«Era mi primera vez en un hotel ”inteligente” y fue una experiencia bastante novedosa. La ubicación es muy fácil de encontrar, justo en Guangfu Road. Al salir del ascensor, la entrada parecía la de una casa, no como la de un gran hotel impersonal. La recepcionista fue súper amable y me explicó todo con mucho detalle, ¡hasta me dio un poco de vergüenza! Jaja. La habitación era bastante grande. Las luces y las cortinas se podían controlar con un mando a distancia, lo que le daba un toque tecnológico. En cuanto entré, no pude evitar apretar todos los botones, ¡y la verdad es que era muy práctico! Especialmente por la noche, cuando da pereza levantarse a apagar la luz, ¡te ahorra mucho trabajo! La cama era bastante blanda y la almohada estaba bien. El aire acondicionado echaba mucho aire, y como soy friolera, tuve que bajarlo al mínimo, pero el aislamiento acústico era realmente bueno; afuera estaba muy tranquilo. El baño estaba separado (ducha y lavabo aparte), y proporcionaron artículos de tocador (no de esos de mala calidad como cepillos de dientes y toallas diminutas). El Wi-Fi funcionaba de maravilla, pude ver series sin interrupciones.»

«Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa en este hotel bellamente decorado. El personal fue atento y amable y las instalaciones eran geniales. La recepcionista nos ayudó a contratar un conductor para visitar el bosque de piedras y las cuevas de Jiuxiang durante el día. Recomiendo encarecidamente el desayuno, el té de la tarde y los postres dulces de la noche. ¡El desayuno se servía de 7 am a 1 pm! Había vestidos tradicionales disponibles para que los probaras de forma gratuita y también pudimos probar la caligrafía. Había té y café gratis disponibles en recepción. En general, lo pasamos fantástico y volveríamos a reservar si volviéramos a Kunming.»
