Hoteles con vistas a la montaña en Cebú

Es un hotel decente para Moalboal. El personal es amable y atento. Organizaron excursiones de barranquismo y avistamiento de tiburones a un precio razonable. Sin embargo, el conductor del traslado privado a Oslob resultó ser un ”Schumacher” y uno de los pasajeros se mareó gravemente. El hotel está a 10 minutos en coche de la playa de las sardinas y de las cafeterías más cercanas. Tuvimos que alquilar una moto. No limpiaron ni una sola vez en los cuatro días. Las toallas solo se cambiaban si se solicitaba. El desayuno cuesta 250 pesos. No nos gustó. Un par de huevos, tocino demasiado cocido, tostadas, zumo y café instantáneo. Fuimos a la playa a desayunar.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. What makes it truly special is its unique location: set on a small island just 10 minutes by boat from the mainland, it genuinely feels like being alone in the world. The setting is peaceful, charming, and beautifully secluded. The pool is lovely, the small beach is very enjoyable, and above all, the kindness of the staff is exceptional. The team is attentive, warm, and truly contributes to the overall experience. On the downside, because the island is quite isolated, dining options are limited to the hotel’s restaurant unless you take the boat back to the mainland. This makes both the room rates (even though the view is beautiful) and the food prices feel somewhat high. We were a family of five, added an extra bed, and requested early check-in, which significantly increased the final bill for our two-night stay. The total cost ended up being quite substantial. That said, we still had a wonderful time and keep very fond memories of our stay. It is a beautiful and special place overall.

Потрясающее место, очень красиво, чисто, ухоженно, максимально вежливый персонал. Не рекомендуется привозить свои продукты и напитки, но на территории отеля есть ресторан с очень вкусными блюдами и бар с восхитительными напитками. Цены на все очень приятные. Пребывание в отделе очень понравилось, рекомендую.

El hotel es muy decente. Tiene vigilancia 24h y puedes disponer de parquing techado donde poder guardar la moto. Las habitaciones son amoliadby disponen de aire acondicionado. Tienen servicio de masajes pero no nos gusto que nos lo hicieran en nuestra propia habitacion. Queda poco profesional y no es para nada comodo. El desayuno aceptable pero algo caro para lo que es. La ubicacion un poco alejada del centro antiguo para ir a pie. Recomendable alquilar una moto si te alojad aqui.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bluewater Sumilon Island Resort, and overall, it was a beautiful experience. The resort is nestled in a stunning location, surrounded by clear blue waters that create a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The tranquil environment made it an ideal choice for a quick getaway. The resort itself is well-maintained, with lovely landscaping and comfortable amenities. The serene setting really enhances the overall experience, making it a great place to unwind for a two-night stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the friendly staff. From the reception to the poolside attendants, everyone was warm and welcoming. The pool guys were particularly nice, adding to the relaxed vibe of the resort. However, I did find that the food needs significant improvement. While the dining options were ample, the quality and variety fell short of expectations. To truly enhance the guest experience, I believe that more attention to the menu and food preparation is necessary. This aspect would play a crucial role in my decision to return. Another area that requires attention is the communication regarding trips and activities. Unfortunately, we often found ourselves headed to the wrong locations, only to be redirected to another part of the island. Clearer information about where to go for excursions would be greatly beneficial for guests. In summary, Bluewater Sumilon Island Resort is a beautiful destination with a relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. However, improvements in food quality and clearer communication regarding activities are essential for a more satisfying experience. With these adjustments, I could see myself returning, as the stunning views and peaceful environment are truly commendable.

La piscina se cerró otra vez y, francamente, parece que se cerró por mucho tiempo. Aunque, cuando reservamos el hotel nos dijo que disfrutamos de su refresco piscina al aire libre. La habitación está muy bien, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. La televisión de más edad no permite la streaming de Netflix o YouTube que en 2026 5 estrellas hotel debería ser una dada. La máquina es demasiado pequeña para el tamaño del restaurante y el radisson necesita modernizar la máquina de café. Muchos árboles de la piscina/exterior (al menos 4) por lo que obviamente esta zona también está siendo ignorada. No un hotel de 5 estrellas de la OMI. El personal era excelente, por supuesto, por lo que su formación es eficaz.

El hotel ofrece un remanso de paz lejos del bullicio de la ciudad, y las vistas desde las colinas de Nivel son simplemente impresionantes. Nuestra habitación estaba limpia, espaciosa y nos brindó el ambiente perfecto para una escapada relajante. Sin embargo, lo que realmente nos impresionó fue el servicio excepcional. El personal fue increíblemente profesional y se desvivió por asegurarse de que estuviéramos cómodos durante toda nuestra visita. Desde el delicioso desayuno buffet hasta la impecable zona de la piscina, todo superó nuestras expectativas. ¡Sin duda volveremos!

I like how the hotel receptionist are warm and welcoming. The room is also clean and spacious. A suggestion is that there should be a slipper and towel for guest. And bell should be alert whenever there are guest arriving specially if they have many and heavy things because when we arrive for check in it was just us ladies who pushed the cart and mind you it has stairs to enter the front desk. A little kindness won’t hurt. Overall place was nice just put effort on customer service. That would really help.

The reception was already unfriendly. The bungalow was relatively poorly equipped, the remote control for the air conditioning was faulty, low water pressure in the shower, no pool towels, no toiletries apart from a microscopic bar of soap. The view of the countryside was beautiful, but we had already enjoyed it extensively on our three-hour drive from Dalaguete. The grilled fish was killed twice, once by the fisherman's hand and once by its stay in the freezer for several months. The vegetable soup tasted of nothing, actually, just like the fish, inedible. We were not asked for drinks and the water, which we were allowed to fetch ourselves from a dispenser, was a good 30° warm. There were no other guests, the musicless dinner, bathed in the glaring light of the CCTV, gave the impression of a graveyard - completely desolate. We were charged 1200 pesos for this outrage. The impression of poor gastronomic service continued seamlessly at breakfast and culminated in the impertinence of wanting to charge 50 pesos for a second cup of coffee. We had booked for three nights and paid 21.1 Kpesos. I've never had worse value for money in seven months in the Philippines! After the first night, we packed our bags and left the resort. I will refrain from praising the beautiful pool or the great view due to the miserable overall performance. No recommendation.
