UUsuario invitadoUna de las estancias más increíbles que he tenido. El personal fue increíblemente servicial y respondió con rapidez; hicieron todo lo posible para ayudarme con todas mis solicitudes. Todo el personal fue muy amable y el jefe también es un hombre estupendo. Recomiendo muchísimo alojarse aquí; las aguas termales son 100 % naturales y dejan la piel increíblemente suave.

AAliya0302It is definitely more wedding venue, more local oriented, very nice territory around, good for photoshoot and stuff , nice and friendly staff helped me a lot, but it was a bit confusing in general, like i booked it cause of hotsprings and outdoor pool, turns out you cannot use the outdoor pool and from all hot things was working only one stone bath. So basically we ended up in a very strange situation when 3 groups of people have or to wait in line to that bath or seat on each other. However Indoor pool was nice, big and clean, but bring your towel. The room itself is ...let's say not cosy and a lot reminded a changing room, probably cause of sink right next to the bed. So sum up, good place to have fun, massage, spa say, nice photos and so on, but maybe not a best place to stay for tourist.

UUsuario anónimoWe stayed at the Intercontinental Kunming and booked the Alice in Wonderland themed room for our little girl. She was beyond excited the moment we walked in. The attention to detail was fantastic and really brought the story to life for her.
The service throughout the hotel was excellent and everyone we encountered was warm, professional, and attentive.
If I could offer one suggestion for improvement: it would be wonderful if the hotel offered guests the option to purchase some of the themed merchandise (like the small decor items or soft toy from the room). We would have loved to take a little something home to remember the experience.
Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended for families looking for something special in Kunming.

BBlack LibertineEl hotel está situado a medio camino de la montaña y desde su habitación podrá contemplar el lago Dianchi. En realidad, la habitación no es muy grande, pero el patio privado es grande, donde puedes sumergirte en las aguas termales y disfrutar del paisaje. El ambiente es cómodo y agradable y el personal de servicio es sencillo y amigable. Vale la pena la experiencia de estadía. Si hablamos de las deficiencias, sólo hay algunos problemas con la ubicación del hervidor, lo que resulta incómodo de usar. Además, parece que no hay actividades ni instalaciones de ocio y entretenimiento en el hotel, lo que hace que la estancia sea un poco menos interesante. .

UUsuario invitadoOverall I was very impressed with the hotel the rooms are clean and pretty well appointed and the service was very efficient although perhaps reserved ( which is not a bad thing although I do personally like to see a few more smiles) I was there to play golf for three days and my family to explore Kunming and the hotel provided a good location to do exactly that. We enjoyed our stay and the attached golf course is impressive and I will certainly go back.

YYishichaoranEste hotel vio un pedido recomendado por un viajero de Ctrip y la descripción coincidía con el pago real. El ambiente es fantástico. Hay un lago dentro del hotel. Al otro lado del lago se encuentra la Villa Cultural Nacional. El paisaje es muy hermoso por la mañana y por la noche. El baño del hotel es una fuente termal, lo cual es genial. Limpia todo el cuerpo y lo suaviza. Es una fuente termal de alta calidad. Las instalaciones del hotel son antiguas y es justo ver que han empezado a ser renovadas. El servicio también es bueno. Me quedaré aquí nuevamente la próxima vez que venga, ¡espero quedar gratamente sorprendido!

Aunque el hotel ha estado un poco tiempo, las instalaciones son inevitablemente un poco antiguas, pero el ambiente cálido es bueno y el servicio de la habitación está disponible. Pero esta vez encontró cosas muy malas en el camino de la calefacción. Alguien ocupaba posición, hablaban sucios, fumaba en el pozo de la calefacción, lo que afectaba seriamente la experiencia. Espero que el hotel pueda tratar estos problemas incluso con la calefacción, para no afectar la imagen del hotel

Service is great from Zoey and Eva. Zoey added me on WeChat immediately upon check-in and asked me to contact her for any needs. She is very helpful and kind.
Eva sent us off and helped us with our luggages when we were leaving for the airport.
The unlimited hot spring usage is truly amazing. All in all, a remarkable experience.
The only area for improvement that I can think of is probably the breakfast in terms of taste, variety and speed of replenishing the food. Waiters, waitresses and the cooks (especially the auntie at both the noodles and egg stations) were awesome though.

SShengshengzailvtu酒店環境很好，交通便利，入住也很快，温泉水很充足，水温很高，阿樹羅室外温泉泡澡也很舒服。旁邊就是螳螂川綠道，可以散步遛狗，風景非常的漂亮。小遺憾就是酒店房間5702，衞生間的花灑應該更換了，完全損壞了，一直滲水。然後淋浴門也滲水。有些牆壁不太乾淨，這些都需要酒店進行微調，以提高入住感。
