一人獨遊昆明首站，入住3個晚上，真的是非常真心的推薦給大家！ 房間庭院環境整潔、設備都很新、地理位置很讚，就在滇池對面，散步逛逛很方便！老闆娘、衛生阿姨和櫃檯男生都超親切，我坐在吧檯上看書、享用咖啡、瓜子，還能跟他們閒聊聊天，老闆娘甚至還送了我茶葉，這家民宿讓我住得非常開心，真的是值得來放鬆的好地方。 我一人來昆明玩，第一站就選這裡，瞬間平時的疲憊都得到滿滿的愜意與放鬆～有機會再來我會再選這裡的🥹強烈推薦大家來入住，絕對不會後悔！

The hotel breakfast was excellent! There was a wide variety of choices, and we could experience many Kunming local specialties all in one place within the hotel. The location was also very convenient — taking a Didi to nearby attractions was easy, and pickups/drop-offs could be done right at the hotel entrance. The luggage storage service was well handled, and parcel collection was also very convenient for self-pickup. Overall, a very satisfying stay! The room was great as well,highly recommended!

Recientemente visité Kunming y me alojé en el Hotel Haili Binya Wanda Hot Spring. ¡La experiencia fue fantástica! El hotel es fácilmente accesible, justo en la intersección de la avenida Guannan y la calle Guangfu, junto al lago Dianchi y con impresionantes vistas. Además, está convenientemente ubicado cerca de atracciones como el Parque de los Humedales y la Aldea Étnica de Yunnan. La arquitectura del hotel desprende un fuerte encanto del sudeste asiático. Nada más entrar, te sientes como si estuvieras de vacaciones en Tailandia. La vegetación tropical y la exquisita decoración crean un ambiente relajante y acogedor. ¡Las aguas termales y el spa del hotel son realmente un punto culminante! La piscina cubierta climatizada con atrio, de 1130 metros cuadrados, cuenta con aguas cristalinas, ideales para un refrescante baño. También hay una zona de juegos infantiles donde los niños no querrán irse. En el exterior, hay 18 piscinas termales, cada una con un hermoso diseño y privacidad. El baño de vapor de sal también merece una visita; te deja con una sensación de relajación total. También disfruté de un masaje de aromaterapia herbal. La técnica experta del masajista y su suave presión fueron perfectas, dejándome completamente renovado. Las opciones gastronómicas también son excelentes. El restaurante de mariscos Xilehui y el restaurante Yiduo Yuntai ofrecen un menú rico y variado, con cocina de Yunnan, Sichuan, cantonesa y tailandesa, para todos los gustos. Cada plato se prepara con ingredientes frescos y es increíblemente delicioso. El servicio es excepcionalmente atento, desde el personal de recepción al momento del check-in hasta el personal de las aguas termales. Todos son muy amables y atentos, y cualquier solicitud es atendida con prontitud. ¡Esta estancia fue realmente maravillosa y sin duda volveré a alojarme aquí cuando esté en Kunming!

We recently stayed at this hotel with my husband and had quite a mixed experience – some parts were truly lovely, while others left us a bit disappointed. First of all, the villa itself was absolutely beautiful and incredibly spacious. The natural hot spring water was one of the highlights of our stay — such a relaxing and unique experience. The surrounding territory is also well-maintained and very peaceful, perfect for disconnecting and enjoying nature. However, it’s important to note that the location is quite remote — it took us around an hour to get to places where we could eat or enjoy a cup of coffee. This is understandable considering the mountain setting and access to hot springs. The afternoon tea was decent, and although lunch wasn’t included in our stay, we tried the local mixian noodles and they were absolutely delicious! Must try! Unfortunately, breakfast was disappointing, especially for guests like us who don’t eat pork or pork oil - there were very few options. A few maintenance and cleanliness issues also affected our stay. The outdoor pool was not super clean, some insects were swimming there. While we really loved the hot spring bathtub in the villa, the facilities could use a bit more upkeep. The toilet setup was quite basic — a minimum upgrade like a bidet spray or shower toilet would make a big difference, especially for international or Muslim guests. A more distressing part of our stay was that we found dead insects under the blanket in our bed after returning to our room one evening 🥲 I do appreciate the staff’s polite and kind response – they offered tea and explained it may have fallen from the ceiling – but for someone with a strong phobia of insects, this made it difficult to sleep and really affected my comfort. I do believe this is something that should be taken more seriously, especially in a hotel of this level. Despite these issues, the staff was very polite, cute and extremely helpful & friendly, and I can see the potential for a truly magical experience here with just a few improvements. I really wanted to love everything — and part of me did — but I was also happy to go back home, just to feel more comfortable and relaxed.

