«Estaba un poco preocupado por alojarme aquí debido a las malas críticas, ¡pero nuestra estancia fue absolutamente increíble! El precioso vestíbulo y el amable personal nos dieron una cálida bienvenida. La habitación en la que nos alojamos era bastante grande y tenía bañera. El desayuno tenía muchas opciones y estaba delicioso. La parada de autobús está cerca y la estación de tren está a solo 8 minutos a pie. ¡Sin duda volveremos!»

«Esta LyscaIton es relativamente nueva en Europa, con habitaciones grandes, instalaciones nuevas y estilo de decoración que se relajan en el pasado. La estadía del hotel también ha enviado algunos pequeños artículos de lujo, y se complementa cada día, muy cuidadosamente. El personal está entusiasmado por la iniciativa y todos los servicios son a la altura de este precio. «We came as a family and were put in a ajoining room, one with 2 queen beds and one with a king bed. The rooms were spacious, though they felt a bit dated and had a bit of a lingering smell (perhaps covered up tobacco smell?) but were otherwise clean. No coffee machine in the room, only a boiler with instant coffee which is a bit disapointing from a Marriott property. The breakfast was very good with a wide selection, although the coffee could be improved (was just machine based coffee). The spa, pool and gym facilities were good enough but a bit small and dark overall. Location of the property was excellent, easily connected to central Berlin.»

«Pullman Berlin location is easily accessible to any public transportation. It is next to Berlin zoo and our room has an overview of it. Cleanliness is spot on. Customer service is amazing. There's just a hiccup on booking our breakfast because there's a miscommunication between the reception desk and the reception staff in the breakfast area that we're not included on the list for two consecutive days. But overall, I highly recommend Pullman Berlin Schweizerhof to anyone who's planning a trip to Berlin.»
