Muy lindo hotel en una excelente ubicación. El servicio es profesional y el personal es muy amable. También hubo champán y tarta en el cumpleaños, y el servicio fue muy atento. Este es el hotel más cómodo en el que me alojé durante este viaje.

Thank you for the wonderful stay. The breakfast was delicious and the location is very convenient for traveling to famous sights. The front desk team and breakfast staff were friendly every moment, always smiling and welcoming. I really appreciated how they helped make arrangements for my special travel plans. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is a real gem! The public areas are absolutely stunning, like stepping into a beautifully restored palace—grand, elegant, and full of character. It's the kind of space that makes you want to linger and take photos. While the guest rooms are more modest, with a simple, 90s-style decor, they are clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious, making them perfect for family stays. The breakfast area is equally lovely, providing a bright and pleasant start to the day. Overall, it's a great choice if you're looking for a hotel with incredible public spaces and practical, family-friendly rooms.

La ubicación es excelente, no está lejos de la estación de metro y la Avenida de la Libertad está muy cerca. La decoración interior es muy acogedora y bonita. La habitación no es muy grande, pero está bien equipada. No me gustó que no hubiera servicio de limpieza durante los varios días que me alojé.

The hotel is clean and meets standards of Iberostar hotels if you’ve been to other ones, with pleasant scents in the lobby. Used the gym but it was small, with necessary equipments so was okay. Didn’t try spa but you’d have 1 hour free access if book in advance. Service was relatively low-levelled throughout the stay. First night of arrival, there weren’t sleepers in the room and surprised that slippers at the reception were out of stock. Second morning I was made to wait in front of the restaurant to have breakfast, with loads of available tables inside, which were not cleaned up on time. The staff didn’t maintain the queue in a good way, the line was cut in by two groups of guests, and there was even one group going straight into the restaurant, with the staff not noticing this or explaining to us. No caring was shown verbally for our waiting outside of the restaurant. Third morning was told that there’s no breakfast booked with the room, but it turned out that the staff put wrong room numbers on the system when checking. The staff guided us to a table without cutleries prepared. Reception staff were friendly yet not showing the best quality of service if the hotel is 5-star. Response time could be shortened. Restaurant service was terrible given the above. No apologies made for the situations mentioned.

Alors en réservant je n’avais pas fait attention que c’était un hôtel pour « couple ». Imaginez la surprise de ma mère en arrivant vu que nous étions mère - fille. Chambre standard relativement grande, avec un coin « kitchenette » : frigo / évier / micro-ondes / assiettes / couverts / verres. Selon nous il manquait : des ustensiles de cuisine car plaques de cuisson mais aucune vaisselle pour les utiliser. Également des accroches au mur ainsi que dans la salle de bains pour les serviettes / vêtements / sacs. Manque également de rangement ou support dans la salle de bains. Pas de restauration, seulement un bar à cocktails. Pour les PDJ, ne vous attendez pas à un « buffet », ce sont des paniers pique-nique chaque matin, relativement bien garnis mais similaires d’un jour à l’autre. Seule déception : je suis allergique au jus d’orange j’ai demandé 3X si c’était possible de remplacer par du jus de pomme, on m’indique que oui. Au bout de 6 jours j’attends encore mon jus … je me suis fait une raison. Le quartier n’est pas très propre … Mais l’hôtel est très bien placé à côté du métro / bus / tram.

Hotel ligt in een veilige buurt. Grootste politiebureau van de stad ligt heel dichtbij. Is ong 6min lopen op winkelstraat met hele dure merken mocht je hiervan zijn. 10 min lopen heb je ook ontbijt/ lunch plekjes. Het ligt niet centraal naar de stad maar met uber of openbaar vervoer goed te doen. Zwembad op het dak aanwinst. Enige nadeel wat ik vanuit hotel aandacht punt vind zijn handdoeken er worden te weinig gelegd want boven heb je geen handdoek service. Dus je moet de handdoeken vanuit je kamer meenemen als je gaat zwemmen. En daarna douchen heb je geen handdoek meer over. Verder was ontbijt ook prima in het hotel wel elke dag hetzelfde open buffet en geen variatie maar met gezin met kids wel handig dat deze optie er is. Ook genoeg spellen in de lobby ook veel gebruik van gemaakt. Ze hebben dus ook een strijkijzer te leen. Dit was voor ons echt een grote PLUS. De schoonmakers waren ook heel goed! Kamer superschoon elke keer. Wel zou ik komende gasten adviseren om slippers meenemen het is een tapijten vloer. Enige vond ik die niet zo zuiver eruit zien. Familiekamer wel heel groot super fijn!

Buen sitio, a 10-15 minutos de la princiaples atracciones en taxi. Hotel elegante. En habitación de tres la tercera cama supletoria era pequeña, chocaba un poco. Por lo demás todo bien.

Este hotel fue fantástico, con un personal educado y habitaciones limpias con excelentes comodidades; zapatillas de cama, cepillo y pasta de dientes, bañera y bata. La ubicación también era bastante buena... excelente relación calidad-precio

Hostal con comodidades básicas. El desayuno es muy pobre y no conserva los productos desde el principio hasta el final del horario de desayuno (ejemplo: pan o fruta, 30/40 minutos antes del final del horario, se acaba, se acaba!!!) La ubicación es buena, en una zona tranquila, cerca del parque Eduardo VII, Avenida da Liberdade. ¡El ambiente es agradable, relajado!
