JJianduoshiguangLa habitación era espaciosa y limpia, las camas eran de buena calidad y cómodas para dormir. También hay un pequeño sofá, la ubicación es tranquila y cómoda, la casa de cemento está bien aislada del calor y el sonido, el aire acondicionado es fresco y el patio es espacioso, lo que la hace muy adecuada para vacaciones y ocio. Conducir tú mismo o alquilar una moto en el pueblo es un gran lugar para vivir aquí, disfrutar del bullicio al salir y disfrutar de la tranquilidad al volver. El personal es amable y hospitalario, como de la familia.

**Location**: Nestled on a pristine beach, the resort offers breathtaking views of the turquoise waters and lush greenery. The serene environment is perfect for relaxation, and the nearby attractions, including stunning waterfalls, are easily accessible.
**Staff Behavior**: The staff at Badian Island were exceptional. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, providing personalized service that truly made us feel special.
**Food**: The dining experience was delightful! The restaurant offered a diverse menu featuring local and international cuisine, all expertly prepared and beautifully presented. Each meal was a culinary journey, and we particularly enjoyed the fresh seafood and traditional Filipino dishes.
**Special Touch**: We also celebrated our son's birthday during our stay, and the resort graciously arranged a small cake for us. It was a lovely surprise for him that made the day even more beautiful.

. The air conditioning is freezing (in a good way!). Since it's located in Lahug, you are surrounded by great food spots and cafes, and it's very easy to catch a ride. It’s a bit quiet and disciplined, which is great if you actually want to get some sleep. For the price you pay, the quality you get is a steal.

CClaireKI recently had the pleasure of staying at Bluewater Sumilon Island Resort, and overall, it was a beautiful experience. The resort is nestled in a stunning location, surrounded by clear blue waters that create a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The tranquil environment made it an ideal choice for a quick getaway.
The resort itself is well-maintained, with lovely landscaping and comfortable amenities. The serene setting really enhances the overall experience, making it a great place to unwind for a two-night stay.
One of the highlights of my visit was the friendly staff. From the reception to the poolside attendants, everyone was warm and welcoming. The pool guys were particularly nice, adding to the relaxed vibe of the resort.
However, I did find that the food needs significant improvement. While the dining options were ample, the quality and variety fell short of expectations. To truly enhance the guest experience, I believe that more attention to the menu and food preparation is necessary. This aspect would play a crucial role in my decision to return.
Another area that requires attention is the communication regarding trips and activities. Unfortunately, we often found ourselves headed to the wrong locations, only to be redirected to another part of the island. Clearer information about where to go for excursions would be greatly beneficial for guests.
In summary, Bluewater Sumilon Island Resort is a beautiful destination with a relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. However, improvements in food quality and clearer communication regarding activities are essential for a more satisfying experience. With these adjustments, I could see myself returning, as the stunning views and peaceful environment are truly commendable.

UUsuario anónimoLa ubicación era grande, cerca de las tiendas como Ayala y SM City. Maxim Ride costó 130-140 pesos pero taxi incluso menos que eso. La habitación era espaciosa y limpia pero las sillas y la cama en la habitación no estaba tan limpia para mí. He visto puntos oscuros y pinturas. Las muñecas no son tan grandes. En mi habitación no hay control remoto para el AC. El baño era amplio, tienen bañera. La habitación de la habitación es muy buena, pero la única preocupación para mí en el duche es que sólo tienen una ducha de lluvia, no tienen una mano, podría ser mejor si tienen. Sólo me di cuenta de que las placas son muy utilizadas durante mucho tiempo. El personal fue bueno. Oops olvidé tomar foto de la cama. 😬 Pero en general fue una buena experiencia. ☺️

PPorter1987This is our fourth time to stay in this area of Mactan Lapu-Lapu. Each time we have stayed in the same building but in different condo units. The area is great and is developing every time we have visited. Very close to the beach, restaurants, shops etc. Staff were friendly and helpful but there were a few occasions I had to call the lobby or go to the front desk to remind them about things. The apartment building is getting older needs a lot of maintenance, the cracks on the wall weren’t as much of a big issue but the shower wasn’t secured to the wall properly, the glass door made a loud cracking sound every time we closed or opened it, the shower/ bath made the floor wet this caused the water to get under the tiles and move the tiles when I stepped on them. The water drainage was slow that I would be standing in a bath while having a shower, there were chips along the brown panel around the bottom of the wall. Rust on some of the things in the condo too. The pool also had titles missing and two panels of the glass which I had noticed when we had stayed two years ago hadn’t been fixed. The lounger chairs we had previously experienced replaced with uncomfortable chairs and tables.

The bungalow was relatively poorly equipped, the remote control for the air conditioning was faulty, low water pressure in the shower, no pool towels, no toiletries apart from a microscopic bar of soap. The view of the countryside was beautiful, but we had already enjoyed it extensively on our three-hour drive from Dalaguete. The grilled fish was killed twice, once by the fisherman's hand and once by its stay in the freezer for several months. The vegetable soup tasted of nothing, actually, just like the fish, inedible. We were not asked for drinks and the water, which we were allowed to fetch ourselves from a dispenser, was a good 30° warm. There were no other guests, the musicless dinner, bathed in the glaring light of the CCTV, gave the impression of a graveyard - completely desolate. We were charged 1200 pesos for this outrage. The impression of poor gastronomic service continued seamlessly at breakfast and culminated in the impertinence of wanting to charge 50 pesos for a second cup of coffee. We had booked for three nights and paid 21.1 Kpesos. I've never had worse value for money in seven months in the Philippines! After the first night, we packed our bags and left the resort. I will refrain from praising the beautiful pool or the great view due to the miserable overall performance. No recommendation.
