UUsuario invitadoLa habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable. El proceso de inspección fue fluido y eficiente, con personal profesional, amigable y ansioso por ayudar con cualquier pregunta.
La habitación era limpia, espaciosa y con pensamiento, y la cama era muy cómoda, lo que le permitió dormir una buena noche después de un largo día. Aprecié la atención a los detalles, desde los lados frescos y los toallas de calidad hasta el amplio espacio de almacenamiento y el área de trabajo bien iluminada.
The hotel's facilities added a lot of value to the experience. The common areas were well maintained, and the facilities were easy to access. El desayuno fue un espectáculo, ofreciendo una gran variedad de opciones frescas y sabrosas que se ajustaban a las diferentes preferencias.
El hotel es muy cómodo, muy cómodo, cerca de las principales atracciones, restaurantes y opciones de transporte, lo que facilita la vuelta sin problemas. A pesar de la ubicación central, el hotel se sentía tranquilo y tranquilo, lo que fue una agradable sorpresa.

UUsuario invitadoThe location for this hotel is ideal for exploring Berlin by foot or public transport. There are also quite a few attractions nearby or a short walk away and many good restaurants close as well.
We had very few interactions with staff as we had no issues during our stay and when we did speak with them they were kind and helpful. First thing we needed was to sort out parking and that was easy because there was free street parking in the evening and on weekends so that was free during our stay. We had a quick check in too.
We booked a double room for my wife and I and a single room for her mom. We both had a good amount of space and the rooms have furniture that utilize the space well including a desk, a safe, shelves with built in hangers and plenty of bars and hangers throughout the room to hang your things. There was a small TV, good lighting and some helpful lighting around the headboard. The tempurature control is good in the rooms with a thermostat on the wall that has a power button on top and controls on the front to control the air conditioning or heat. The beds were comfy and the rooms were very quiet at night so we got a good night's rest.
The bathroom was small but designed well. The shower had good pressure, plenty of hot water and a good curtain to keep the water in. They provide a shampoo/shower gel combo so you may want to consider bringing your own bath products.
If you book a suite you get a mini fridge and kettle but the regular rooms have neither. There are tea stations on even floors that have a nice filtered water dispenser that does hot, cold and room temperature water.

UUsuario anónimoLa ubicación es fantástica, justo enfrente del Gesundbrunnen Center con conexiones de U-Bahn, S-Bahn y trenes de larga distancia.
En los correos electrónicos previos se explica muy claramente que la tarjeta de la habitación para el aparthotel debe recogerse a pocos metros de distancia, en el hotel. El check-in y el check-out online también funcionaron a la perfección. Así que, simplemente, hay que leer bien la información. La señora de la recepción fue muy amable y hablaba alemán. La contraseña del Wi-Fi hay que pedirla en recepción y funcionó de forma estable para mí.
La habitación estaba muy limpia y bien cuidada, y los 2000 canales de televisión ofrecen de todo con un poco de paciencia. Las cortinas oscurecen por completo y hay un silencio maravilloso.
El hervidor de agua de mi habitación se estropeó por la noche y fue reemplazado a la mañana siguiente.
Volvería a hospedarme en el Ocak (Apart) Hotel en cualquier momento.

UUsuario invitadoThe location is extremely good as it is just right next to the Karlshorst station. There's a coffee shop and a supermarket on the ground floor. There are also washing and drying machines in the basement.
I stayed there for 5 nights. The first day was not feeling good. The water from the shower was cold, and the hair dryer was so dirty. As the reception only operates in quite limited hours daily, even though there's a pretty good whatsapp AI communication channel to answer general questions, the above problems couldn't be solved until the next day. Besides, there's a bit of bad smell each time entering the room, but it's toreable.
Overall, considering the price and the location, this hotel is a competitive option for business or travel trips.

UUsuario anónimoI I had an unforgettable hotel experience. When I arrived, I tried to push the door open, but it was locked. There was no doorbell. Just as I was fretting over what to do, three groups of guests who had booked the same hotel tried to enter, but none of them could get in. Then one of the guests noticed a digital keypad and typed in the code from her email, but none of them could get in. Each of our groups tried their codes, but none of them could get in. As we were still fretting, the door suddenly opened, and a guest came out, allowing us all to enter. That guest explained that the hotel had emailed us a ten-digit start code and a four-digit comfort code. You had to enter the start code first, then the comfort code, to open the door. The other guests had both the start code and the comfort code, but my email only contained the comfort code. The kind guest checked my email and confirmed that it contained only the comfort code. He then called the hotel, and they said our reservation had been cancelled because we hadn't paid the city tax. However, I clearly saw on the check-in voucher that the €29.90 check-in fee was payable upon arrival. The staff member on the phone later said they would email us the payment and, after payment, gave us a new start code and comfort code. After payment, we finally got a room. However, upon checking in, I discovered it wasn't the Standard Studio with Balcony we'd booked, but a Standard Studio. I didn't want to call them again to complain about the mistake; I just wanted a comfortable room. The hotel's location is convenient, about a 5-minute walk from S train station, and the room was generally acceptable.

JJaeStarI wasn't sure what to expect when I booked this hotel. On average the reviews were ok, but there were some that had me a bit worried. However after staying here I can definitely say that I fully enjoyed my stay and have no complaints.
Location: Excellent! The hotel is just off the main shopping street and has good access to transportation. There are shops, grocery stores and resturants in walking distance.
Building: Yes it is an older building but it is well maintained. Sure it could use a few updates but there was nothing that I found wrong. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was no air conditioning but this is expected in most older european hotels and a fan was provided. The shower was very clean, had good water pressure and good temperature. I saw a few people in other reviews complain about having to leave the keys when going out, but this is common in most older hotels in europe where actual keys are used insted of door cards. Its actually a good thing because it avoids you having to be responsible for it and paying a hefty fee to have locks changed if you lose the keys.
Service: This was the real winner for me. Everyone was so friendly to me and very helpful. I felt welcomed and I really appreciated this.
Price: the price was competative with the market. It wasn't the cheapest but was not expensive. It did offer good value for the price.
Overall, I would definitely stay here again.
