Overall, nice place to stay. Loved the quirkiness deco of the hotel. Had a late afternoon flight, so was allowed extended check-out. A good variety for breakfast and helpful/attentive staff. It is not the high end of the Bonvoy experience, one would expect from the likes of JW Marriot and Ritz Carlton, however, I think couple of things could have been better thought. The bathroom layout is rather weird, with the tap knob found opposite to where the shower heads are, under the clothes/towel racks! Would have expected hairdryer in the rooms and face towel to wipe around the sink. Noticed a faint lingering toilet smell, even with constant flushing and hosing, maybe due to no extractor present. For a hotel brand that promotes environmental sustainability, I would not expect take away cups in the rooms! I would still recommend the hotel for short stays.

It was a pleasant experience. The front office reception staff was very courteous and good. Hamid and Helda were very supportive and helpful. The facilities were awesome. The breakfast was good. Just experiment with new dishes every day as we had the same breakfast menu for all 3 days. But no complaints. it's just the suggestion. So calling the room service was not easy as the phones were always busy.

Every thing was great, clean, nice , tasty food at the restaurant  The only thing which really needs attention from hotel management in the bed and pillows need change to a more comfortable ones as we got back and neck pains due to the current ones..although they provided us with double coverings but still the situation is not that comfy

Overall, a nice and clean hotel that offers great value for money. The bathroom tiles could use some attention for mold removal, but otherwise, the room is well-equipped. Amenities include a microwave, fridge, complimentary water, slippers, a sewing kit, shower cap, and more,so you get a lot for the price. conveniently located—just a short drive from the Grand Mosque and Mall of Oman, about 13 minutes from the airport and Rozna Restaurant, and around 20 minutes to Mutrah Souk. Overall, a great location for exploring the city.

The hotel arranged a taxi for me, but it was much more expensive compared to the one I took from the airport. I also found the food prices to be quite high. Overall, the stay was fine, but I felt that the transportation and dining charges could be more reasonable.

Удобное расположение рядом с аэропортом. Номера большие, очень чистые, все новое. Кровать удобная, постельное белье и полотенца свежайшие. Завтрак не брали, про него не знаем так как рядом Макдональдс :)

La habitación era un poco pequeña y le faltaba una mesa y una silla, lo que la hacía parecer más pequeña. La insonorización tampoco es muy buena. El desayuno fue fantástico, uno de los mejores que he probado. La ubicación es regular: no hay nada cerca y hay que caminar 10 minutos para llegar a una zona con más gente.

Generally good stay over, however just a few small things. All the staff were lovely, the king size bed was very comfortable and the rooms were spaciously sized. However twice with room service we were left without towels in the room, as well as other bathroom amenities (we ended up only receiving one towel for two people, miscommunication?). When we also asked to do laundry and requested a quote sheet to see how much it would be, staff were unable to answer. Instead we were given a blank sheet of paper to write down all our items. It ended up being quite expensive and we were requested to pay immediately on receipt of laundry rather than at check out (mind you, same day turn around of laundry). Staff were again great- just a few policy practices that could be refined.

Llegada al hotel a las 5 horas para un período de tránsito para el vuelo siguiente. Salida a las 12:00. La distancia a partir. El aeropuerto fue a 15 minutos en taxi. Usado taxi aeropuerto y sólo cuesta 8 dirams. La entrada fue rápida y el equipo en la recepción fue amable y conveniente. Optado por 2 camas individuales. La salida fue suave. Manejado para conseguir un sueño y una ducha. Muy limpio y temprano. Facilitación básica de habitaciones pero limpio lo que necesito para mi tránsito. Utilizaría de nuevo.

Hotel location was great in the middle of everywhere. Furniture was well maintained beds were comfy. Swimming pool was small but my kids enjoyed it. The only disadvantage was staff. We only sow the lady for check in honestly she was polite but no welcoming no one to help with baggage no one in the reception most of the time. House keeping was horrible they don’t change linens even it was dirty and torn. I had to call them to change it. The carpet was wet and they didn’t do anything even they don’t clean tables. Price was reasonable for the location only and having connected rooms was great for my children.
