La ubicación del hotel está en el Parque Mundial, muy tranquilo, interior es estilo jardín, el paisaje es muy bueno, muy tranquilo, lamentablemente no se pudo visitar con rapidez. El servicio del hotel es bueno, el personal es muy profesional y entusiasta, y nos quedamos muy cómodos y cómodos. El desayuno es simple, pero el sabor es bueno, el personal de servicio también ha ayudado a enviarlo a la habitación, muy gracias. 一人獨遊昆明首站，入住3個晚上，真的是非常真心的推薦給大家！ 房間庭院環境整潔、設備都很新、地理位置很讚，就在滇池對面，散步逛逛很方便！老闆娘、衛生阿姨和櫃檯男生都超親切，我坐在吧檯上看書、享用咖啡、瓜子，還能跟他們閒聊聊天，老闆娘甚至還送了我茶葉，這家民宿讓我住得非常開心，真的是值得來放鬆的好地方。 我一人來昆明玩，第一站就選這裡，瞬間平時的疲憊都得到滿滿的愜意與放鬆～有機會再來我會再選這裡的🥹強烈推薦大家來入住，絕對不會後悔！

當晚回到昆明，沒有排隊，吃上了榜一的鹵雞腳燒烤，自來熟熱情到會罵人的老闆娘，餓了一天的我們，美美地吃上了最後的晚餐，最終回到了最後的歇腳之處——竟然是一個超級大豪宅，入户花園、泳池、桑拿房、茶室、健身房、娛樂室……讓讓的民宿嚴選簡直是為本次旅行畫上了一個圓滿的感歎號！ 疲憊的是，為了工作還得提前一天結束休假，早上5點起床趕飛機，後果果然是和幾年前倒時差回來上班一樣——第二天上班便睡過了頭哈哈哈哈哈哈，就是這般如夢令。

I loved my stay here. It is a few minutes walk away from the railway station. There's a bunch of restaurants, convenience stores around the area too. I work remotely so the foldable chair is appreciated, but it is not comfortable for long hours of working but everything is all right. The room is VERY NEAT and hygienic. And I also appreciated the free laundry and washer self-service. 8/10 experience for me. However, there's one thing I wish they could improve on. So going to the bathroom, it is one step above from the rest of the room. I was tired from traveling from Shangri-La and when I finished washing my face in the bathroom, I missed the step and fell, and I hit my head on the wall. It was an accident. It was my fault. I reached out to the concierge via Wechat and asked them if they have any ice for me since I bumped my head, they only said that they don't have ice. I wish they could've helped me at my time of need by buying ice for me from the nearby milktea shop or convenience store. I just felt i wasn't taken care of. I don't mind that the hotel has no ice available, but they could've helped me in some other ways. I was also dizzy at that point, so I just slept the rest of the day. Additionally, I also asked them a couple more questions but they were not responsive to me anymore. The hotel also provides free coffee and the room is kept clean by daily housekeeping, which I appreciated. Thank you!

Wanted a special place for some relaxing time together. Do not want to try the usual hotel in the city. After going through the photos, decided to give it a try. And voila….. absolutely no regrets choosing this hotel. The service provided was top notch, the staff are friendly, courteous and prompt. Housekeeping staff always clean up the villa to a level which I had no way to complain. Always willing to go the extra miles in providing personal services to the guests. The Villa I booked had a private hot spring and a huge garden which had the best view in my opinion. Every evening, we are able to watch the sunset in our private garden. It was really out of this world, couples must definitely try it. Everyday the hotel will provide a fruit basket and top up the bar counter with drinks and snacks at no costs. The ever-friendly staff (Miss Lee) even told me to let her know if there are any fruits I would like, she would arrange to fill it up in the fruit basket. She even check with me a few times if there are anything she could do to improve the stay with the hotel. Kudos to the management team for instilling this high service standard. Miss Lee even contacted me after I check out to ask for my feedback. Keep up the wonderful work. I will definitely be back. For this trip is filled with so much wonderful memories. Thanks to the team.

Un lugar limpio y a buen precio, ideal para quienes viajan solos. Ubicación muy conveniente, con fácil acceso a trenes y el metro de Kunming está a poca distancia. No es un hotel, sino una casa de huéspedes o una casa de familia. Todos los servicios, como comida, tiendas, supermercados, servicios de telecomunicaciones y servicio de entrega prioritario, están cerca. La pareja propietaria, y especialmente su esposa, son una pareja excelente que se esfuerza al máximo para ayudar y apoyar a los huéspedes que viven en sus alojamientos; ninguna queja por parte de ambos.

La ubicación es excelente, a solo unos minutos a pie de la estación de metro Huancheng South Road, lo que facilita mucho los desplazamientos. Además, está cerca de zonas comerciales y del centro de convenciones, lo que lo convierte en una opción ideal para viajes de negocios. Las instalaciones del hotel son completas, está limpio y el servicio es atento. ¡Sin duda volveré a elegir este hotel la próxima vez!

Long check in process. Location wise is good, there's a police station, pharmacy,eatery, and convenient stores around. Walking distance to major mosques in Kunming too -where's halal restaurant there. Overall lurve this place!

The hotel was newly opened in 2025. The hotel lift reaches every floor, room was good sized, very clean and hygienic with good amenities. The room condition dose matches the description as you can see on the hotel website. We stayed in the hotel for a few days and were very impressed with the level of service. Owners were friendly and helpful . Hotel is right in the middle of the prime shopping and eating district , just on the top of the subway station line 6 from airport line 30 mins) . Foods, supermarket and shopping just downstairs. There is good viewing from the apartment . I also requested late check out and it was granted this time (due to my flight was 21:30), the owner is so helpful and understanding . Owner's response is prompt when you contact him. I thoroughly recommend this hotel for those visiting Kunming City , Yunnan China.

Excelente ubicación; busca los carteles amarillos y la encontrarás fácilmente. Los muebles de la habitación están un poco usados, pero todo está bien y limpio. No recomiendo alojarse en noches frías; la habitación no tiene aire acondicionado. Me alojé en la habitación 207 y oí ruido de las escaleras, incluso de gente caminando. Además, la gente de la habitación 206 estuvo despierta y gritando toda la noche, así que tenlo en cuenta.
