The hotel located at a strategic location whereby just cross the street can reach to the walking street, shopping mall, cinema and a lot of eateries nearby. The didi (taxi) can reach in front of the hotel building and the hotel located at 2nd floor. There is an elevator within the building but only the left can reach second floor, check the signage before you enter the lift. The hotel lobby provided free flow drinks and coffee machine (creamer n sugar provided as well). Their staff are very well trained, friendly and super polite, everytime you passby the reception, they will stand up and greet you. There is a laundry room, consist of one washing machine and one unit of dryer only, so you have to avoid the peak hour to use the machines. The shower room and toilet is separated and you can see through the glass door when you stand nearer to it.There is not robot machine to deliver things to your room, but if you have ordered food via *******, the driver can send the food directly to your room, there is no difficulty to enter the hotel area and 24/7 receptionist is stationed there. the cleaner did the clean up everyday. For housekeeping, they changed all the towels and replenish the toiletries every day. There is a fake garden beside the bathtub which a bit pointless. But the twin room do not have a window due to its position, hence maybe it is for decoration. So far, I am enjoying my stay and I would definitely stay here again when I visiting Kunming next time!

La habitación estaba bastante limpia, e incluso nos dieron una habitación superior. Sin embargo, mi hermano y yo queríamos una bañera, pero no pudimos usarla 😊. El personal fue muy atento; incluso nos llamaron para preguntar si necesitábamos limpieza. Nos dieron dos bebidas al momento de la salida. El único inconveniente fue que la cisterna del inodoro hacía demasiado ruido, lo cual resultaba un poco molesto al levantarnos por la noche.

Amenities, ive rated 3/5 to remain neutral as all we needed was a place to stay to accommodate our family of 5. Now, where do I begin, first of? if you sre arriving at this place via didi or taxi straight from the airport, do yourself a favour and get dropped off outside and walk to the entrance of the ”hotel”. If you get dropped off inside the underground parking lot, Goodluck to your driver finding the spot to drop you off that connects to the hotels' elevator (its a maze and once u get there, it looks sketchy but its alright). Now, for the location: the location is superb! You're legit right beside a large mall with Tonssssss of restaurants to eat at even late at night! It is simply very convenient. And if you dont mind walking, there's another mall down south thats about 15mins walk. Lots of things to do. The lobby, the receptionist were kind and warm. They provided water whenever asked and didn't hesitate to help where they could. The free tea upfront, although we didn't fully utilize, was a nice touch. Now for the room: we selected the largest room they had which had 3 bedrooms. The price? It was insanely good. Almost unheard of. It was between 50-70 Canadian during the time of booking. I couldn't believe it. But not all hotels are perfect, and i have to say some of the things i experienced could definitely be improved. The restroom area had some scent to it that I couldn't point out as to what the smell is. I had to leave the exhaust fan on to ensure a neutral atmosphere. It worked fyi. The living room: is huge but tell me how there's only a 2-3 people sofa available and one small chair and a table. Its a wasted space. It ought to offer a large lounging furniture at this kind of room. It felt bare. The windows: simply put, although they installed windows capable of sound deadening, the weather stripping and the latch simply doesnt bond the gaps efficiently. Meaning, coldness of the night still finds its way. Luckily, the hvac system works and the curtains are relatively thick and also automatic (adjust at will). The beds are ultra clean and the floors were relatively spotless. But there's honestly one thing that is have to think about if I ever decide to rebook. I personally don't smoke, and i requested for a deodorizing treatment for our room prior to coming. The room itself? It didn't smell like cigarettes which was awesome, but here's something I don't see bring possible to address: at night time, while I lay down and sleep, there is a smell of people smoking cigarettes whose odour is somehow able to travel through the air ducts. Like each and every night, it was the same ordeal. My son didn't say anything, my parents inlaw didn't say anything, but my wife and I, yeah we smelled it. It isnt like as if you're beside someone smoking cigarettes, but its more like a scent that goes along with the air in the room that suggest someone had smoked, just unsure when. Other than that, sure, the beds, pillows and comforters were all clean and comfy. Honestly, my family was OK with the room. The convenience and price is really really hard to beat. Like it is extremely beyond belief affordable. Perhaps id reconsider staying here again if we were in kunming. We'll see.

El hotel cuenta con un ambiente elegante, habitaciones amplias y limpias, e instalaciones completas y modernas. El personal es amable, atento y meticuloso, haciendo que los huéspedes se sientan como en casa. La ubicación es conveniente, con fácil acceso al transporte y una amplia variedad de restaurantes y tiendas en las inmediaciones. El desayuno es variado y delicioso. En general, la estancia fue muy cómoda, ideal tanto para viajes de negocios como de placer. Ofrece una excelente relación calidad-precio y vale la pena volver a elegirlo. Lo recomendaría a amigos y familiares; fue una estancia muy satisfactoria.

Las habitaciones eran estupendas, limpias y el servicio bueno. Hay un bar en el tercer piso, pero si puedes soportar el humo del cigarrillo, es divertido. Nos emborrachamos con solo pasar por delante, aunque habíamos planeado relajarnos antes. El olor a humo era insoportable, ya que permiten fumar en el bar. El hotel está justo al lado de la Puerta del Caballo (Pratu Dao), lo que facilita encontrar restaurantes. El metro también está cerca.

¡El ambiente del hotel es genial! La habitación es transparente y luminosa, tranquila y agradable en general, y la calidad del sueño es excelente. ¡Quiero volver la próxima vez! ¡La habitación es muy satisfactoria! Se duerme de maravilla y el baño está muy bien cuidado, con separación de ropa seca y húmeda. La distribución es razonable y el espacio es amplio, la iluminación es excelente y la vista es hermosa. Los detalles son limpios y ordenados, las instalaciones son nuevas e inteligentes, y la textura es perfecta. ¡Es la mejor opción para mi próximo viaje de negocios!

Really pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, easy to find and close to many attractions, which made getting around simple and hassle-free. Everything was exactly as advertised, from the room condition to the facilities provided. Overall, a smooth and satisfying experience, and if ever I am to return to Shangril-la, I would definitely consider staying here again.

La habitación está limpia e higiénica, el diseño de la decoración es muy bueno, la cama es muy cómoda para dormir y la señal de la red inalámbrica es muy buena. El jefe vio que éramos personas mayores y nos arregló especialmente una habitación muy tranquila. Cuando salimos a jugar, nos envió especialmente a la estación de metro. Nos conmovió mucho y seguiremos quedándonos la próxima vez.

La ubicación del alojamiento es bastante buena. Cerca de la estación de tren del norte y de la colina Yuantong, cerca de muchas atracciones turísticas importantes. El dueño es muy amable y ayuda en todo. Instalaciones completas Basura recogida todos los días. Los artículos de tocador se cambian todos los días. El alojamiento está limpio, hay muchos restaurantes y supermercados por aquí, en general se considera bueno. Me gustaría recomendar alojarse aquí.
