I loved my stay here. It is a few minutes walk away from the railway station. There's a bunch of restaurants, convenience stores around the area too. I work remotely so the foldable chair is appreciated, but it is not comfortable for long hours of working but everything is all right. The room is VERY NEAT and hygienic. And I also appreciated the free laundry and washer self-service. 8/10 experience for me. However, there's one thing I wish they could improve on. So going to the bathroom, it is one step above from the rest of the room. I was tired from traveling from Shangri-La and when I finished washing my face in the bathroom, I missed the step and fell, and I hit my head on the wall. It was an accident. It was my fault. I reached out to the concierge via Wechat and asked them if they have any ice for me since I bumped my head, they only said that they don't have ice. I wish they could've helped me at my time of need by buying ice for me from the nearby milktea shop or convenience store. I just felt i wasn't taken care of. I don't mind that the hotel has no ice available, but they could've helped me in some other ways. I was also dizzy at that point, so I just slept the rest of the day. Additionally, I also asked them a couple more questions but they were not responsive to me anymore. The hotel also provides free coffee and the room is kept clean by daily housekeeping, which I appreciated. Thank you!

Wanted a special place for some relaxing time together. Do not want to try the usual hotel in the city. After going through the photos, decided to give it a try. And voila….. absolutely no regrets choosing this hotel. The service provided was top notch, the staff are friendly, courteous and prompt. Housekeeping staff always clean up the villa to a level which I had no way to complain. Always willing to go the extra miles in providing personal services to the guests. The Villa I booked had a private hot spring and a huge garden which had the best view in my opinion. Every evening, we are able to watch the sunset in our private garden. It was really out of this world, couples must definitely try it. Everyday the hotel will provide a fruit basket and top up the bar counter with drinks and snacks at no costs. The ever-friendly staff (Miss Lee) even told me to let her know if there are any fruits I would like, she would arrange to fill it up in the fruit basket. She even check with me a few times if there are anything she could do to improve the stay with the hotel. Kudos to the management team for instilling this high service standard. Miss Lee even contacted me after I check out to ask for my feedback. Keep up the wonderful work. I will definitely be back. For this trip is filled with so much wonderful memories. Un lugar limpio y a buen precio, ideal para quienes viajan solos. Ubicación muy conveniente, con fácil acceso a trenes y el metro de Kunming está a poca distancia. No es un hotel, sino una casa de huéspedes o una casa de familia. Todos los servicios, como comida, tiendas, supermercados, servicios de telecomunicaciones y servicio de entrega prioritario, están cerca. La pareja propietaria, y especialmente su esposa, son una pareja excelente que se esfuerza al máximo para ayudar y apoyar a los huéspedes que viven en sus alojamientos; ninguna queja por parte de ambos.

Long check in process. Location wise is good, there's a police station, pharmacy,eatery, and convenient stores around. Walking distance to major mosques in Kunming too -where's halal restaurant there. Overall lurve this place!

The hotel was newly opened in 2025. The hotel lift reaches every floor, room was good sized, very clean and hygienic with good amenities. The room condition dose matches the description as you can see on the hotel website. We stayed in the hotel for a few days and were very impressed with the level of service. Owners were friendly and helpful . Hotel is right in the middle of the prime shopping and eating district , just on the top of the subway station line 6 from airport line 30 mins) . Foods, supermarket and shopping just downstairs. There is good viewing from the apartment . I also requested late check out and it was granted this time (due to my flight was 21:30), the owner is so helpful and understanding . Owner's response is prompt when you contact him. I thoroughly recommend this hotel for those visiting Kunming City , Yunnan China.

The six of us are not Chinese. When we arrived from Dali, the receptionist told us our booking had been cancelled. I asked why, and she simply said bookings can be cancelled but could not give any reason. I was honestly shocked — in more than 20 years of travelling, I’ve never experienced anything like this. When she realised I wasn’t going to accept that explanation, her attitude changed immediately. She then asked for our passports to register us and started flipping through every page, as if we were suspicious or illegal travellers. That was also a first for me. We travel often and hold passports that are widely recognised worldwide, so this treatment was quite surprising. From this experience, I feel that if you are not firm, they may take advantage and cancel your booking, leaving you stranded. It’s quite worrying, so please be cautious. Also, the reception was unable to assist with booking transport to the airport, so we had to arrange everything ourselves. That said, we chose this hotel mainly because of its location near the wholesale market and its affordable price. The bed was comfortable, housekeeping was decent, and there are plenty of food options around the wholesale market.

Lo que no estaba seguro es cuánta libertad y accesibilidad me permiten cocinar cosas en la cocina a veces y me confundié sobre si me permitían comer la comida que hace el cocinero, O es sólo para los huéspedes que ordenan comida y pagan por ella. A veces el cocinero es impredecible en que no sé cuándo viene a cocinar entre el almuerzo y la cena. Las mujeres de la mesa de frente eran amables y útiles para darme información sobre ciertas cosas. Me encanta cuando me prestaron un cargador de teléfono temporalmente cuando mi mía se rompe hasta que pueda conseguir un nuevo reemplazo. Gracias por ello. Lo único que tengo que decir es que está demasiado lejos del centro de la ciudad de la estación de tren donde tengo que estar para atrapar el tren a Hekou y cruzar la frontera con Vietnam.
