El hotel es un hotel de gran tamaño y ofrece habitaciones modernas, pero la televisión no tiene unas características inteligentes. Sólo 1 de 3 ascensores funcionan, por lo que necesita pasar algún tiempo esperando y se está haciendo ocupado en algunas ocasiones. Muy bien situado. Muchos restaurantes, tiendas, mercado de Navidad. Transporte público como Underground o autobús se detiene a pocos minutos a pie

El hotel ofrece 4 noches de servicio y un servicio de su personal muy agradable. La habitación era muy confortable y limpia. La habitación estaba muy caliente en el piso 6 aunque no fuera tan caliente en mayo. La ventana podía abrirse, pero porque la habitación estaba en la frente el tráfico era muy alto en la noche. As good as advertised. A funky place. Clean, good sized rooms. Big windows. Great buffet breakfast. Close to East West Gallery and Warschauer Strasse train station, and LIDL, for picking up some extra items. The bar was nice, with live entertainment one night. On another night the bar was closed for a private event, but they had noticed up so that you could plan elsewhere. And if you needed anything from the bar that night, the front staff assisted. Would definitely come again.

We recently stayed at The Circus Hotel in Berlin, taking two rooms for a short family trip. The experience was, in many respects, excellent. The location is ideal—central, with easy access to public transport and within walking distance of a huge variety of restaurants and shops. Service throughout was truly commendable. Staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful at every turn. The hotel bar is a genuine highlight—stylish, welcoming, and well-stocked. We especially appreciated the honesty bar and terrace upstairs, which made for a beautiful, relaxed afternoon during our stay. Breakfast was another strong point, offering a good variety of quality options in a comfortable setting. The rooms themselves are well-sized, clean, and nicely appointed. However, there’s a major issue that any traveller should be aware of: there is no real air conditioning. What’s provided is what I would describe as a comfort cooling system—more symbolic than functional. During our stay, temperatures hovered around 25 °C during the day and 18 °C at night, yet the rooms remained unpleasantly warm. Both rooms had fans, and the windows had to be opened to let in any real cool air. It’s quite clear that the hotel expects guests to rely on the fans, which is not acceptable given the climate realities of Berlin summers. This significantly affected our comfort and sleep. For travel between late May and early October, I would strongly caution against booking unless you’re completely indifferent to room temperature. It’s unfortunate, because in almost every other respect, The Circus Hotel is a real gem. I genuinely wanted to love it, and in cooler months, I very likely would. But the absence of proper climate control is a deal-breaker in warmer weather, and it’s clear the hotel is aware of the issue—hence the fans in every room. Pros: • Excellent location • Superb service • Great breakfast • Fantastic bar and terrace • Generous room size Cons: • No air conditioning—only a weak cooling system and fans • Rooms become uncomfortably warm even in moderate summer temperatures Conclusion: A brilliant hotel during cooler seasons. But for summer stays, particularly with children or light sleepers, the lack of proper climate control unfortunately outweighs the many positives.

La ubicación estaba bien y la habitación también, pero hay dos hoteles en Berlín con el mismo nombre pero direcciones diferentes, lo que facilita la confusión. Mi compañero se confundió y acabó en el otro hotel. Se lo comuniqué al hotel y me dijeron que mucha gente se había quejado, pero que no les importaba, culpando a los huéspedes de no comprobar bien la dirección. Esta actitud es problemática. Aunque las direcciones permiten distinguir dos hoteles, los nombres no deberían dar lugar a malentendidos. Sabiendo que ya estaban causando una gran confusión, siguieron alimentándola. No volveré a alojarme allí.

Hotel muy recomendable aunque algo inferior a otros de la misma cadena. Son pequeños detalles pero por ejemplo, el hecho que la habitación no disponga de hervidor o cafetera, los ascensores, aun siendo 4 (uno de ellos no funcionaba, por cierto) son lentos y acumulan algo de gente en horas punta, sobre todo al desayuno y a la hora del check out. Un detalle un tanto diferente es que si no tienes el desayuno reservado y pagado y quieres desayunar, tienes que llevar la tarjeta de crédito encima ya que te lo cobran al momento, esto es la primera vez que me pasa, normalmente lo apuntan en la lista o lo reservas en el mostrador de recepción nunca me han asaltado datáfono en mano antes de entrar al buffet, aun remarcando que quería el desayuno, la recepcionista me dijo que lo pagaba mañana, nunca pensé que fuera así .La limpieza es muy buena pero no excelente, si te fijas quedan restos de polvo en las esquinas, allí donde más cuesta de limpiar. Pero lo peor de la habitación son las almohadas, la almohada en mi caso casi inexistente de plana que era, si al menos pusieran dos ya sería otra cosa, pero una y muy plana. En resumen un buen hotel pero con varias cosas a mejorar.

La ubicación es excelente, pero reservar aparcamiento es complicado. Al estar junto a Uber Plaza, encontrar aparcamiento resulta difícil. Se puede aparcar en el cercano Eastside Mall por un máximo de 10 €. El ambiente del hotel y el desayuno son buenos. Está justo al lado de la Eastside Gallery, una ubicación inmejorable.

Pasé una noche en el hotel. La ubicación era perfecta para mis planes. El personal de recepción fue muy amable. En ese momento había obras en el hotel, algo que quizás deberían haber mencionado. Sin embargo, no oí ningún ruido. Es posible hacer el check-out hasta el mediodía, pero una persona de la limpieza ya estaba en mi puerta a las 9:45 para recordármelo. La habitación era amplia y estaba en la planta superior. Hacía bastante calor cuando daba el sol, pero había maneras de mitigarlo (ventilador, cortinas opacas). Un cartel en la pared de la habitación (”Hotel de mierda”) era llamativo; en mi opinión, deberían haberlo retirado por el bien del hotel. Hay numerosos restaurantes cerca, pero no comí ninguno del hotel debido a la corta duración de mi estancia.

My first room came with a shower straight from a horror movie - just two settings: ”boiling hot” or ”STRAIGHT FROM HELL'S KITCHEN!” 🔥🔥🔥 Had to switch to Room 2 where I was greeted by a previous guest's cigarette butt (free souvenir?) and some tiny roommates having their own little party (pest infestation included at no extra charge!). #RoommateSurprise **Service: 🌟🌟** ”Complimentary late checkout” = being locked out for 30 minutes contemplating life choices in the hallway! 🚪 WhatsApp ”customer care” moves slower than my grandma's internet! Had to explain basic faucet operation like I was teaching rocket science, and when locked out, had to share ALL my personal info AGAIN. Privacy who?? #WaitingGameChampion

Not our first time in this hotel. Love that everything is automated. Definitely, there is space to improve the acoustic isolation, especially if you have a room next to the road or next to an elevator. Probably coming back again here.
