Nice hotel with spacious rooms and all the necessary amenities. The suite included a full kitchen, which is great for longer stays, along with a washing machine and a dishwasher. Everything was very clean and neat, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is also convenient — about 15 minutes by taxi to the Grand Mosque, which is ideal if you’re here as a tourist, and around 25 minutes to the airport via the highway with no traffic during my trip. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay.

En general, una estancia muy agradable. La habitación era estupenda y cumplía con creces los altos estándares de Mövenpick. El personal fue extremadamente amable y muy flexible; incluso me ofrecieron desayuno, lo cual agradecí mucho. Pasé la Nochebuena allí y organizaron un evento junto a la piscina. Era un poco caro, pero se notaba que le habían dedicado mucho esfuerzo, y es normal que un hotel de categoría superior tenga precios más elevados. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de las principales atracciones y también del aeropuerto, al que se puede llegar en taxi. El hotel cuenta con una bonita piscina y un jacuzzi, y las vistas desde la piscina son despejadas, con un precioso paisaje montañoso de fondo. Además, hay varios restaurantes en el hotel, lo cual es muy práctico. En resumen, fue una estancia estupenda y muy agradable, y sin duda lo recomiendo.

Overall, I had a good stay at the hotel. The property is beautiful, the room was comfortable, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. However, there were two issues that significantly affected my experience. First, the hotel charged a very large security deposit of approximately AED 1,600 for a two-night stay. This amount was charged to my card without a clear explanation during check-in, and I was not informed in advance about the size of the deposit. As of writing this review, I have still not received the amount back. Better communication and transparency regarding security deposits would be greatly appreciated. Second, the housekeeping service was disappointing, especially on my checkout day. I requested ice cubes three separate times and only received them after approximately 1.5 hours. In general, whenever I requested something, it took a long time to arrive, and I had to repeatedly follow up with the staff. That said, I would like to sincerely thank Carolyn Muimi for her professionalism and support during my checkout process. She took the time to assist me, address my concerns, and promptly send an email to the finance department regarding the refund of the security deposit. Her assistance was greatly appreciated and left a positive impression. While I enjoyed the hotel overall and appreciated the facilities and atmosphere, I believe improvements are needed in guest communication regarding deposits and in the responsiveness of the housekeeping team.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended I had a wonderful stay at InterContinental Muscat Hotel from 21st to 23rd January. From the moment we arrived, the experience was smooth and pleasant. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the hotel has a very nice, welcoming scent throughout the lobby and common areas. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the bathroom was spotless. The pool area is great, with different depths (1.1 m and 1.3 m), plus a dedicated kids’ pool around 30 cm, which makes it ideal for families as well. One of the highlights is the direct access to Qurm Beach, which is a big plus. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good buffet selection, and the staff throughout the hotel were very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Overall, a great stay and a classic, reliable 5-star experience in Muscat. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay again.

My stay at the kempinski hotel in muscat was not as good as expected from a five star international hotel.. My friends and I encountered unfavorable treatment from some of the staff and other mishaps at the hotel, however it wasn’t all bad as I did find the room comfortable and in general the interior of the hotel was nice and minimalistic with a touch of modern class. The breakfast was good. We enjoyed kayaking at beach and most importantly I like how the manager compensated us after all the trouble we had during our stay ..

Un hotel con estilo romántico francés, cuando entra en el hotel, vino a un clima retrocededor. Aunque los años son más largos, la mantenimiento es mejor. La habitación es grande. Encontramos que el ruido del baño es muy fuerte antes de dormir, comunicarse con el hotel y no se puede resolver después de la reparación de los trabajadores, La recepción dijo que la habitación de nivel igual estaba llena y que la recepción podía ser sustituida por una habitación de nivel inferior, por lo que nos obligamos a contactar con los clientes de Trip.com a las tres de la mañana en casa, coordinar el director del hotel y finalmente resolver el problema al levantar la habitación. La recepción tiene problemas de tratamiento o tiene ciertos componentes discriminatorios, Pero el servicio al cliente de Trip.com sigue siendo muy poderoso y el problema debe ser tratado de manera razonable. Hotel decente, habitaciones fueron grandes por nada realmente barato y decoración plain falso techos de mármol interior no correspondía al precio del hotel o alquiler de pisos, por el precio del hotel todas las comodidades y minibar también se cargaba el precio del desayuno no era Vale el dinero, la mesa de vestir fue una broma inusable plugs socket en la mesa de vestir, enorme sitio de construcción fuera del hotel sólo atracción fue los restaurantes de 5 estrellas en el sitio manteniendo sus bolsillos cargados 😉

都一次為了一把摺扇去飛一個國家！阿曼一直都不是傳統意義上的熱門旅行目的地，奢牌相較於隔壁幾家土豪國也是略顯單薄。除了開業幾十年的澈迪終於迎來了全球最年輕之一的文華東方。預訂的套房給到了視野更佳的海景方向，酒店大堂採取十字動線，縱向自酒店大門延伸到户外泳池，直指海灘；橫向動線連接文華餅房/Essenza Bar和SPA/客房區。不得不説馬斯喀特MO太適合躺平了，三天的時間全部宅在酒店也是少有的體驗。前台都很熱情，唯一的瑕疵就是行政酒廊依然沒有開放 行政待遇就換成了餅房的一些小食和飲品。很美好的一次出行，一如既往的文華東方式熱情

Llegada al hotel a las 5 horas para un período de tránsito para el vuelo siguiente. Salida a las 12:00. La distancia a partir. El aeropuerto fue a 15 minutos en taxi. Usado taxi aeropuerto y sólo cuesta 8 dirams. La entrada fue rápida y el equipo en la recepción fue amable y conveniente. Optado por 2 camas individuales. La salida fue suave. Manejado para conseguir un sueño y una ducha. Muy limpio y temprano. Facilitación básica de habitaciones pero limpio lo que necesito para mi tránsito. Utilizaría de nuevo.

Simply amazing! We loved every second of our stay at The Chedi! The staff was really, really friendly and attentive and we felt 100% welcome and seen. The architecture was stunning, the three different pools left us breathtaking and breakfast was outstanding as well. We would definitely return and can 100% recommend to stay here, relax and unwind :)
