EEe LingHabitación muy limpia y ordenada. Te recargan Coca-Cola y licor todos los días. ¡La habitación incluye proyector y Xiao Du! Tuve una estadía maravillosa en este hotel. Excelente ubicación cerca del paraíso gastronómico y la zona de atracciones. Definitivamente volveré aquí nuevamente.

Location – The hotel offers exceptional convenience. It is approximately 30 minutes by car from Kunming Changshui International Airport, making it a practical choice for both air and rail travelers. More notably, it is just a 5-minute walk from Kunming Railway Station – ideal for those catching early morning trains or arriving on late-night services. Despite the proximity to the station, the room remained quiet and free from noise disturbance. Additionally, there are many restaurants nearby, offering plenty of dining options within easy walking distance. The location alone is a major highlight.
Amenities – The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with all essential amenities including reliable air conditioning, good water pressure in the shower, clean linens, and basic toiletries. A standout touch was the complimentary fruit platter provided as a welcome gift upon arrival and genuinely appreciated. Small, thoughtful details like this elevate the overall guest experience and make you feel genuinely welcomed.
Services – The staff delivered professional, attentive, and efficient service throughout our stay, with a genuine warmth that never felt forced. Check-in was quick and seamless, and any requests were handled promptly with a pleasant attitude. At checkout, the process was equally smooth, and the staff sincerely wished us safe travels. Overall, the service was reliable, hassle-free, and pleasantly warm.
For travelers seeking a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located hotel near Kunming Railway Station – just 5 minutes on foot, 30 minutes from the airport, and surrounded by many restaurants – with thoughtful amenities and professional yet warm service, Jiangye Hotel Chain (Kunming Railway Station Branch) is an excellent choice. Highly recommended for both short transit stays and longer visits to Kunming.

Now, where do I begin, first of? if you sre arriving at this place via didi or taxi straight from the airport, do yourself a favour and get dropped off outside and walk to the entrance of the ”hotel”. If you get dropped off inside the underground parking lot, Goodluck to your driver finding the spot to drop you off that connects to the hotels' elevator (its a maze and once u get there, it looks sketchy but its alright).
Now, for the location: the location is superb! You're legit right beside a large mall with Tonssssss of restaurants to eat at even late at night! It is simply very convenient. And if you dont mind walking, there's another mall down south thats about 15mins walk. Lots of things to do.
The lobby, the receptionist were kind and warm. They provided water whenever asked and didn't hesitate to help where they could. The free tea upfront, although we didn't fully utilize, was a nice touch.
Now for the room: we selected the largest room they had which had 3 bedrooms. The price? It was insanely good. Almost unheard of. It was between 50-70 Canadian during the time of booking. I couldn't believe it.
But not all hotels are perfect, and i have to say some of the things i experienced could definitely be improved.
The restroom area had some scent to it that I couldn't point out as to what the smell is. I had to leave the exhaust fan on to ensure a neutral atmosphere. It worked fyi.
The living room: is huge but tell me how there's only a 2-3 people sofa available and one small chair and a table. Its a wasted space. It ought to offer a large lounging furniture at this kind of room. It felt bare.
The windows: simply put, although they installed windows capable of sound deadening, the weather stripping and the latch simply doesnt bond the gaps efficiently. Meaning, coldness of the night still finds its way. Luckily, the hvac system works and the curtains are relatively thick and also automatic (adjust at will).
The beds are ultra clean and the floors were relatively spotless.
But there's honestly one thing that is have to think about if I ever decide to rebook. I personally don't smoke, and i requested for a deodorizing treatment for our room prior to coming. The room itself? It didn't smell like cigarettes which was awesome, but here's something I don't see bring possible to address: at night time, while I lay down and sleep, there is a smell of people smoking cigarettes whose odour is somehow able to travel through the air ducts. Like each and every night, it was the same ordeal. My son didn't say anything, my parents inlaw didn't say anything, but my wife and I, yeah we smelled it.
It isnt like as if you're beside someone smoking cigarettes, but its more like a scent that goes along with the air in the room that suggest someone had smoked, just unsure when.
Other than that, sure, the beds, pillows and comforters were all clean and comfy.
Honestly, my family was OK with the room. The convenience and price is really really hard to beat. Like it is extremely beyond belief affordable. Perhaps id reconsider staying here again if we were in kunming. We'll see.

