This policy, though minor for the hotel, can leave a negative impression, as a small gesture of goodwill would go a long way in enhancing guest satisfaction. - The hotel does not provide bathrobes, which may be inconvenient for guests accustomed to using them after a shower. - Nighttime temperatures can be quite low, so it is advisable to turn on the air conditioning in advance to ensure a comfortable sleep. - The rooms are compact, making this hotel a better fit for solo travelers rather than couples or families. - While it is rated as a four-star property, the breakfast selection is quite simple and limited. Guests can expect pastries, a small assortment of sliced meats and cheeses (1-2 types each), yogurt, toppings, scrambled eggs, ciabatta, a modest selection of sliced fruit, juice, and some alcoholic beverages. Hotel Perk: - Unlimited coffee is available in the lounge, which is a nice bonus for guests. - The hotel is situated in a district neighboring the city center, offering convenient access. Guests can reach the embankment and historic center within a short walk. - Upon my arrival on the first night of check-in, I received a welcome kit that included complimentary access to the in-room bar. Honestly, the location of the hotel's neighbourhood seems like it is under urban rejuvenation. It is close enough to take the famous Tram 28. The nearest Metro, Interdente, is really a 2 minutes walk across the street. In fact, the staff told me the in a few months to come, the construction of a new exit from the metro will be opening next to the hotel. I took a direct metro line from the Aeroport (Airport Metro station) to reach Interdente metro station. The amenities within the room were great (see photos). The only downside is that the sound proofing is not great. During my stay, there were several ambulances passed by the hotel and the sirens can be heard. Personally, it is not a major problem for the room value.

spacious, aesthetic, and perfect for a solo trip, but a few things to note. The room itself is gorgeous. It has this modern boho/woody vibe with warm tones, sage walls, hints of gold, and lots of natural light from the balcony. Waking up here was honestly such a nice experience. The balcony is a big plus too, although the furniture is quite basic and could be upgraded. Layout-wise, everything made sense (especially the TV directly facing the bed — finally!). However, the TV connection was quite slow and frustrating, so I ended up just using my phone. Location is good if you don’t mind walking — around 20–30 minutes into central Lisbon. There are loads of cafés nearby though, which was super convenient. I highly recommend Fauna & Flora (Anjos) for brunch — really cute spot and great food. They take walk-ins :) Only thing I didn’t love was the PIN entry system. You have to type it multiple times (enter building, going up the lift, enter room) and it’s very visible, which made me a bit uneasy as a solo traveller. It's super easy though !! The mini fridge was also super minimally stocked, so don’t rely on it. On the plus side, tea/coffee facilities, toiletries, and plenty of towels are provided. The apartment itself is very quiet and peaceful — I barely heard anyone else, which made it feel like my own private space. Barely saw anyone, felt like I had the place to myself. Overall: a comfortable and stylish stay with great nearby cafés. A few small improvements would make it perfect, but I would definitely stay again.

Este es un hotel muy económico en Lisboa, y es la mejor opción para viajar a la familia. Hay neveras, ascensores y cocinas incluso con una copa de vino rojo, que es realmente sorprendente. El hotel es muy decorado, cada camarero está entusiasmado, un hermano pequeño y animado en la recepción también comparte con nosotros los gusto que compró. ¡Es muy cálido! Viverán aquí todos los años con su familia.

Estaba un poco preocupado después de leer algunas reseñas negativas, pero mi experiencia resultó ser excelente. La ubicación era conveniente, cerca de mis reuniones de oficina y de los principales lugares de interés, y en una zona tranquila que facilitaba el descanso. El check-in y el check-out fueron mucho más fáciles de lo esperado. La recepción virtual funcionó a la perfección, mucho más rápido que la típica recepción de un hotel. El check-out fue sencillo con un formulario en línea. Me alojé en un estudio muy espacioso, con cocina y un baño bonito. La habitación tenía todo lo necesario: lavadora, horno, lavavajillas, nevera, utensilios de cocina, percha y plancha. El servicio de limpieza era diario y la habitación estaba impecable a mi llegada. También me gustó mucho el sistema sin llave con códigos de acceso, que lo hizo mucho más cómodo. Claro, se trata de un apartamento, así que no encontrarás comodidades típicas de un hotel, pero a mí me funcionó a la perfección. El único pequeño inconveniente fue algo de ruido al entrar y salir, pero los huéspedes fueron en general muy considerados y nunca interrumpieron mi sueño. En general, disfruté mi estadía y volvería a reservar.

O nosso hotel de eleição em Lisboa. Bem localizado (perto de Campolide e Sete Rios), staff do FO muito bom, restaurante bastante agradável e camas super confortáveis, tanto na suíte como em quartos normais. Foi aqui que o nosso filho aprendeu a andar em 2024 e onde iremos sempre voltar quando estivermos em Lisboa.

La habitación en sí estaba bien, pero la falta de recepción es un inconveniente enorme. Si no podías entrar, nadie respondía a los correos electrónicos, y la máquina para guardar el equipaje estaba averiada. Perdimos dos euros en balde y al final tuvimos que cargar con las maletas hasta el siguiente punto turístico. Además, está un poco alejado del transporte público y hay que caminar bastante. Por la noche, la zona estaba muy solitaria, lo que no lo hace muy adecuado para estancias turísticas.

Es un hotel muy adecuado para traer niños porque hay varias videoconsolas para que jueguen los niños. Es solo que es un poco confuso ingresar al estacionamiento, después de recibir el boleto, no es demasiado esperar a que se levante la puerta enrollable para dejar un espacio de estacionamiento. Está a las afueras de la ciudad de Lisboa, hay un supermercado muy grande cerca a 10 o 15 minutos a pie.

Después del primer impacto de encontrar la cama deshecha, todo lo demás salió bien. Aunque es una aplicación, hacen la limpieza todos los días. La cocina está un poco mal equipada, no hay microondas como está escrito, sino horno. Fácil check-in e incluso check-out tardío. Fantastico lugar.
