Hoteles con vistas a la montaña en Cebú

Una bonita casa de huéspedes con jardines impecablemente cuidados. Ofrecen desayuno, pero no lo tomamos. Hay una piscina con agua agradable. Está ubicada cerca de la principal calle de fiesta de Moalboal. El ruido era muy alto, lo que la hizo un poco incómoda. Lo único realmente decepcionante fue que durante nuestra estancia de seis días no sacaron la basura, ni limpiaron la habitación, ni cambiaron las sábanas ni las toallas. Las toallas solo las trajeron la noche anterior a la salida. Pero si te quedas dos o tres días, sin duda te gustará.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. What makes it truly special is its unique location: set on a small island just 10 minutes by boat from the mainland, it genuinely feels like being alone in the world. The setting is peaceful, charming, and beautifully secluded. The pool is lovely, the small beach is very enjoyable, and above all, the kindness of the staff is exceptional. The team is attentive, warm, and truly contributes to the overall experience. On the downside, because the island is quite isolated, dining options are limited to the hotel’s restaurant unless you take the boat back to the mainland. This makes both the room rates (even though the view is beautiful) and the food prices feel somewhat high. We were a family of five, added an extra bed, and requested early check-in, which significantly increased the final bill for our two-night stay. The total cost ended up being quite substantial. That said, we still had a wonderful time and keep very fond memories of our stay. It is a beautiful and special place overall.

I stayed for 4 nights and had a great time. The staff are very friendly and the location is great. I can grab a coffee, local nor junk food less than 1 km from the hotel. The mountain view is great, but the floor is dusty (maybe because of the renovation) and the hot water is working a little slow, but no complaints, and they have a bidet! Also, you can ask for a blanket if you need one. I'm looking forward to coming back to Cebu and staying here again.

Fantastic stay and real island getaway!  View and waters are amazing, food was included in our stay (breakfast and dinner) and there are many free activities to take part. The view are spectacular! The rooms were clean and spacious for 2 pax- can fit up to 4 pax.  Favorite activity was to fish from the lagoon and watch the baby shark (white shark) feeding at 1130am and chilling at the hammock infront of the rooms.  Massages are quality if you want some wave asmr as they are done in the outdoor huts but only can do 1 hour blocks and require quick booking/advance booking as the masseuses are limited.  wifi connections are good islandwise but it’s more of chillax resort. The rooms have netflix and youtube.  do bring some night snacks or simple lunch as their restaurants close early at 9pm and ferry out are only during the lunch time

El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad de SM City Cebu, donde se encuentran las tiendas y la comida fácilmente accesibles. El hotel está muy bien, y el hotel está muy bien. La comida estaba bien, nada especialmente en posición, pero lo suficientemente decente. Sería útil saberlo con antelación, ya que esto afectaba a nuestra experiencia global. Teniendo en cuenta el precio que pagamos, la estancia no se sentía como un buen valor para el dinero, especialmente con instalaciones limitadas disponibles. En general, es un hotel cómodo con una ubicación excelente y un buen servicio, pero una mejor comunicación y valor harían una diferencia.

Our family had a great stay at Marco Polo Cebu. The food was good, the pool was clean and enjoyable,room is comfortabl and the quiet location made for a relaxing stay. The staff were professional, courteous, and attentive throughout our visit. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would happily stay here again.

I like how the hotel receptionist are warm and welcoming. The room is also clean and spacious. A suggestion is that there should be a slipper and towel for guest. And bell should be alert whenever there are guest arriving specially if they have many and heavy things because when we arrive for check in it was just us ladies who pushed the cart and mind you it has stairs to enter the front desk. A little kindness won’t hurt. Overall place was nice just put effort on customer service. That would really help.

The reception was already unfriendly. The bungalow was relatively poorly equipped, the remote control for the air conditioning was faulty, low water pressure in the shower, no pool towels, no toiletries apart from a microscopic bar of soap. The view of the countryside was beautiful, but we had already enjoyed it extensively on our three-hour drive from Dalaguete. The grilled fish was killed twice, once by the fisherman's hand and once by its stay in the freezer for several months. The vegetable soup tasted of nothing, actually, just like the fish, inedible. We were not asked for drinks and the water, which we were allowed to fetch ourselves from a dispenser, was a good 30° warm. There were no other guests, the musicless dinner, bathed in the glaring light of the CCTV, gave the impression of a graveyard - completely desolate. We were charged 1200 pesos for this outrage. The impression of poor gastronomic service continued seamlessly at breakfast and culminated in the impertinence of wanting to charge 50 pesos for a second cup of coffee. We had booked for three nights and paid 21.1 Kpesos. I've never had worse value for money in seven months in the Philippines! After the first night, we packed our bags and left the resort. I will refrain from praising the beautiful pool or the great view due to the miserable overall performance. No recommendation.
