Espaciosa habitación ...net y limpio habitación ...El servicio de habitaciones y hotel es también agradable ...Facil acceso al transporte público 👍

Está realmente en el centro de la ciudad; fui caminando a todas partes. El Checkpoint Charlie está a la vuelta de la esquina y el metro está a 2 minutos. La gente fue amable y servicial. Lo disfruté mucho y también se lo recomendé a mis amigos.

Hotel en que la relación calidad precio sigue siendo excelente, la amabilidad del personal de recepción es justita, depende quien encuentres, creo que cambian constantemente de personal ya que de las veces que he ido nunca he visto repetir a ningún recepcionista. El checking es invariablemente a las 14h, el hotel esta algo lejos del centro, pero el transporte público esta a unos 200 metros del hotel y en algo menos de 10 minutos estás en el centro, con lo cual tampoco es inconveniente, al lado del hotel hay un centro comercial y un par de restaurantes, antes tenias tren directo al aeropuerto, ahora te toca hacer transbordo, cosas del ayuntamiento o del land. Las habitaciones son amplias, el hotel es muy tranquilo para lo grande que es, la zona es muy tranquila, a mi me dieron habitación que no da a la calle principal si no a un campo de futbol y a media tarde y de noche no hay nadie. El hotel tiene los servicios básicos, pero lo esencial y lo necesario está, le faltaría poner un lugar donde abrir la maleta que no fuera la cama o la encimera de la mini-cocina, y en el baño poner un colgador para la toalla al lado de la ducha o detrás de la puerta y no tener que salir mojado a coger la toalla. Pero el hotel está limpio y es tranquilo, cosa que al irse a dormir se agradece.

Un hotel realmente bueno, muy céntrico. El personal fue muy amable y servicial, el desayuno estuvo muy bien, y sin duda volveremos al Premier Inn cuando volvamos a Berlín.

El hotel es cómodo y limpio. Está a unos 15 minutos a pie de los lugares pintorescos de la ciudad. Hay varios supermercados pequeños y restaurantes asiáticos enfrente, ¡y la comida es deliciosa!

The location is extremely good as it is just right next to the Karlshorst station. There's a coffee shop and a supermarket on the ground floor. There are also washing and drying machines in the basement. I stayed there for 5 nights. The first day was not feeling good. The water from the shower was cold, and the hair dryer was so dirty. As the reception only operates in quite limited hours daily, even though there's a pretty good whatsapp AI communication channel to answer general questions, the above problems couldn't be solved until the next day. Besides, there's a bit of bad smell each time entering the room, but it's toreable. Overall, considering the price and the location, this hotel is a competitive option for business or travel trips.

Un entorno limpio, tranquilo y bueno

I wasn't sure what to expect when I booked this hotel. On average the reviews were ok, but there were some that had me a bit worried. However after staying here I can definitely say that I fully enjoyed my stay and have no complaints. Location: Excellent! The hotel is just off the main shopping street and has good access to transportation. There are shops, grocery stores and resturants in walking distance. Building: Yes it is an older building but it is well maintained. Sure it could use a few updates but there was nothing that I found wrong. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was no air conditioning but this is expected in most older european hotels and a fan was provided. The shower was very clean, had good water pressure and good temperature. I saw a few people in other reviews complain about having to leave the keys when going out, but this is common in most older hotels in europe where actual keys are used insted of door cards. Its actually a good thing because it avoids you having to be responsible for it and paying a hefty fee to have locks changed if you lose the keys. Service: This was the real winner for me. Everyone was so friendly to me and very helpful. I felt welcomed and I really appreciated this. Price: the price was competative with the market. It wasn't the cheapest but was not expensive. It did offer good value for the price. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

I I had an unforgettable hotel experience. When I arrived, I tried to push the door open, but it was locked. There was no doorbell. Just as I was fretting over what to do, three groups of guests who had booked the same hotel tried to enter, but none of them could get in. Then one of the guests noticed a digital keypad and typed in the code from her email, but none of them could get in. Each of our groups tried their codes, but none of them could get in. As we were still fretting, the door suddenly opened, and a guest came out, allowing us all to enter. That guest explained that the hotel had emailed us a ten-digit start code and a four-digit comfort code. You had to enter the start code first, then the comfort code, to open the door. The other guests had both the start code and the comfort code, but my email only contained the comfort code. The kind guest checked my email and confirmed that it contained only the comfort code. He then called the hotel, and they said our reservation had been cancelled because we hadn't paid the city tax. However, I clearly saw on the check-in voucher that the €29.90 check-in fee was payable upon arrival. The staff member on the phone later said they would email us the payment and, after payment, gave us a new start code and comfort code. After payment, we finally got a room. However, upon checking in, I discovered it wasn't the Standard Studio with Balcony we'd booked, but a Standard Studio. I didn't want to call them again to complain about the mistake; I just wanted a comfortable room. The hotel's location is convenient, about a 5-minute walk from S train station, and the room was generally acceptable.
