UUsuario invitadoLa habitación era un poco más pequeña de lo esperado. Por la noche, el aire acondicionado se apagó solo a medianoche mientras dormía, y hacía tanto calor que no pude cubrirme con la manta. Como resultado, a la mañana siguiente me desperté con un ligero resfriado.
El servicio fue muy bueno; el personal de recepción me ayudó a subir el equipaje a la habitación. Ofrecen desayuno, merienda y refrigerio nocturno, y el sabor de todo era bastante aceptable.
En general, a excepción de que la ubicación es un poco remota. Por la mañana, al hacer el check-out y bajar en el ascensor a la planta baja, vi que habían fregado el suelo. Sin embargo, a juzgar por el penetrante olor a pescado que me invadió nada más salir del ascensor, diría que lo hicieron con agua de muy mala calidad.

Coming out of a 24 hour long trip, this hotel and its staff Yedda, Daisy, Jack and Mr. Wang immediately made me feel home!
First of all, arranging airport pick up was extremely smooth. Mr. Wang waited for me patiently at a clearly instructed parking place, so there was no confusion.
Next, as soon as I arrive at the hotel, there were staff members helping me with the suitcase and guiding me to check in. Then Yeda and Daisy showed their extreme hospitality by providing an amazing room on a higher floor with a view, helped me charging my phone, providing me with freshly baked welcoming snacks. And Jack walked me through on connecting my phone and laptop to the hotel WIFI. Due to my work schedule, they’ve accommodated me with late checkout. Room is huge and clean with full amenities.. even a scale!
And yes! I ate both of the rice noodle dishes!!
Thank you for going above and beyond taking care of me on this short trip.. I’ll be back and will looking forward to seeing Mr. Wang, Yedda, Daisy, and Jack again soon!

UUsuario invitadoWe just spent an amazing 2 nights at the Lakeview hotel. I want to especially thank Sam who went above and beyond for us making sure we had everything we needed and helping us book everything from meals to tours in the area. I was there with my wife and kids and the family facilities were superb. A great pool with a kids area (slide and all) , jacuzzis on the side as well. There was also a kids club so the little ones always had something to do. The hotel really had a view on a lake and forest island, highly recommend for a weekend getaway from the cities.

El hotel es fácilmente accesible, justo en la intersección de la avenida Guannan y la calle Guangfu, junto al lago Dianchi y con impresionantes vistas. Además, está convenientemente ubicado cerca de atracciones como el Parque de los Humedales y la Aldea Étnica de Yunnan.
La arquitectura del hotel desprende un fuerte encanto del sudeste asiático. Nada más entrar, te sientes como si estuvieras de vacaciones en Tailandia. La vegetación tropical y la exquisita decoración crean un ambiente relajante y acogedor.
¡Las aguas termales y el spa del hotel son realmente un punto culminante! La piscina cubierta climatizada con atrio, de 1130 metros cuadrados, cuenta con aguas cristalinas, ideales para un refrescante baño. También hay una zona de juegos infantiles donde los niños no querrán irse. En el exterior, hay 18 piscinas termales, cada una con un hermoso diseño y privacidad. El baño de vapor de sal también merece una visita; te deja con una sensación de relajación total. También disfruté de un masaje de aromaterapia herbal. La técnica experta del masajista y su suave presión fueron perfectas, dejándome completamente renovado. Las opciones gastronómicas también son excelentes. El restaurante de mariscos Xilehui y el restaurante Yiduo Yuntai ofrecen un menú rico y variado, con cocina de Yunnan, Sichuan, cantonesa y tailandesa, para todos los gustos. Cada plato se prepara con ingredientes frescos y es increíblemente delicioso.
El servicio es excepcionalmente atento, desde el personal de recepción al momento del check-in hasta el personal de las aguas termales. Todos son muy amables y atentos, y cualquier solicitud es atendida con prontitud. ¡Esta estancia fue realmente maravillosa y sin duda volveré a alojarme aquí cuando esté en Kunming!

