UUsuario invitadoIn fact, I stayed in this hotel for 4 days in Kunming and this is the hotel that makes me feel more in love with this country. They are so cute that they treat me like a real friend instead of a guest from far away. I lost my passport and thanks to their presence, my trip became more meaningful instead of feeling unlucky. The hotel is great and fully equipped according to the standards of a 4 to 5 star hotel. But what makes me feel the best is the way the hotel owner and staff helped us. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely come back here and recommend this wonderful accommodation to other friends. They deserve 1000/10 points.

UUsuario invitado饭馆挺好！I originally only booked a week, but I decided to extent one more week, because this place is so great. The staff was helpful and nice, they made me feel very comfortable. Thank you, 金锁, for all the help.
The breakfast was very good, the afternoon tea was great. The hotel is very tranquil. It is beside the national park, so I went for a walk every day. This hotel is probably one of the best I visited in China, and I look forward to come back.

LliathanongA relatively new hotel. Perfect for a overnight stay for people rushing to the high speed the next morning. Room was big and comfortable.
We booked for the non smoking level but there is an ashtray on the living room table and u can smell cigarette smoke along corridor. Really wished this country makes more effort in advocating for non smoking despite signs beinf put up.
We managed to search for a little night market, Shilin night market about 10 mins taxi ride away from the hotel. Maybe hotel can provide more information about places around for tourists.
It is also a short walking distance to the metro which is linked to high speed as well.
Managed to book the free pick up from high speed to hotel however the next day's hotel to high speed is already fully booked. We also didn't managed to have breakfast due to timing of our high speed.

Las instalaciones del hotel estaban completas, la ropa de cama era cómoda y la ducha tenía buena presión de agua. El desayuno incluía ocho platos: cinco platos de fideos de arroz, uno de fideos, uno de gachas y uno de sándwich de pasta. El hotel tiene una ubicación conveniente: la plaza Jinma Biji está justo enfrente, la calle antigua de Kunming está a 500 metros a pie y el parque del Lago Verde está a 1,2 kilómetros.

善善琳995 stars! wonderful stay at Hampton by Hilton Kunming. So good that we are already planning to return in a couple of weeks after our Yunnan road trip.
Overall, the service team was excellent—professional, warm, and consistently helpful. Everyone we interacted with was great; the few names mentioned below simply reflect the staff we had the most contact with.
A special thank you to Eric, who went above and beyond to assist us with receiving and organizing our items throughout our stay. He was attentive, professional, reliable, and a real pleasure to deal with. He took great care in helping us manage multiple deliveries, ensuring everything was properly received, safely stored, and ready for us whenever we needed it—even coordinating around our absence. His kindness, willingness to help, and attention to detail truly stood out.
Manager Isabella was also outstanding—proactive, efficient, and incredibly gentle. She coordinated our orders seamlessly and even arranged for staff to collect our parcels from the storage area, which made everything effortless for us.
There was also another lovely receptionist (I believe her name may be Audrey—apologies if that’s incorrect) who was friendly and professional throughout.
The housekeeping team deserves special mention as well. One of the housekeepers we saw daily was truly delightful—always smiling, kind, and very helpful. She added a warm, personal touch to our stay.
Communication was smooth and easy, which made everything very convenient.
Breakfast was of high quality, nutritious, and offered a good variety. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. Well it’s the Hampton! The Kashgar property was our first experience with the Hampton chain and is equally deserving of high praise)

So overall, a very enjoyable stay with excellent value. Highly recommended, and we look forward to returning soon.

SsparkleflyHome2 Suites es del grupo Hilton. Tras alojarnos 4 noches y también en otros hoteles Hilton de Asia, este hotel de Kunming superó nuestras expectativas. El servicio es excelente. El desayuno es delicioso, con cocina china (deliciosos fideos fritos), cocina occidental básica y café. Un agradecimiento especial a:
1. Daisy, del departamento de alimentos y bebidas del Nivel 2, quien nos recibió todas las mañanas y nos ayudó con las recomendaciones de Kunming. Al gerente Nick, por su amabilidad.
2. Ellie, del servicio de limpieza, quien se encargó de mantener nuestra habitación limpia y nos recordó que nos abrigáramos con el frío repentino.
3. Qiu, de la recepción del Nivel 1, por ayudarme con el check-out. Y a las amables recepcionistas.
El hotel cuenta con una estación de bebidas básica en el vestíbulo, servicio de lavandería y gimnasio. La habitación tenía una cocineta básica, mesa de estudio y tecnología inteligente. Está a 5-10 minutos a pie de la estación de metro 白云 y a 15-20 minutos a pie del centro comercial Tongde (imprescindible la barbacoa coreana y el estofado de carne Chaoshan en la planta 4). Hay tiendas de conveniencia justo afuera del hotel. Muy recomendable.

JJMmmmmingThe hotel breakfast was excellent! There was a wide variety of choices, and we could experience many Kunming local specialties all in one place within the hotel.
The location was also very convenient — taking a Didi to nearby attractions was easy, and pickups/drop-offs could be done right at the hotel entrance. The luggage storage service was well handled, and parcel collection was also very convenient for self-pickup.
Overall, a very satisfying stay! The room was great as well,highly recommended!

DdionnejoujiVery clean and great choice for a 1 night stay. There was free airport shuttle as well. Staff also prepared a bag of snacks for me as I left the hotel very early at 4am. Rooms are not very sound proof but it was a great stay!
