HHanzo HattoriMy recent stay at the Mandarin Oriental Muscat was overall enjoyable, with several notable highlights. The hotel’s location near the beachfront is fantastic, offering stunning views of Muscat and the surrounding mountains. The interiors are beautifully designed, featuring natural materials that create a luxurious and calming atmosphere.
The rooms were ultra-comfortable, with excellent beds and top-quality linens that made for a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful in-room amenities, including good tea, a Nespresso machine, and water in glass bottles—a healthy and eco-friendly touch.
The shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner provided were of great quality, and the dental kits were decent. However, I did notice that some toothpaste tubes weren’t fresh, as the paste had become solid and dry in a few sets. Additionally, the shaving kit was of the cheapest level, which didn’t align with the otherwise high standards of the hotel.
Breakfast was good but not quite up to the level typically expected from Mandarin Oriental. There’s definitely room for improvement here, but I believe this is something the hotel will refine over time. The staff were polite and professional, which added to the overall positive experience.
Considering the hotel is still new, I’d rate the overall experience, including the price/value ratio, as 3.5 out of 5. I’m confident that with time, the hotel will address these minor gaps and elevate the experience to match the impeccable standards the brand is known for.

YYuanshangcaoLQNos alojamos tres noches. La habitación estaba limpia y espaciosa, el desayuno era abundante y variado, y nos sorprendió encontrar tres docenas de pescado y melocotones. El ascensor lleva al Grand Mall, donde hay supermercados, restaurantes, tiendas de ropa, etc. Todos los camareros son muy amables y atentos. Pero el taxi fuera del hotel cuesta el doble que el de abajo, lo cual nos causó inconvenientes. Desayuno número uno.

FFarah Binti RamliI had such a lovely stay at Sheraton Oman. From the moment I arrived, everything felt smooth and welcoming. One of my favorite things in the room was the coffee machine. I used it every day for my coffee break and absolutely loved it! The breakfast buffet was amazing, with so many options and everything tasting fresh and delicious. It was the perfect start to each day. The pool really stood out too - spacious, clean, and absolutely gorgeous. It was such a relaxing spot to unwind.
Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again!

UUsuario invitadoWe had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Collection in Muscat. From the moment we arrived, the reception team provided excellent service and made us feel very welcome.
During our stay, we visited Qureshi restaurant, where both the food and service were amazing. A special thanks to Ashwani, who gave us excellent recommendations that made the experience even better.
We also dined at Omny restaurant, where the chefs did a fantastic job preparing seafood exactly as per our request. The staff, especially Sonia and Amir, were warm, attentive, and looked after us throughout the meal. We also appreciated the hospitality from the manager, Shiva, which made the experience even more memorable.
The only area that could be improved was the breakfast service. Unfortunately, the staff did not seem very engaged or friendly, even though the restaurant was not busy at the time.
Aside from breakfast, everything else about our stay—from the reception to the restaurants—was outstanding. We truly enjoyed our time at the Radisson Collection and look forward to returning in the future.

UUsuario invitadoHotel location was great in the middle of everywhere. Furniture was well maintained beds were comfy. Swimming pool was small but my kids enjoyed it. The only disadvantage was staff. We only sow the lady for check in honestly she was polite but no welcoming no one to help with baggage no one in the reception most of the time. House keeping was horrible they don’t change linens even it was dirty and torn. I had to call them to change it. The carpet was wet and they didn’t do anything even they don’t clean tables. Price was reasonable for the location only and having connected rooms was great for my children.
