos eran amables, siempre con una sonrisa y siempre saludando. El señor de la limpieza fue amable. 7. La presión y la temperatura de la ducha eran excelentes; había que inclinarla un poco hacia adentro, si no, saldría agua de la cabina. 8. Por último, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y en recepción me dijeron que quizás estaba estropeado y que podían prestarme un ventilador sin coste alguno. No lo pedí; siempre tenía la ventana entreabierta mientras estaba en la habitación, ya que el tiempo seguía siendo agradable, con una temperatura de entre 10 y 20 grados centígrados. Seguro que en verano no sería tan ideal.

I I had an unforgettable hotel experience. When I arrived, I tried to push the door open, but it was locked. There was no doorbell. Just as I was fretting over what to do, three groups of guests who had booked the same hotel tried to enter, but none of them could get in. Then one of the guests noticed a digital keypad and typed in the code from her email, but none of them could get in. Each of our groups tried their codes, but none of them could get in. As we were still fretting, the door suddenly opened, and a guest came out, allowing us all to enter. That guest explained that the hotel had emailed us a ten-digit start code and a four-digit comfort code. You had to enter the start code first, then the comfort code, to open the door. The other guests had both the start code and the comfort code, but my email only contained the comfort code. The kind guest checked my email and confirmed that it contained only the comfort code. He then called the hotel, and they said our reservation had been cancelled because we hadn't paid the city tax. However, I clearly saw on the check-in voucher that the €29.90 check-in fee was payable upon arrival. The staff member on the phone later said they would email us the payment and, after payment, gave us a new start code and comfort code. After payment, we finally got a room. However, upon checking in, I discovered it wasn't the Standard Studio with Balcony we'd booked, but a Standard Studio. I didn't want to call them again to complain about the mistake; I just wanted a comfortable room. The hotel's location is convenient, about a 5-minute walk from S train station, and the room was generally acceptable.

The surroundings are so breathtaking you'll forget everything else... which might be exactly what they're hoping for! 😉 **Cleanliness: 🌟** Room roulette! My first room came with a shower straight from a horror movie - just two settings: ”boiling hot” or ”STRAIGHT FROM HELL'S KITCHEN!” 🔥🔥🔥 Had to switch to Room 2 where I was greeted by a previous guest's cigarette butt (free souvenir?) and some tiny roommates having their own little party (pest infestation included at no extra charge!). #RoommateSurprise **Service: 🌟🌟** ”Complimentary late checkout” = being locked out for 30 minutes contemplating life choices in the hallway! 🚪 WhatsApp ”customer care” moves slower than my grandma's internet! Had to explain basic faucet operation like I was teaching rocket science, and when locked out, had to share ALL my personal info AGAIN. Privacy who?? #WaitingGameChampion

Very good place! But the room temperature was all over the place

Ons verblijf was prima. Even een hapering bij incheck omdat t kamernummer ontbrak in de app. Gelukkig werd dat snel opgelost door een medewerker die we konden bellen. We hebben heerlijk geslapen. Bedden waren schoon. De douche was ook schoon met frisse handdoeken. Helaas af en toe dat de waterdruk wegviel waardoor koud water. Van hier uit konden we mooi met t openbaar vervoer in de stad komen. De tram is echt heel dichtbij. Gezellig restaurant om de hoek. Met vriendelijke bediening.

I stayed at Aparthotel Vega Berlin during my trip to Berlin. At first, the building was a bit confusing to find, as it looks like it might be closed from the outside. However, there is a clear sign indicating the hotel, so you are in the right place. It is about a 15-minute walk from the nearest train station, which is manageable but not the most convenient if you have heavy luggage. One thing to note is that access to the building requires a passcode, which was not provided in advance. I had to call the reception to get the code, which could be inconvenient, especially for late arrivals. The staircase inside the building is also quite narrow, so carrying large suitcases may be a bit challenging. That said, the room itself was comfortable and well-equipped for the price. It had everything needed for a short stay, making it a practical and budget-friendly option. Overall, despite a few inconveniences with access and the building layout, I had a decent stay. If I visit Berlin again, I would consider staying here again.
