Overall good experience with Tsai. It's located in the city center near the Cebu IT Park. You can just ride a jeep going to Ayala Terminal where you can ride the bus going to Tops and it's also accessible to malls and restaurants. Our room also has a balcony which is super nice

Nos gustaría compartir nuestra experiencia durante nuestra última estancia. Nos ingresamos a las 7:00, pero no hubo ninguna consideración ni flexibilidad en cuanto al tiempo de salida, lo que fue decepcionante. La habitación también tenía un fachada dañada que debería haber sido reparado antes de la utilización del huésped. Aunque la habitación era publicitaria para cinco personas, sólo nos había proporcionado una cama y una pequeña espuma en el piso, lo que no era cómodo para nuestro grupo de tres adultos y dos niños. Además, la mesa en la habitación era pequeña y sólo apropiada para dos personas, con sólo dos sillas, que no era suficiente para nuestro grupo. En general, nuestra estancia no respondió a nuestras expectativas. Esperamos que la gestión pueda abordar estas preocupaciones para mejorar las experiencias futuras de los huéspedes.

We are a couple traveling Cebu, and regretfully we only stayed at AOSMEC for one night. We wish we could have explored the area more. Pros: This hotel was very clean and new. The pillows and mattress were extremely comfortable and the AC cooled the room well. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was Philippine style and amazing. I had pork, rice, egg, and coffee. My wife had fried chicken, rice, egg, and water. We did not swim in the short time we were at AOSMEC, but there was a pool. Cons: The shower did not have hot water, which I did not mind. But my wife had a little trouble as she is more accustomed to a warmer shower. We would stay at AOSMEC again.

El encargado fue muy amable y nos dio mucha información. Excelente ubicación, cerca de supermercados y restaurantes. La cocina es funcional, así que pudimos cocinar nuestra propia comida. Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia.

Отель очень красивый, как оазис. За пределами него вид совершенно другой. Сервис отличный, помогли организовать поездку к акулам, вызвали такси в аэропорт, так как граб там не работает. Есть бассейн для аквалангистов 3 м. Не хватило больших полотенец, дали 4 маленьких. По утрам не было горячей воды, еле теплая.

If you are looking for a place to truly recharge, this hostel is an excellent choice. While it is not located very close to the airport, the slightly longer commute is well worth it for the atmosphere you get in return. Unlike many hostels near busy transit hubs, this one is remarkably quiet, allowing for a deep and uninterrupted sleep.

The reception was already unfriendly. The bungalow was relatively poorly equipped, the remote control for the air conditioning was faulty, low water pressure in the shower, no pool towels, no toiletries apart from a microscopic bar of soap. The view of the countryside was beautiful, but we had already enjoyed it extensively on our three-hour drive from Dalaguete. The grilled fish was killed twice, once by the fisherman's hand and once by its stay in the freezer for several months. The vegetable soup tasted of nothing, actually, just like the fish, inedible. We were not asked for drinks and the water, which we were allowed to fetch ourselves from a dispenser, was a good 30° warm. There were no other guests, the musicless dinner, bathed in the glaring light of the CCTV, gave the impression of a graveyard - completely desolate. We were charged 1200 pesos for this outrage. The impression of poor gastronomic service continued seamlessly at breakfast and culminated in the impertinence of wanting to charge 50 pesos for a second cup of coffee. We had booked for three nights and paid 21.1 Kpesos. I've never had worse value for money in seven months in the Philippines! After the first night, we packed our bags and left the resort. I will refrain from praising the beautiful pool or the great view due to the miserable overall performance. No recommendation.
