Hoteles en Lisboa con balcón

Bath foam was empty on 1st night when we want to take a shower. Advised the cleaning woman next morning to refill which she did. On 2nd night, when we want to wash our hair, the shampoo is empty. I think the cleaning woman did not check the shampoo when she refill the bath foam. Phone reception that night and advise front desk in the morning to fill up the shampoo. Front desk promised to refill shampoo and replenish all amenities including the shower cap. When we come back on 3rd day, the shampoo is still empty and no amenities including shower cap were given. Complain to hotel manager on 4th day before check out regarding shampoo and front desk promise but not fulfill issue, the manager apologized and offered our friend free breakfast which we appreciated. I expect all hotels bath foam and shampoo are checked and refilled before new guest arrives.

The hotel does not offer a refund for unused breakfasts, and in my case, they neither refunded nor provided any form of compensation. This policy, though minor for the hotel, can leave a negative impression, as a small gesture of goodwill would go a long way in enhancing guest satisfaction. - The hotel does not provide bathrobes, which may be inconvenient for guests accustomed to using them after a shower. - Nighttime temperatures can be quite low, so it is advisable to turn on the air conditioning in advance to ensure a comfortable sleep. - The rooms are compact, making this hotel a better fit for solo travelers rather than couples or families. - While it is rated as a four-star property, the breakfast selection is quite simple and limited. Guests can expect pastries, a small assortment of sliced meats and cheeses (1-2 types each), yogurt, toppings, scrambled eggs, ciabatta, a modest selection of sliced fruit, juice, and some alcoholic beverages. Hotel Perk: - Unlimited coffee is available in the lounge, which is a nice bonus for guests. - The hotel is situated in a district neighboring the city center, offering convenient access. Guests can reach the embankment and historic center within a short walk. - Upon my arrival on the first night of check-in, I received a welcome kit that included complimentary access to the in-room bar. La habitación y el hotel en sí estaban muy limpios, modernos y cómodos. Ofrecían champú, acondicionador y jabón corporal, además de agua, té y café gratuitos, lo que lo convertía en una excelente opción por su precio. Sin embargo, hubo algunos problemas con el servicio. Tuve una fuga de agua cerca del aire acondicionado en plena noche, y cuando los contacté por WhatsApp, tardaron una hora en responder. Se ofrecieron a cambiarme de habitación, pero como ya era tarde, lo rechacé. Sin embargo, no hubo seguimiento ni confirmación de la fuga. No hubo ningún tipo de apoyo ni ayuda. Las toallas nuevas son de autoservicio, pero como usé una para limpiar la fuga, cuando fui a buscar una nueva al día siguiente, solo quedaba una. También había heces pegadas en el suelo. Si bien la habitación estaba muy limpia y cómoda, el servicio y la respuesta cuando surgía un problema fueron extremadamente desagradables. Aunque es inevitable que no haya recepción, creo que deberían brindar un mejor apoyo cuando surge un problema. Nunca volveré a alojarme en esta cadena hotelera.

La ubicación era excelente, en el centro de Lisboa. Sin embargo, este hotel es bastante ruidoso. Para las personas a las que les cuesta dormir con ruido, puede que no sea la mejor opción. Hacen lo posible por insonorizar la habitación y proporcionan tapones para los oídos, pero es casi imposible, ya que están justo encima de una discoteca.

The Hotel is cosy and. Staff friendly and helpful . Located in a Colorful and touristique street of Lisbon , within walking distance to the Rosso district. Room is small but clean with a small balcony facing the inner court of the hotel so it is quiet. Breakfast is good , plenty and staff efficient. All in all I think it is excellent value for its room price.

I just returned from a wonderful vacation at Solar Dos Poetas, and I can’t say enough good things about my stay! The location is absolutely amazing, nestled in a picturesque area that made exploring the sights a breeze. Everything I wanted to see in the city was either within walking distance or just a short trip away. One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and friendliness. The team went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their local recommendations were spot on and really enhanced my experience. Breakfast was another fantastic part of my visit! Each morning, I enjoyed a delicious spread that included fresh pastries, fruits, and a variety of options that catered to different tastes. It was the perfect start to my day and gave me the energy I needed for my adventures. Overall, Solar Dos Poetas exceeded all my expectations. With its exceptional location, outstanding customer service, and delightful breakfast, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. I can’t wait to come back and experience it all over again! Highly recommended!

Me alojé recientemente en este apartotel con servicios en Lisboa y tuve una experiencia muy agradable. La ubicación era excelente, cerca del transporte público, restaurantes y muchas de las principales atracciones de la ciudad. El apartamento estaba limpio, moderno y bien equipado, con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda, incluyendo una pequeña cocina y una amplia sala de estar. El registro de entrada y salida fue rápido y eficiente. Aprecié especialmente el ambiente tranquilo y la conexión wifi fiable, que me permitió relajarme o trabajar. En general, fue un alojamiento estupendo, que ofrece tanto la comodidad de un hogar como la de un hotel. Sin duda, volvería a alojarme aquí la próxima vez que visite Lisboa.

Hostal con comodidades básicas. El desayuno es muy pobre y no conserva los productos desde el principio hasta el final del horario de desayuno (ejemplo: pan o fruta, 30/40 minutos antes del final del horario, se acaba, se acaba!!!) La ubicación es buena, en una zona tranquila, cerca del parque Eduardo VII, Avenida da Liberdade. ¡El ambiente es agradable, relajado!

Este albergue se encuentra a unos 3 km a pie del centro de la ciudad, pero tiene algunas atracciones cercanas (como la Monetaria de Jerónimo). La habitación es extremadamente pequeña, si te sientas en el borde de la cama e intentas estirar las piernas, lo más probable es que te golpees contra la pared. Reemplazaron nuestra habitación, ya que la primera habitación no tenía privacidad para el baño y la segunda habitación daba la ilusión de privacidad (como se puede ver en las fotos). No hemos visto a ninguna gerencia, ya que todo se hace a través de WhatsApp para contactarlos y ellos responderán. El desayuno estaba bien, tenía un poco de variedad, pero había más pasteles y galletas que comida real.