DDiana AldereiWe recently stayed at this hotel with my husband and had quite a mixed experience – some parts were truly lovely, while others left us a bit disappointed.
First of all, the villa itself was absolutely beautiful and incredibly spacious. The natural hot spring water was one of the highlights of our stay — such a relaxing and unique experience. The surrounding territory is also well-maintained and very peaceful, perfect for disconnecting and enjoying nature.
However, it’s important to note that the location is quite remote — it took us around an hour to get to places where we could eat or enjoy a cup of coffee. This is understandable considering the mountain setting and access to hot springs.
The afternoon tea was decent, and although lunch wasn’t included in our stay, we tried the local mixian noodles and they were absolutely delicious! Must try! Unfortunately, breakfast was disappointing, especially for guests like us who don’t eat pork or pork oil - there were very few options.
A few maintenance and cleanliness issues also affected our stay. The outdoor pool was not super clean, some insects were swimming there. While we really loved the hot spring bathtub in the villa, the facilities could use a bit more upkeep. The toilet setup was quite basic — a minimum upgrade like a bidet spray or shower toilet would make a big difference, especially for international or Muslim guests.
A more distressing part of our stay was that we found dead insects under the blanket in our bed after returning to our room one evening 🥲 I do appreciate the staff’s polite and kind response – they offered tea and explained it may have fallen from the ceiling – but for someone with a strong phobia of insects, this made it difficult to sleep and really affected my comfort. I do believe this is something that should be taken more seriously, especially in a hotel of this level.
Despite these issues, the staff was very polite, cute and extremely helpful & friendly, and I can see the potential for a truly magical experience here with just a few improvements. I really wanted to love everything — and part of me did — but I was also happy to go back home, just to feel more comfortable and relaxed.

LLaevigataBeautiful hotel with impeccable cleaniness... But the breakfast restaurant had TERRIBLE SERVICE and was ABSOLUTE CHAOS on the morning, with insufficient tables and unclear demarcation of occupied tables. We went to get food, only to come back to find our table taken by strangers.
I then left a packet of masks and a box of tissues on the table to mark the table as taken. The restaurant staff claimed the masks as their own, and threw the packaging into the waste bin along with my box of tissues. I found out because I questioned the staff on where my belongings went, and they confessed with some reluctance. Saw the packaging and my tissues in the bin myself. Then they had the AUDACITY to just shrug and give me some paper towels, without even an apology. Truly shocking for an Intercontinental hotel.

Higiene: Muy limpio y limpiado con mucho cuidado. El colchón es súper cómodo para dormir y me encantan las almohadas, que son perfectas.
Instalaciones: Muy bien. Todo lo que necesitas es genial. Los artículos de tocador también son muy buenos y la fragancia es muy confortable, pero el aire acondicionado central no enfría lo suficiente y la habitación se siente cargada.

UUsuario invitadoWanted a special place for some relaxing time together. Do not want to try the usual hotel in the city. After going through the photos, decided to give it a try. And voila….. absolutely no regrets choosing this hotel. The service provided was top notch, the staff are friendly, courteous and prompt. Housekeeping staff always clean up the villa to a level which I had no way to complain. Always willing to go the extra miles in providing personal services to the guests. The Villa I booked had a private hot spring and a huge garden which had the best view in my opinion. Every evening, we are able to watch the sunset in our private garden. It was really out of this world, couples must definitely try it. Everyday the hotel will provide a fruit basket and top up the bar counter with drinks and snacks at no costs. The ever-friendly staff (Miss Lee) even told me to let her know if there are any fruits I would like, she would arrange to fill it up in the fruit basket. She even check with me a few times if there are anything she could do to improve the stay with the hotel. Kudos to the management team for instilling this high service standard. Miss Lee even contacted me after I check out to ask for my feedback. Keep up the wonderful work. I will definitely be back. For this trip is filled with so much wonderful memories. Thanks to the team.

JJas LReservamos una habitación en el Hotel JEN a última hora y, en general, tuvimos una experiencia bastante agradable. Si bien la ubicación está un poco alejada del centro de la ciudad, sigue siendo muy conveniente gracias a la estación de metro justo al lado del hotel.
La habitación estaba limpia y bien mantenida, y el personal fue amable y atento durante toda nuestra estancia.
Dicho esto, la distribución del baño no es muy práctica. La puerta de la ducha se abre hacia afuera, lo que dificulta entrar y salir con comodidad. Debido a su ubicación, la alfombrilla del suelo suele moverse o arrugarse, lo que resulta aún más incómodo.
También nos decepcionó que en la página web se indicara que había servicio de lavandería para huéspedes, pero al registrarnos nos informaron de lo contrario. Esta inconsistencia debería corregirse para evitar confusiones a futuros huéspedes.

XXiaotongjoziUn hotel antiguo con una decoración un poco pasada de moda, pero al menos no hay que preocuparse por el olor a pintura. La calidad del hotel en su momento era excelente y la ubicación es fantástica, en una zona privilegiada. La habitación era amplia y estaba bien equipada, con una cama muy cómoda. Además, el servicio fue impecable; Gin fue muy paciente y nos asignó la habitación que pedimos, incluso nos dio recomendaciones sobre los alrededores. ¡Recomendado!
