La ubicación del hotel está en el Parque Mundial, muy tranquilo, interior es estilo jardín, el paisaje es muy bueno, muy tranquilo, lamentablemente no se pudo visitar con rapidez. El servicio del hotel es bueno, el personal es muy profesional y entusiasta, y nos quedamos muy cómodos y cómodos. El desayuno es simple, pero el sabor es bueno, el personal de servicio también ha ayudado a enviarlo a la habitación, muy gracias. Nos quedamos en el Kunming Intercontinental y reservamos la Alice en Wonderland, la habitación temática para nuestra niña. Estaba más allá de la excitación del momento en que entramos. El hotel dispone de un servicio excelente y todos los que nos encontramos son calientes, profesionales y atentos. Si pudiera ofrecer una sugerencia para mejorar: sería maravilloso si el hotel ofreciera a los huéspedes la opción de comprar algunas de las mercancías temáticas (como los pequeños artículos de decoración o juguetes blandos de la habitación). Nos habríamos gustado llevar algo a casa para recordar la experiencia. En general, una estancia maravillosa y muy recomendada para familias que buscan algo especial en Kunming.

我幾乎不寫評論的，但這次一定一定要説説這家酒店的服務，簡直太讚了，特別特別感謝程萌以及和她一起共事的同事。我在酒店住了三晚，因我個人原因定錯了房間，三個不同類型的酒店前台，都是第一時間幫我解決問題。27號晚清華池的前台幫我調整房間，29號清蓮池的前台幫我收拾行李送到貴賓樓，30號貴賓樓的前台幫我把行李給網約車司機送到機場，太多太多感動的點。除了服務一流，酒店環境很哇塞，温泉，游泳池，水療等等一應俱全且免費。離滇池走路十五分鐘，旁邊就是融創文旅城，很多好吃的，非常非常推薦這家酒店。

Estuve allí dos noches. Buenas instalaciones para nadar y aguas termales naturales. Las habitaciones son un poco antiguas, pero las toallas y sábanas estaban muy blancas y limpias. Las camas son espaciosas. Como se acabaron las habitaciones sin colchones con capacidad para tres personas, probamos la habitación para fumadores. También nos sorprendió gratamente que la habitación no oliera a humo. Buena selección de desayunos. La ubicación es excelente, ya que está a poca distancia a pie del mercado nocturno, con muchos restaurantes.

Wanted a special place for some relaxing time together. Do not want to try the usual hotel in the city. After going through the photos, decided to give it a try. And voila….. absolutely no regrets choosing this hotel. The service provided was top notch, the staff are friendly, courteous and prompt. Housekeeping staff always clean up the villa to a level which I had no way to complain. Always willing to go the extra miles in providing personal services to the guests. The Villa I booked had a private hot spring and a huge garden which had the best view in my opinion. Every evening, we are able to watch the sunset in our private garden. It was really out of this world, couples must definitely try it. Everyday the hotel will provide a fruit basket and top up the bar counter with drinks and snacks at no costs. The ever-friendly staff (Miss Lee) even told me to let her know if there are any fruits I would like, she would arrange to fill it up in the fruit basket. She even check with me a few times if there are anything she could do to improve the stay with the hotel. Kudos to the management team for instilling this high service standard. Miss Lee even contacted me after I check out to ask for my feedback. Keep up the wonderful work. I will definitely be back. For this trip is filled with so much wonderful memories. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Manshuiju Three-Bedroom Villa in Kunming and highly recommend it to all travelers! Surrounded by a tranquil traditional Chinese garden, the villa boasts elegant architecture and lush greenery throughout. The environment is peaceful with great privacy, creating a perfect retreat for relaxation. The three-bedroom unit is incredibly spacious with a practical layout, and every bedroom comes with an independent bathroom. All fixtures and amenities are premium and well-kept, offering top-tier comfort for the whole group. What impressed us most was the thoughtful touches. A complimentary bottle of red wine was delivered directly to our room, adding a nice touch to our stay. They also specially prepared children’s toiletries, which was really considerate for families with kids. The courtyard features a private outdoor hot spring pool filled with natural spring water. Soaking in the warm water was extremely relaxing and helped us unwind completely after sightseeing. The dedicated butler service was attentive and responsive, taking good care of every detail. Besides, the location is handy for exploring local attractions. This villa is an excellent pick for family vacations and group gatherings. We loved every moment here and will definitely book again on our next trip to Kunming!

The hotel has excellent hot spring service staff who were especially considerate and proactive in providing me with translation assistance.

Overall I was very impressed with the hotel the rooms are clean and pretty well appointed and the service was very efficient although perhaps reserved ( which is not a bad thing although I do personally like to see a few more smiles) I was there to play golf for three days and my family to explore Kunming and the hotel provided a good location to do exactly that. We enjoyed our stay and the attached golf course is impressive and I will certainly go back.

Aunque el hotel ha estado un poco tiempo, las instalaciones son inevitablemente un poco antiguas, pero el ambiente cálido es bueno y el servicio de la habitación está disponible. Pero esta vez encontró cosas muy malas en el camino de la calefacción. Alguien ocupaba posición, hablaban sucios, fumaba en el pozo de la calefacción, lo que afectaba seriamente la experiencia. Espero que el hotel pueda tratar estos problemas incluso con la calefacción, para no afectar la imagen del hotel

Este hotel es sólo sorprendente. Ya he estado allí y definitivamente volveré. Especialmente porque mis dos perros están permitidos 🖤 As for the pet mom is very important. Muy limpio, servicio es agradable, el personal es amable y útil, la primavera caliente es buena.
