I want to start off with that the hospitality at this hotel was the best I have ever received. From the beginning I was greeted by Daniela who recommended the best places for me to visit and ensured I had everything during my stay. The pool is amazing with so much space and again the service was incredible. There is so much to do at this hotel from the bars and the roofop bar/restaurant which offers soo many different options of things to do. I would recommend this 100% and I will be staying here the next time I visit!

Very nice place to stay in, located in the center of Muscat and 20 minutes by car from the airport. We stayed in an executive suite, which is more than 70m2, with terrace. It was great. You have also a swimming pool on the last floor where you can swim and enjoy the view of Muscat

Durante un viaje de negocios a Mascate, Omán, me alojé en el Hilton Garden Inn Kuvel Muscat. Esta estancia resultó increíblemente conveniente para mi viaje, convirtiéndolo en un hotel de negocios excepcional en todos los sentidos. Ubicación privilegiada, ideal tanto para negocios como para placer La céntrica ubicación del hotel en Mascate facilitó enormemente mis actividades de negocios. La excelente red de transporte me permitió acceder fácilmente al centro de negocios de la ciudad y a diversos lugares de reuniones, ahorrándome mucho tiempo. Después de una jornada laboral, las comodidades cercanas me permitieron relajarme por completo. Numerosos restaurantes cerca del hotel ofrecían una amplia variedad de cocinas, desde especialidades locales hasta platos internacionales. Disfrutar de una barbacoa tradicional omaní, jugosas carnes a la parrilla o un plato de pasta era muy sencillo. Espacio cómodo para trabajar con eficiencia Al entrar en la habitación, la cálida y bien organizada distribución me hizo sentir inmediatamente a gusto. La habitación era espaciosa y luminosa, con una zona de trabajo bien diseñada. El escritorio y la silla tenían una altura cómoda, y la iluminación abundante y los enchufes a mano me permitieron manejar fácilmente diversos documentos, realizar reuniones en línea y completar mis tareas laborales con eficiencia. La cama, suave y cómoda, me permitió dormir plácidamente cada noche después de un día agotador de trabajo, recuperando energías rápidamente. Además, la conexión Wi-Fi de alta velocidad y estable cubría todos los rincones del hotel, garantizando una conexión fluida en las habitaciones, el vestíbulo y el restaurante, lo que mejoró notablemente mi productividad. Servicio atento y humanitario Me impresionó profundamente el servicio cálido y considerado del personal del hotel. Desde el momento del registro, el personal de recepción recibió a cada huésped con eficiencia y profesionalidad, respondiendo pacientemente a todas mis preguntas. Durante mi estancia, el equipo de limpieza siempre respondió con prontitud a mis solicitudes, asegurándose de que las habitaciones estuvieran limpias y ordenadas, y de que contara con todos los artículos de tocador. El servicio de restaurante del hotel fue igualmente encomiable; el desayuno ofrecía una amplia variedad de opciones para satisfacer diferentes gustos, proporcionándome energía para el nuevo día de trabajo.

Overall, a nice and clean hotel that offers great value for money. The bathroom tiles could use some attention for mold removal, but otherwise, the room is well-equipped. Amenities include a microwave, fridge, complimentary water, slippers, a sewing kit, shower cap, and more,so you get a lot for the price. conveniently located—just a short drive from the Grand Mosque and Mall of Oman, about 13 minutes from the airport and Rozna Restaurant, and around 20 minutes to Mutrah Souk. Overall, a great location for exploring the city.

都一次為了一把摺扇去飛一個國家！阿曼一直都不是傳統意義上的熱門旅行目的地，奢牌相較於隔壁幾家土豪國也是略顯單薄。除了開業幾十年的澈迪終於迎來了全球最年輕之一的文華東方。預訂的套房給到了視野更佳的海景方向，酒店大堂採取十字動線，縱向自酒店大門延伸到户外泳池，直指海灘；橫向動線連接文華餅房/Essenza Bar和SPA/客房區。不得不説馬斯喀特MO太適合躺平了，三天的時間全部宅在酒店也是少有的體驗。前台都很熱情，唯一的瑕疵就是行政酒廊依然沒有開放 行政待遇就換成了餅房的一些小食和飲品。很美好的一次出行，一如既往的文華東方式熱情

Удобное расположение рядом с аэропортом. Номера большие, очень чистые, все новое. Кровать удобная, постельное белье и полотенца свежайшие. Завтрак не брали, про него не знаем так как рядом Макдональдс :)

Buena relación calidad-precio. Habitación amplia y limpia. A 15 minutos del aeropuerto en taxi.

