Excellent Experience overall. Hotel is new and breakfast was very good. Scenic and surrounding the hotel is in a developing stage. Hotel were flexible and warm welcoming note was touching. Had a good time, as staff services were excellent, but attending to phone showed delay and if not well maintained the bathroom floors can easily go unpleasant.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms and all the necessary amenities. The suite included a full kitchen, which is great for longer stays, along with a washing machine and a dishwasher. Everything was very clean and neat, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is also convenient — about 15 minutes by taxi to the Grand Mosque, which is ideal if you’re here as a tourist, and around 25 minutes to the airport via the highway with no traffic during my trip. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay.

Overall, I had a good stay at the hotel. The property is beautiful, the room was comfortable, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. However, there were two issues that significantly affected my experience. First, the hotel charged a very large security deposit of approximately AED 1,600 for a two-night stay. This amount was charged to my card without a clear explanation during check-in, and I was not informed in advance about the size of the deposit. As of writing this review, I have still not received the amount back. Better communication and transparency regarding security deposits would be greatly appreciated. Second, the housekeeping service was disappointing, especially on my checkout day. I requested ice cubes three separate times and only received them after approximately 1.5 hours. In general, whenever I requested something, it took a long time to arrive, and I had to repeatedly follow up with the staff. That said, I would like to sincerely thank Carolyn Muimi for her professionalism and support during my checkout process. She took the time to assist me, address my concerns, and promptly send an email to the finance department regarding the refund of the security deposit. Her assistance was greatly appreciated and left a positive impression. While I enjoyed the hotel overall and appreciated the facilities and atmosphere, I believe improvements are needed in guest communication regarding deposits and in the responsiveness of the housekeeping team.

Kempinski dejó una gran impresión. Hotel elegante, discreto, noble y minimalista. Como el mar está cerca, hay un olor específico en la habitación debido a la humedad constante, aunque esto puede deberse a que la habitación estaba en el piso 0. Inmediatamente después de la limpieza desaparece, pero luego vuelve a aparecer. Mi opción de alojamiento es HB. Para aquellos que aman comer comida deliciosa, esta es la opción más inteligente. Las cenas son muy variadas, realmente hay para todos los gustos: carne, pescado, postres, aperitivos... ¡la variedad es sencillamente alucinante! También se organizan cenas temáticas. Así, una de las veladas estuvo dedicada a la cocina turca. La piscina es genial. Incluso hay 2 de ellos uno con acceso a la playa. Puede que la playa no sea la más impresionante. Aquí, dependiendo con qué se compare. La zona del hotel es pequeña. Hay una zona alrededor donde viven muchos expatriados. A pocos pasos se encuentra un agradable terraplén con un muelle para yates, numerosas cafeterías y un centro comercial. Una maravillosa opción para caminar, ya sea por la mañana o por la tarde. El personal del hotel es muy amable y servicial. Recuerdan todas tus preferencias la primera vez y siempre están dispuestos a ayudarte. La víspera del check-in recibí un cuestionario en el que el hotel me pedía que indicara mis deseos y preferencias. Escribí sobre un check-out más tarde y el hotel me confirmó esta posibilidad sin cobrar pago adicional.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful palace. The service was excellent: the staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. However, some improvements are needed in the rooms. For example, the beds feel outdated, and there is virtually no digitalisation, which is essential nowadays. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, but a renovation would be necessary to bring this magnificent palace up to modern standards.

Hotel decente, habitaciones fueron grandes por nada realmente barato y decoración plain falso techos de mármol interior no correspondía al precio del hotel o alquiler de pisos, por el precio del hotel todas las comodidades y minibar también se cargaba el precio del desayuno no era Vale el dinero, la mesa de vestir fue una broma inusable plugs socket en la mesa de vestir, enorme sitio de construcción fuera del hotel sólo atracción fue los restaurantes de 5 estrellas en el sitio manteniendo sus bolsillos cargados 😉

Breakfast was a highlight each morning, with a rich variety of delicious options that catered to every palate. From fresh local delicacies to international favorites, everything was prepared to perfection. The facilities at the hotel were everything one could ask for in a luxury stay: a world-class spa, a state-of-the-art fitness center, stunning pools, and several dining options that offered an exquisite culinary journey. Overall, it was a flawless experience that exceeded all expectations. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and already looking forward to my next visit. I would absolutely love to return and stay for a few more nights — one visit simply isn’t enough.

Llegada al hotel a las 5 horas para un período de tránsito para el vuelo siguiente. Salida a las 12:00. La distancia a partir. El aeropuerto fue a 15 minutos en taxi. Usado taxi aeropuerto y sólo cuesta 8 dirams. La entrada fue rápida y el equipo en la recepción fue amable y conveniente. Optado por 2 camas individuales. La salida fue suave. Manejado para conseguir un sueño y una ducha. Muy limpio y temprano. Facilitación básica de habitaciones pero limpio lo que necesito para mi tránsito. Utilizaría de nuevo.

The Chedi brand never fails to disappoint. And the Muscat experience does it so much justice. And more. The usual “black pool” (2 of them actually), a gym like really really no other.