¡Qué grata sorpresa resultó ser el hotel que elegí para mi viaje a Kunming! La habitación que había reservado originalmente daba a la calle y era bastante ruidosa, pero la recepción me cambió proactivamente a una superior, mucho más tranquila. Desde la ventana de la habitación se veían los tejados de tejas azules de la antigua calle de Kunming. Al atardecer, el sol teñía las nubes de un cálido amarillo, y la mezcla de los rascacielos de la ciudad y los edificios antiguos creaba una vista pintoresca. Abrir la ventana era un regalo de romance exclusivo de la Ciudad de la Eterna Primavera. La ubicación es inmejorable. Justo al salir, te encuentras en el distrito comercial de la calle antigua. La calle Cultural y la calle Huang Gong Dong están a poca distancia a pie. Se puede llegar fácilmente al lago Cuihu y a la Universidad de Yunnan. Es súper conveniente para probar auténtica cocina de Yunnan, ir al mercado nocturno, y no hay necesidad de andar con rodeos para ir a cualquier parte, ¡es una bendición para los perezosos! Cómodo y sin preocupaciones. ¡La próxima vez que venga a Kunming, volveré a elegir este lugar!

Las habitaciones eran estupendas, limpias y el servicio bueno. Hay un bar en el tercer piso, pero si puedes soportar el humo del cigarrillo, es divertido. Nos emborrachamos con solo pasar por delante, aunque habíamos planeado relajarnos antes. El olor a humo era insoportable, ya que permiten fumar en el bar. El hotel está justo al lado de la Puerta del Caballo (Pratu Dao), lo que facilita encontrar restaurantes. El metro también está cerca.

**A Home Away from Home in Kunming** Our stay at this homestay in Kunming was truly exceptional. The room was a perfect blend of tradition and modernity, thoughtfully designed with minimalist accessories that perfectly matched our taste. Cozy and inviting, it offered a sense of warmth and comfort that made us feel at home instantly. The view of the lake from our window added a touch of magic to our mornings and evenings. The location is simply ideal. Situated in a peaceful area just 100–200 meters from the Ethnic Yunnan Village Park (also known as the Ethnic Minority Nationalitys Park), it allowed us to easily explore this cultural gem during a day trip, an experience we highly recommend. At the same time, the homestay is surrounded by quiet shops and local markets, making it both convenient and serene. What truly set this place apart was the outstanding hospitality. From the moment we arrived at the airport, the hosts went out of their way to assist us, even arranging a Didi taxi to ensure we reached the homestay smoothly. Their kindness didn’t stop there, they helped us purchase tickets for cultural attractions, found an English-speaking guide when our Mandarin wasn’t sufficient, and took care of countless other details that made our stay effortless. A highlight of our experience was Miss Zhang’s traditional Yunnan tea ceremonies. These sessions were not only a delight for the senses but also a wonderful opportunity to learn about the unique qualities of Yunnan teas and the art of brewing them. The atmosphere was relaxed and intimate, often joined by the owners, which led to lively, hours-long conversations filled with laughter and stories. It was these moments that made us feel like we were among friends rather than guests. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve already booked the same room for our return in a week. We can’t wait to be back in this haven of warmth, culture, and comfort. Highly recommended for anyone seeking an authentic, memorable, and heartwarming experience in Kunming!

Un hotel antiguo con una decoración un poco pasada de moda, pero al menos no hay que preocuparse por el olor a pintura. La calidad del hotel en su momento era excelente y la ubicación es fantástica, en una zona privilegiada. La habitación era amplia y estaba bien equipada, con una cama muy cómoda. Además, el servicio fue impecable; Gin fue muy paciente y nos asignó la habitación que pedimos, incluso nos dio recomendaciones sobre los alrededores. ¡Recomendado!

El estilo de decoración de la casa nacional presenta las características nacionales de Yunnan, lo que me sorprende a este extranjero! Me gusta mucho, la higiene también es limpia, cuando entramos, oímos música nacional, y hay un pequeño frío, que puede almacenar alimentos, el desayuno también es bueno, el entorno diseñado destaca que el personal de la cabina de huéspedes de características nacionales también es muy intimido, ayuda a llevar el equipaje cuando salgo, envíalo al lado de la carretera y la experiencia es buena.