XXue-YanMy sincere compliments to this hotel and the owners! This was my first time visiting China and I chose to stay in this hotel in Kunming for a few days. I really enjoyed my stay here as a tourist and would not have wanted it any other way, because I really fell in love with Kunming with this hotel as a basis. The room was very clean, which is very important to me. Also, the description indicated on the website aligned with the hotel, like free Wi-Fi, the room being smoke-free, housekeeping everyday, nearby attractions and a peaceful environment. Especially the latter was very convenient, since the hotel is situated within a community secured by a gate, away from the busy streets. The community is quiet at night, which made it a very peaceful basis to return to after a full day of activities - and also a nice environment to sleep. In the community but also at the gate, there were many restaurants which had delicious local food. The bus station was a short walk away, just in front of Guandu Ancient Town (which I really recommend to visit, just like the temples). Last but not least, the owners are very friendly. They were very patient with me (a foreigner not speaking Chinese) and translated everything to English using their mobile phones when they did not know the words. They made good recommendations for places to visit, like the Yunnan Provincial Museum, parks or good restaurants. There was always someone at the reception, which gave me a safe feeling, because there was always someone watching the people who entered the hotel. After my checkout, I was even allowed to leave my suitcase at the hotel for a while so I could explore the area one last time before I would move on to my next travel destination in China. This was definitely my best hotel experience so far, and at the time of writing this, I have visited more hotels in China and this one is still my top 1!

Higiene: limpio y ordenado, estándar de hotel.
Medio ambiente: Justo abajo se encuentran Golden Horse y Jade Rooster y la calle peatonal Nanping. La ubicación es excelente.

El jefe vio que éramos personas mayores y nos arregló especialmente una habitación muy tranquila. Cuando salimos a jugar, nos envió especialmente a la estación de metro. Nos conmovió mucho y seguiremos quedándonos la próxima vez.

El baño está limpio y sin olores, y el suministro de agua caliente es estable. El aislamiento acústico es de primera clase, no te molestará en absoluto y podrás dormir plácidamente toda la noche.
El servicio es aún mejor. La recepcionista es entusiasta y profesional, y el registro de entrada y salida es rapidísimo. Si tienes alguna necesidad, solo tienes que llamar a recepción y el personal te ayudará a resolverla rápidamente.

YY3U3K0IRecientemente me alojé en Lanfeng Homestay, cerca de la estación de tren de Kunming, y resultó ser una excelente elección tanto por su comodidad como por su conveniencia. Desde el momento en que llegué, me impresionó la limpieza general del lugar. Las habitaciones estaban impecables, bien mantenidas y se notaba que se cuidaban con esmero. La ropa de cama era fresca y cómoda, lo que me permitió descansar plácidamente después de largos días de viaje.
El alojamiento en sí es muy confortable, con el equilibrio perfecto entre sencillez y calidez. El interior está cuidadosamente distribuido, con suficiente espacio para el equipaje y todos los artículos esenciales que un viajero pueda necesitar. El ambiente es acogedor, lo que facilita relajarse y sentirse como en casa.
Uno de los mayores atractivos es su ubicación. Al estar a pocos pasos de la estación de tren de Kunming, es increíblemente conveniente para tomar trenes o explorar la ciudad. También hay muchas tiendas locales, restaurantes y opciones de transporte público cerca, lo que facilita mucho los desplazamientos. A pesar de estar tan cerca de la estación, el ambiente dentro del alojamiento es tranquilo y apacible.
En cuanto a la relación calidad-precio, Lanfeng Homestay es una excelente opción. El precio es muy razonable considerando la calidad del alojamiento, la limpieza de las instalaciones y su ubicación privilegiada. Es una opción práctica para viajeros que buscan comodidad sin gastar demasiado.
En resumen, recomiendo encarecidamente Lanfeng Homestay a cualquiera que visite Kunming, especialmente si viaja en tren. Es limpio, cómodo y ofrece una excelente relación calidad-precio, con una ubicación inmejorable.
