Hoteles balneario en Kunming

El personal del hotel fue excelente, incluso me ofreció una habitación de categoría superior gratuita. Como viajaba sola y buscaba un ambiente cómodo, me quedé en el hotel todo el tiempo. Todos los días, mientras me bañaba, el personal me traía leche y pétalos de flores. También me llevaban a la habitación la comida para llevar que pedí. Había servicio de mayordomo; cualquier necesidad se podía atender fácilmente contactando con él. El hotel también ofrecía servicios de spa, que se podían reservar a través del mayordomo. Como disfruto mucho de los baños y los masajes, este viaje fue muy agradable y perfecto para quienes viajan solos y buscan relajarse.

Aunque el tiempo en Kunming no fue muy bueno durante las vacaciones del Primero de Mayo, mi familia tuvo unas vacaciones maravillosas. El servicio del hotel fue amable y todas nuestras solicitudes telefónicas fueron atendidas rápidamente. Las instalaciones eran de primera categoría; aunque se notan los años, están muy bien mantenidas. Los platos de Xiangdao Xuan fueron elogiados unánimemente por mi familia, especialmente el char siu y los fideos de arroz, que estaban exquisitos. Lo único negativo fue que el Executive Lounge era demasiado pequeño, siempre había que esperar para entrar, y la calidad del té de la tarde y la happy hour era regular, al igual que la poca variedad de platos para el desayuno. Sin embargo, lo bueno supera lo malo, el Intercontinental sigue siendo mi hotel preferido en Kunming.

La ubicación de la habitación es excelente, hay Tea Horse Flower Street y una calle de bocadillos justo afuera de la puerta, lo cual es muy conveniente. Fuera de la ventana se ve la vista lejana del lago Dianchi. El hotel cuenta con completas instalaciones y bebidas a libre disposición en el lobby. Hay pequeños controles de voz en la sala, lo cual es muy conveniente para los jóvenes, pero un poco problemático para las personas mayores, especialmente aquellos que no hablan bien mandarín. Al final de la calle Tea Horse Flower se encuentra la entrada al área escénica de Xishan, es muy cómodo escalar la montaña. Si no quieres coger un taxi, puedes elegir el transporte público, la Línea 3 del Metro, y estarás allí en tan solo unos pasos.

我幾乎不寫評論的，但這次一定一定要説説這家酒店的服務，簡直太讚了，特別特別感謝程萌以及和她一起共事的同事。我在酒店住了三晚，因我個人原因定錯了房間，三個不同類型的酒店前台，都是第一時間幫我解決問題。27號晚清華池的前台幫我調整房間，29號清蓮池的前台幫我收拾行李送到貴賓樓，30號貴賓樓的前台幫我把行李給網約車司機送到機場，太多太多感動的點。除了服務一流，酒店環境很哇塞，温泉，游泳池，水療等等一應俱全且免費。離滇池走路十五分鐘，旁邊就是融創文旅城，很多好吃的，非常非常推薦這家酒店。

Wanted a special place for some relaxing time together. Do not want to try the usual hotel in the city. After going through the photos, decided to give it a try. And voila….. absolutely no regrets choosing this hotel. The service provided was top notch, the staff are friendly, courteous and prompt. Housekeeping staff always clean up the villa to a level which I had no way to complain. Always willing to go the extra miles in providing personal services to the guests. The Villa I booked had a private hot spring and a huge garden which had the best view in my opinion. Every evening, we are able to watch the sunset in our private garden. It was really out of this world, couples must definitely try it. Everyday the hotel will provide a fruit basket and top up the bar counter with drinks and snacks at no costs. The ever-friendly staff (Miss Lee) even told me to let her know if there are any fruits I would like, she would arrange to fill it up in the fruit basket. She even check with me a few times if there are anything she could do to improve the stay with the hotel. Kudos to the management team for instilling this high service standard. Miss Lee even contacted me after I check out to ask for my feedback. Keep up the wonderful work. I will definitely be back. For this trip is filled with so much wonderful memories. The hotel is about 10km away from the city center. It’s located right across the road from the Dianchi Lake and very close (within walking distance) to major tourist attractions in Kunming. This is a relatively small hotel with an elegant and relaxing ambiance. Rooms are beautifully furnished and very spacious. Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of delicious options. The hotel restaurant offers an extensive menu for lunch and dinner and is open nonstop till late hours in the evening. The food is excellent and very reasonably priced. In fact, we ate at the hotel restaurant all the time during our three-day visit in Kunming. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place, especially for leisure travelers who want to stay in a quiet area and be close to tourist attractions.

Este hotel vio un pedido recomendado por un viajero de Ctrip y la descripción coincidía con el pago real. El ambiente es fantástico. Hay un lago dentro del hotel. Al otro lado del lago se encuentra la Villa Cultural Nacional. El paisaje es muy hermoso por la mañana y por la noche. El baño del hotel es una fuente termal, lo cual es genial. Limpia todo el cuerpo y lo suaviza. Es una fuente termal de alta calidad. Las instalaciones del hotel son antiguas y es justo ver que han empezado a ser renovadas. El servicio también es bueno. Me quedaré aquí nuevamente la próxima vez que venga, ¡espero quedar gratamente sorprendido!

Siempre vino aquí y está caliente. Aunque el hotel ha estado un poco tiempo, las instalaciones son inevitablemente un poco antiguas, pero el ambiente cálido es bueno y el servicio de la habitación está disponible. Pero esta vez encontró cosas muy malas en el camino de la calefacción. Alguien ocupaba posición, hablaban sucios, fumaba en el pozo de la calefacción, lo que afectaba seriamente la experiencia. Espero que el hotel pueda tratar estos problemas incluso con la calefacción, para no afectar la imagen del hotel

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Manshuiju Three-Bedroom Villa in Kunming and highly recommend it to all travelers! Surrounded by a tranquil traditional Chinese garden, the villa boasts elegant architecture and lush greenery throughout. The environment is peaceful with great privacy, creating a perfect retreat for relaxation. The three-bedroom unit is incredibly spacious with a practical layout, and every bedroom comes with an independent bathroom. All fixtures and amenities are premium and well-kept, offering top-tier comfort for the whole group. What impressed us most was the thoughtful touches. A complimentary bottle of red wine was delivered directly to our room, adding a nice touch to our stay. They also specially prepared children’s toiletries, which was really considerate for families with kids. The courtyard features a private outdoor hot spring pool filled with natural spring water. Soaking in the warm water was extremely relaxing and helped us unwind completely after sightseeing. The dedicated butler service was attentive and responsive, taking good care of every detail. Besides, the location is handy for exploring local attractions. This villa is an excellent pick for family vacations and group gatherings. We loved every moment here and will definitely book again on our next trip to Kunming!
