Hay una estación de autobús y tranvía frente al hotel, y la estación Cais de Sodre está a unos 5 minutos a pie, y pronto también podrás ir al Time Out Market. Se proporcionaron todas las comodidades excepto un cepillo de dientes e incluso una plancha para el cabello. Era mi habitación estándar, pero era espaciosa y tranquila. Es plano y fácil caminar desde el hotel hasta la Plaza de la Comercio y la Plaza Rossio. El desayuno se hacía a pedido en lugar de un buffet, y las bebidas se cambiaban a diario. Fue muy bueno. Siempre hay comida y bebidas gratuitas disponibles en el vestíbulo. La comida y las bebidas cambiarán durante la merienda de medianoche de 23 a 19 horas. También se sirve alcohol durante la hora feliz de la noche. Había un espacio en el sótano que parecía un gimnasio y un salón compartido. También había un jacuzzi en la zona del spa. Todo el personal también es muy receptivo. Es un hotel de cinco estrellas donde puedes alojarte cómodamente, pero no tiene mucho lujo. En general, este es un hotel muy recomendado.

地理位置優越，接待，衞生，服務都很好，除了房間略小。出門轉轉很方便，樓下就是法國小牛肉，最好提前預約。酒店內甜品店也很美味，都沒有很甜，值得一試。早餐是點單式的，也很豐富。住上兩天可以節省不少體。

El hotel está situado cerca del Parque de las Naciones en el distrito nuevo de Lisboa. Es muy nuevo y limpio. Las habitaciones son grandes y adecuadas para viajes familiares. Es un apartamento con servicios de cinco estrellas. Los materiales de decoración interior son de primera. y el servicio es muy bueno.Es el mejor hotel de este viaje por Europa.apartamento!

Yo vivo en este hotel es la segunda vez y la primera vez que vivo en la antigüedad es muy lejana, porque el tiempo es sólo ocho días. Después de volver, la habitación es bacteriana y tengo que vivir en el primer piso. La actitud general es que los suministros de salud de la habitación a menudo olvidan la actualización. Cada día, cinco días, se proponen recordar la sustitución de los equipos de salud, porque a menudo se olvida, ¡A la vuelta, ¡ayúdenos a buscar el equipaje para el taxi, no viviremos en este hotel la próxima vez!

This hotel is a real gem! The public areas are absolutely stunning, like stepping into a beautifully restored palace—grand, elegant, and full of character. It's the kind of space that makes you want to linger and take photos. While the guest rooms are more modest, with a simple, 90s-style decor, they are clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious, making them perfect for family stays. The breakfast area is equally lovely, providing a bright and pleasant start to the day. Overall, it's a great choice if you're looking for a hotel with incredible public spaces and practical, family-friendly rooms.

We had a great stay at Sheraton Lisboa! The location is super convenient—just a short drive from the airport and within easy reach of Lisbon’s main attractions. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with large windows offering beautiful city views. The bed? Super comfy after a long day of exploring! Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and check-in/check-out was smooth and efficient. We also appreciated the variety at the breakfast buffet—fresh, delicious, and something for everyone. Special mention to the spa and gym facilities—they were top-notch. After a full day of sightseeing, it was a treat to unwind there. Only minor downside was that the decor is slightly dated in some areas, but overall, it’s well-maintained and has that classic Sheraton charm. Would definitely recommend it for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Lisbon

The hotel is clean and meets standards of Iberostar hotels if you’ve been to other ones, with pleasant scents in the lobby. Used the gym but it was small, with necessary equipments so was okay. Didn’t try spa but you’d have 1 hour free access if book in advance. Service was relatively low-levelled throughout the stay. First night of arrival, there weren’t sleepers in the room and surprised that slippers at the reception were out of stock. Second morning I was made to wait in front of the restaurant to have breakfast, with loads of available tables inside, which were not cleaned up on time. The staff didn’t maintain the queue in a good way, the line was cut in by two groups of guests, and there was even one group going straight into the restaurant, with the staff not noticing this or explaining to us. No caring was shown verbally for our waiting outside of the restaurant. Third morning was told that there’s no breakfast booked with the room, but it turned out that the staff put wrong room numbers on the system when checking. The staff guided us to a table without cutleries prepared. Reception staff were friendly yet not showing the best quality of service if the hotel is 5-star. Response time could be shortened. Restaurant service was terrible given the above. No apologies made for the situations mentioned.

We had a lovely time at the hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were very attentive and accommodating to our requests. We were especially touched by the thoughtful Christmas note and the lovely gesture of a small cake and dessert wine.We recommend it!!
