The food was excellent, and I especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast buffet.

LLeif ReyYou get what you pay for with this hotel. Although some of the appliances are old they still get the job done. The smart tv was a great addition to the room as it allowed us to watch and stream movies and tv shows. The only disappointing part was the internet connection as it wasn't stable and it wasn't fast enough to use reliably if you wanted to work.

She gave us wrong room because i booked mountain view then what we got is a wall, she said the mountain is behind that wall, omg, how come?..but later on she called again and transferred us to another room with mountain view, ok fine. But what dissapoints us more is when she called again and said, that they will get the set of cups from our new room for the reason that we already used the cups on the first room that she gave us, and that makes me mad, is that a big thing? Because of that we never use their cups, instead we buy our own. When we confront her, she’s not apologetic but instead answering us stupidly. Another thing is their flat iron is for rent, 200 pesos every 1 hour of using it. We have many travels abroad and have checked in several hotels, Ist time in history that I encountered a hotel like that only in Cebu

The rooms and facilities were also top-notch – clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
This place exceeded our expectations in every possible way. If you're looking for the perfect beach escape with great food, excellent service, and a peaceful atmosphere, Anaya Beach Resort is the place to be. PPorter1987This is our fourth time to stay in this area of Mactan Lapu-Lapu. Each time we have stayed in the same building but in different condo units. The area is great and is developing every time we have visited. Very close to the beach, restaurants, shops etc. Staff were friendly and helpful but there were a few occasions I had to call the lobby or go to the front desk to remind them about things. The apartment building is getting older needs a lot of maintenance, the cracks on the wall weren’t as much of a big issue but the shower wasn’t secured to the wall properly, the glass door made a loud cracking sound every time we closed or opened it, the shower/ bath made the floor wet this caused the water to get under the tiles and move the tiles when I stepped on them. The water drainage was slow that I would be standing in a bath while having a shower, there were chips along the brown panel around the bottom of the wall. Rust on some of the things in the condo too. The pool also had titles missing and two panels of the glass which I had noticed when we had stayed two years ago hadn’t been fixed. The lounger chairs we had previously experienced replaced with uncomfortable chairs and tables.

La ubicación del hotel no es ideal; da directamente a una calle donde suelen aparcar triciclos cerca, y suele ser difícil salir del aparcamiento interno en coche. Pero en general, vale la pena como punto de transporte o como alojamiento económico.

UUsuario invitadoThe reception was already unfriendly. The bungalow was relatively poorly equipped, the remote control for the air conditioning was faulty, low water pressure in the shower, no pool towels, no toiletries apart from a microscopic bar of soap. The view of the countryside was beautiful, but we had already enjoyed it extensively on our three-hour drive from Dalaguete. The grilled fish was killed twice, once by the fisherman's hand and once by its stay in the freezer for several months. The vegetable soup tasted of nothing, actually, just like the fish, inedible. We were not asked for drinks and the water, which we were allowed to fetch ourselves from a dispenser, was a good 30° warm. There were no other guests, the musicless dinner, bathed in the glaring light of the CCTV, gave the impression of a graveyard - completely desolate. We were charged 1200 pesos for this outrage. The impression of poor gastronomic service continued seamlessly at breakfast and culminated in the impertinence of wanting to charge 50 pesos for a second cup of coffee. We had booked for three nights and paid 21.1 Kpesos. I've never had worse value for money in seven months in the Philippines! After the first night, we packed our bags and left the resort. I will refrain from praising the beautiful pool or the great view due to the miserable overall performance. No recommendation.
