Hoteles con spa en Lisboa

Las principales atracciones turísticas de Lisboa pueden utilizarse a pie, la limpieza y el estado del dormitorio son las mejores. Sin embargo, el desayuno en el techo era una de las razones principales para la decisión de permanecer. El camarero blanco era muy rudo y desagradable. No hablaba bien inglés, pero no lo veía. Había muchos otros empleados, pero no actuaron como él y fueron amables.

Uno de mis hoteles favoritos en Lisboa tiene un estilo muy similar al hotel Burj Al Arab de Dubai, pero el precio es sólo una sexta parte o incluso una séptima parte del precio del Burj Al Arab. Estar en la habitación me sentí como si estuviera en un barco 🚢. El restaurante en el primer piso del hotel también es genial, te sientes como si estuvieras en la terraza. El servicio del hotel es muy bueno. Llegué al hotel a las 11 de la mañana y me entregaron la llave directamente cuando la habitación estaba disponible. Hay un teleférico turístico fuera del hotel. Cuesta 9 euros el viaje de ida y vuelta y tiene una buena vista. Hay muchos restaurantes a lo largo del río fuera del hotel, hay un centro comercial y una estación cerca y está a sólo unos kilómetros del aeropuerto internacional de Lisboa. Debo recordarle que si viaja con mucha gente y tiene mucho equipaje, lo mejor es darle una propina al botones cuando lleve su equipaje al hotel, para que después del check-in se le entregue el equipaje. directamente a la habitación. We had a great stay at Sheraton Lisboa! The location is super convenient—just a short drive from the airport and within easy reach of Lisbon’s main attractions. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with large windows offering beautiful city views. The bed? Super comfy after a long day of exploring! Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and check-in/check-out was smooth and efficient. We also appreciated the variety at the breakfast buffet—fresh, delicious, and something for everyone. Special mention to the spa and gym facilities—they were top-notch. After a full day of sightseeing, it was a treat to unwind there. Only minor downside was that the decor is slightly dated in some areas, but overall, it’s well-maintained and has that classic Sheraton charm. Would definitely recommend it for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Lisbon

1. Cuando pregunté en línea si había un servicio de transporte, no hubo respuesta. Fue difícil encontrar la salida después de pasar de la estación de tren de Santa Apolonia a la estación de Marqués Pombal, pero una vez fuera, el hotel estaba a 2-3 minutos. 2. El desayuno buffet era más barato que el de otros hoteles, 12 euros, y la composición era adecuada. Las frutas como la sandía y la piña estaban frescas. Buena relación calidad-precio 3. No me proporcionaron agua y no había supermercados cerca, así que bebí agua del frigorífico. Una botella de 330 ml me costó 2,75 euros. Al día siguiente en el supermercado 500ml costaban 0,69 euros.

La habitación estaba limpia en general, aunque no se permanecía mucho tiempo en ella. La ropa de cama era adecuada y limpia. El hotel está situado en la ruta de vuelo y cerca de una avenida ruidosa; con la ventana cerrada no se oía ruido, pero era difícil ventilar por la noche. Hay aire acondicionado disponible para quienes lo prefieran. El desayuno cumplía con los estándares internacionales. El personal fue amable y servicial.

This hotel is a real gem! The public areas are absolutely stunning, like stepping into a beautifully restored palace—grand, elegant, and full of character. It's the kind of space that makes you want to linger and take photos. While the guest rooms are more modest, with a simple, 90s-style decor, they are clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious, making them perfect for family stays. The breakfast area is equally lovely, providing a bright and pleasant start to the day. Overall, it's a great choice if you're looking for a hotel with incredible public spaces and practical, family-friendly rooms.

The hotel is clean and meets standards of Iberostar hotels if you’ve been to other ones, with pleasant scents in the lobby. Used the gym but it was small, with necessary equipments so was okay. Didn’t try spa but you’d have 1 hour free access if book in advance. Service was relatively low-levelled throughout the stay. First night of arrival, there weren’t sleepers in the room and surprised that slippers at the reception were out of stock. Second morning I was made to wait in front of the restaurant to have breakfast, with loads of available tables inside, which were not cleaned up on time. The staff didn’t maintain the queue in a good way, the line was cut in by two groups of guests, and there was even one group going straight into the restaurant, with the staff not noticing this or explaining to us. No caring was shown verbally for our waiting outside of the restaurant. Third morning was told that there’s no breakfast booked with the room, but it turned out that the staff put wrong room numbers on the system when checking. The staff guided us to a table without cutleries prepared. Reception staff were friendly yet not showing the best quality of service if the hotel is 5-star. Response time could be shortened. Restaurant service was terrible given the above. No apologies made for the situations mentioned.

We had a lovely time at the hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were very attentive and accommodating to our requests. We were especially touched by the thoughtful Christmas note and the lovely gesture of a small cake and dessert wine.We recommend it!!