Это мой второй визит в Маскат и выбор отеля был сделан под впечатлением от бассейна, длиной более 100м. Бассейн действительно шикарный! Поскольку август низкий сезон, гостей в отеле немного и вы можете плавать в бассейне в одиночестве, как будто это ваш личный бассейн! На самом деле, бассейна целых 3. Так что можно выбрать подходящий по своему вкусу. Возможно, плавание в Оманском заливе не произвело на меня особого впечатления. Скажем так, бывает море и получше. Но, с другой стороны, желающих плавать в море всегда такой небольшой процент отдыхающих, что большинству достаточно просто зайти, попрыгать в волнах и выйти. С точки зрения наслаждения от пребывания на пляже, здесь опыт 100% положительный. Сервис на пляже превосходный! Постоянно приносят воду со льдом с добавлением лимона и мяты, предлагают освежающие салфетки, угощают фруктами. Отель выполнен в традиционном арабском стиле и полностью соответствует представлениям о роскошном отдыхе. Тёмная палитра в интерьерах подчёркивает архитектуру и придаёт ощущение изысканности. Для гостей, которые бронируют виллы, предлагается банная линия Amouage. В номерах попроще - Асqua di Parma, что тоже неплохо! Что касается еды, то как по мне, - она обыкновенная, без затей. Я получила несомненное эстетическое удовольствие от пребывания в этом прекрасном месте, но никаких гастрономических впечатлений отель на меня не произвёл. При этом к сервису нареканий нет никаких. Все с кем я имела дело - сотрудники ресепшен, служащие на пляже, официанты исключительно приветливы и отзывчивы!

Excelente ubicación, la recepción habla inglés, la habitación está limpia, limpieza + dos botellas de agua + té, café, crema todos los días. Hay muchos cafés turcos cerca del hotel, la comida es rápida y sabrosa. Hay aparcamiento al lado del hotel. De las desventajas, no hay ningún balcón, las ventanas no se abren, están tapiadas, debido a esto hay un olor a humo. Hay conexión Wi-Fi disponible, gratuita, pero lenta y es necesario volver a conect**** cada vez.

Booked this for our 1st time visit to Oman and we stayed here for 12 days. If you are only staying 2-3 days this hotel may be ok - but for longer stays I would not recommend. Positives: Great location if you like genuine Asian food - excellent cheap and mid-price restaurants within a few minutes walking distance - Indian Vegetarian and non-veg restaurants too. Mosque within walking distance Friendly helpful cleaning staff - most of them try their best to make your stay comfortable. Very big room sizes Good Wifi Comfortable beds. Free water bottles on request Fairly easy to get OTaxi within 2-3 minutes each time. Negatives: Mould in the bathroom, water leaks out of the shower onto the main bathroom floor - making a slip hazard No caddy in the shower to hold your soap or shampoo etc, so you have to keep bending down to the floor to get or put your shampoo bottle. Shower pressure was very very low - so no refreshing shower after a long day out. It was enough to wash your body but takes several minutes (water was hot OK). Some of the sockets in the room do not work - so you have to keep unplugging things to use something else. When we asked for an iron, the gave us a barely functional one with steam controls missing and no heat level markings so you are scared to use it in case you get a shock and/or burn your clothes. The 1st ironing board we were given belonged in the bin - I am not exaggerating - the cover to the board was ripped in multiple places, and bits of metal were sticking out - guaranteed to rip your clothes when ironing. The 2nd ironing board was new but the cover did not stay in place - so you spent twice as long constantly re-adjusting the cover than ironing your clothes. The hairdryer had a difference plug than the sockets in the room - luckily I had my own converter. The access card for our room door kept resetting every single day for the 1st 6 days. Every evening we come back, go up to our room and the card does not work - so we have to go back down again to get the card programmed. One on evening, I had to go up and down the lift 4 times - yes 4 times - because the lady on reception seemed to hear the number 3 when I say 2 - I don't know how to confuse room xx2 for xx3 - English is my 1st language and I speak at conferences, and with English speaking colleagues and clients around the word every working day. Even though, the first two times I went down the card actually had a sticker with the room number on it - but she still managed to program the wrong room number twice. On the 3 visit, she gave me a new card - but still programmed the wrong room number. On the 4th visit she finally said 'ah you mean xx2 not xx3' - and then she laughed and shared a private joke with her colleague. I got the feeling she was bored of the job and liked to play games with the hotel guests to cheer herself up. Eventually after 6 days of this, I complained to a male member of staff on the desk and he programmed the card once and it worked fine for the remaining days. The small fridge freezer remained on 24x7 - even on the lowest setting - so you heard the constant buzzing sound all day and night. It even froze and ruined some of our fruit which was in the fridge section and not in the freezer section. The batteries in the safety deposit box had corroded and you could not operate or program it. They gave us some keys for the safe, but they did not work properly - so we were scared to lock anything in the safe - in case you could not unlock it again - funny hah! The shampoo and shower gel bottles were called something like Eco wash - but they were almost always only half full - so you had to use a single bottle of each every time you showered - so we probably used at least 45-50 bottles between us during our stay - what a waste of plastic.
