UUsuario invitadoLa habitación era un poco más pequeña de lo esperado. Por la noche, el aire acondicionado se apagó solo a medianoche mientras dormía, y hacía tanto calor que no pude cubrirme con la manta. Como resultado, a la mañana siguiente me desperté con un ligero resfriado.
El servicio fue muy bueno; el personal de recepción me ayudó a subir el equipaje a la habitación. Ofrecen desayuno, merienda y refrigerio nocturno, y el sabor de todo era bastante aceptable.
En general, a excepción de que la ubicación es un poco remota. Por la mañana, al hacer el check-out y bajar en el ascensor a la planta baja, vi que habían fregado el suelo. Sin embargo, a juzgar por el penetrante olor a pescado que me invadió nada más salir del ascensor, diría que lo hicieron con agua de muy mala calidad.

UUsuario invitadoI reserved three rooms for our family. We all surprised by the the good quality and cleanness of the room. The girls in front desk are extremely helpful. They provided flower cookies to us when we arrived and late made fresh coffee and tea to us. Since we came from US without WeChat pay account, they used their apps to help us to order food and book taxi services. Although this hotel is small and even we had a little bit difficult to find its exact location when we arrived, it is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. All the services we received from the hotel made us feeling like we stayed with our family. The next time we go to visit Dounan Flower Market, we definitely will stay with them again. I certainly consider it as a 5-star hotel.

UUsuario invitadoWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel, it was a short one night stay since we were going to Lijiang the second day but honestly I feel bad leaving. The breakfast was quite delicious, service was wonderful and everyone was so helpful, friendly and smiling
They also have daily meditation sessions, we joined one at night and felt so good that we came again in the morning. We were severely jet lagged so it helped so much.
The hotel aesthetics and the rooms is really beautiful, shower was extra nice and comfy. They even have an oil diffuser which we really enjoyed turning on at night. Attention and care feels in every little detail!

HHannah20180A poca distancia a pie de Green Lake, frente a un famoso restaurante de especialidades locales y a unos 30 minutos a pie de un restaurante de comida occidental llamado Salvador's. La habitación era realmente cómoda. Los empleados fueron de mucha ayuda. El desayuno del hotel fue muy bueno. Por la noche, el bar y el restaurante del hotel no abren. BBlack LibertineEl hotel está situado a medio camino de la montaña y desde su habitación podrá contemplar el lago Dianchi. En realidad, la habitación no es muy grande, pero el patio privado es grande, donde puedes sumergirte en las aguas termales y disfrutar del paisaje. El ambiente es cómodo y agradable y el personal de servicio es sencillo y amigable. Vale la pena la experiencia de estadía. Si hablamos de las deficiencias, sólo hay algunos problemas con la ubicación del hervidor, lo que resulta incómodo de usar. Además, parece que no hay actividades ni instalaciones de ocio y entretenimiento en el hotel, lo que hace que la estancia sea un poco menos interesante. .

We used their airport drop- off service which pre-arranged since we checked-in at the counter. We will stay here again if we going to Kunming in the future.

SSarah from ItalyThis was by far the BEST accommodation we stayed in China!! We booked two rooms because I'm travelling with my sister and her boyfriend.
Both rooms were extremely clean, the best comfortable beds ever, hot shower, air con, all the toiletries were good quality and the staff were amazing!!!!
They helped us out with everything!! Even though they don't speak English or any other language (like elsewhere in China), they were extremely helpful and we managed to communicate with the translator.
We stayed two nights but we would have loved to stay longer which was not possible because visa's expiring soon.
When we got there, they made us delicious noodles with beef and vegetables and my brother in law is still dreaming to get the same tasty noodles somewhere else in China 😊
We don't know the names of the hosts, maybe they are wife and husband (we are not sure) but surely this was the top accommodation and treatment we have received in China so we would like to thank you two again for everything you have done for us. We are sure your next guests will enjoy their stay at your place just the same as we did.

La color de la ceniza + caliente es muy cómoda, la luz es suave y la atmósfera, incluso el material de la pared es muy sensible ~ camas dobles son amplias y limpias, los productos de la cama son suaves, y la zona del sofá es muy adecuada para descansar. El espacio en la habitación está bien planificado, parece limpio y transparente, la gente está relajada y el precio es realmente inexistente!

EEuniceHYI arrive at the airport after 1 p.m. on August 8th, go up to the 3rd floor, and when Exit 2 closes and exit 3, there is a white car about 10 people, and I say the name of the hotel I want to go to, and get on, so I can get off my burial at the hotel.The driver of the shuttle I boarded thanked the foreigner for responding kindly to my pronunciation. I arrived at the hotel about 15 minutes later, and the two front desk female employees kindly asked me when I was flying and showed me the shuttle departing at 10 o'clock, so I could catch the next flight without any mistake. The hotel room was clean and big and I liked it. The airport pickup shuttle seems to be approximately every 10 to 15 minutes, and the airport sanding is at midnight. …Of course I will use it next time.
8日晚1点多到达机场，上到3楼出发楼，2号出口关门，3号出口出来就有10人座左右的白色车，说出我想去的酒店的名字后乘车，因为是机场周边多家酒店更换的车，所以可以在自己要埋的酒店下车。我乘坐的班车的司机很感谢外国人亲切地回应我的发音。 15分钟后到达酒店,两位前台女职员亲切地询问我什么时候坐飞机,然后介绍10点出发的班车,确保没有差错地乘坐下一班飞机。 酒店房间又干净又大又合心意。 机场接送班机大概间隔10~15分钟，机场沙丁车在梅亭市。 …下次当然会使用。

UUsuario invitadoWe are Americans from Hong Kong and traveled to Kunming for our Easter holiday. The positives of this hotel: 1. it was beautiful. The design and furnishings were very well done and the room itself was exceptionally clean. 2. The owners were so kind. We arrived way after the tea time hour, but they still provided our family with cappuccinos and fresh fruit, free of charge. Both were delicious and our children were so excited about the gourmet coffee art. 3. The mattress in the main bed area was very comfortable. Not a typical “hard” mattress like many hotels in China. Another bonus: it was actually a KING size, which we rarely see outside the US! 4. The breakfast was Chinese style and the rice noodles were delicious! The hotel also had a beautiful courtyard area to eat outside. A few items to be aware of: 1. although the hotel was in a neighborhood near the lake, the neighborhood itself was a bit strange. We could tell it was meant to be a beautiful, well-to-do neighborhood of modern villas, but more than half the neighborhood was unused and/or under construction so it wasn’t as lively feeling in the evening because it was so dark and desolate seeming. It was beautiful in the daylight though! 2. This is not a big hotel chain, just an independent boutique style hotel operating in one of these villas. 3. There are no optimal eating spots near the hotel. You have to take a 20-30 minute Didi (taxi) ride to the nearest area with a lot of restaurants. However, if you like street food, there is a street food carnival area about 10 minutes away via walking (walk north along boardwalk bordering the lake.)
Overall, because of the kindness of the owners, the cleanliness and modernity, delicious breakfast, and comfortable mattress, we would definitely choose this hotel again for a one-night stopover.
