This was a very special experience. Never did we feel so welcome as in the JW Marriott in Muscat. We had a wonderful room, clean and spacious, with a beautiful bath and walk-in shower. Each morning we enjoyed the delicious breakfast with coconuts from Salala. The friendly staff was very helpful with everything. This was a stay we will never forget. And we will certainly return for another stay. Many thanks to the staff for making this an unforgetable stay!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended I had a wonderful stay at InterContinental Muscat Hotel from 21st to 23rd January. From the moment we arrived, the experience was smooth and pleasant. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the hotel has a very nice, welcoming scent throughout the lobby and common areas. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the bathroom was spotless. The pool area is great, with different depths (1.1 m and 1.3 m), plus a dedicated kids’ pool around 30 cm, which makes it ideal for families as well. One of the highlights is the direct access to Qurm Beach, which is a big plus. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good buffet selection, and the staff throughout the hotel were very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Overall, a great stay and a classic, reliable 5-star experience in Muscat. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay again.

I had a truly wonderful experience during our stay. From the moment of arrival, the hospitality was warm, professional, and attentive. The room was impeccably maintained, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, reflecting the high standards expected of a five-star property. The staff were courteous, responsive, and genuinely committed to ensuring guest comfort at every touchpoint. The dining experience was equally impressive, with a well-curated breakfast spread and excellent service. Overall, it was a memorable and relaxing stay, and I would gladly return and recommend this hotel to others seeking quality, comfort, and refined hospitality.

En el hotel, el hotel se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. Cada miembro del personal que conocí fue arriba y más allá para asegurar que mi estancia era inmemorable y sin molde. El hotel es insatisfactorio, con una atención inmaculada a los detalles en cada rincón. Mi habitación estaba bien diseñada, mezclando elegancia con el confort, y las vistas no eran nada menos que atractivas , que no contemplaban las montañas tranquilas y la pintoresca línea de cielo de la ciudad. El desayuno fue un espectáculo cada mañana, con una amplia variedad de opciones deliciosas que se ocupaban de cada palacio. El hotel dispone de todo lo que se puede solicitar en una estancia de lujo: un spa de clase mundial, un centro de fitness de última generación, piscinas espectaculares y varias opciones de comida que ofrecen un exquisito viaje culinario. En general, fue una experiencia sin fallos que superó todas las expectativas. Me dejé sentir refresco, apagado, y ya esperando mi próxima visita. Me encantaría volver y permanecer por unas pocas noches más una visita simplemente no es suficiente.

En general, un buen hotel. Lo más ordinario. Más cerca de las 3 estrellas. Pagué por un late check-out en recepción, pero aún así empezaron a llamar a las 12 en punto preguntando cuándo íbamos a hacer el check-out. El desayuno parecía bueno, pero nada especial. Hay una elección, pero no hay mucho que llevar. En general está bien, pero nada del otro mundo.

Parada en el largo vuelo conectando por una noche. Hotel decente. No es nuevo, pero todo en buenas condiciones de trabajo. La habitación está bien equipada. El desayuno es agradable. De aeropuerto a taxi 6.5 reales a tiempo 15 minutos. Recomendado.

Generally good stay over, however just a few small things. All the staff were lovely, the king size bed was very comfortable and the rooms were spaciously sized. However twice with room service we were left without towels in the room, as well as other bathroom amenities (we ended up only receiving one towel for two people, miscommunication?). When we also asked to do laundry and requested a quote sheet to see how much it would be, staff were unable to answer. Instead we were given a blank sheet of paper to write down all our items. It ended up being quite expensive and we were requested to pay immediately on receipt of laundry rather than at check out (mind you, same day turn around of laundry). Staff were again great- just a few policy practices that could be refined.

We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Collection in Muscat. From the moment we arrived, the reception team provided excellent service and made us feel very welcome. During our stay, we visited Qureshi restaurant, where both the food and service were amazing. A special thanks to Ashwani, who gave us excellent recommendations that made the experience even better. We also dined at Omny restaurant, where the chefs did a fantastic job preparing seafood exactly as per our request. The staff, especially Sonia and Amir, were warm, attentive, and looked after us throughout the meal. We also appreciated the hospitality from the manager, Shiva, which made the experience even more memorable. The only area that could be improved was the breakfast service. Unfortunately, the staff did not seem very engaged or friendly, even though the restaurant was not busy at the time. Aside from breakfast, everything else about our stay—from the reception to the restaurants—was outstanding. We truly enjoyed our time at the Radisson Collection and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you once again ..

Hoteles en El Hotel: Este hotel está situado en una zona tranquila de la playa. El hotel dispone de parking limitado en el lugar. Las habitaciones y las habitaciones públicas estaban limpias. El receptor intentó reducir a una habitación única del doble que había reservado. El hotel está en una zona de 2 estrellas, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. En el hotel, en el piso de la habitación, en el centro del hotel, no hay toallas. Le pregunté a un empleado, pero no había nadie que viniera. El restaurante estaba vacío y no había bares abiertos como era Eid. El servicio era amable y había un amplio menú. Una guía adicional en el menú que explica las platas habría sido útil. El bar y el restaurante también están cerrados. El personal de servicio de desayuno fue útil y ofreció opciones alternativas que no se habían establecido en el bufete.
