Estaba agotado física y mentalmente por las horas extras continuas, así que busqué específicamente este hotel para una escapada de bienestar, y la experiencia superó con creces mis expectativas. El hotel está escondido en una zona tranquila, lejos del bullicio de la ciudad. Con sus jardines frondosos, iluminación suave y un sutil aroma natural, mi mente se calmó en cuanto entré al vestíbulo. Las habitaciones tienen un diseño minimalista y relajante, con un excelente aislamiento de luz y sonido. La zona de yoga estaba bien equipada y el personal era amable y discreto, nunca interrumpió. Dormí profundamente toda la noche. Después de dos días, toda la ansiedad y el cansancio acumulados desaparecieron por completo. Realmente logré una doble sanación para el cuerpo y la mente. Es perfecto para quienes necesitan soledad, desconectar y regular sus emociones. Ya lo he guardado para volver a reservar repetidamente.

Esta fue nuestra segunda estancia aquí. Como hotel de tránsito en Kunming, Emily sigue siendo nuestra encargada, ¡y es realmente un tesoro! Me equivoqué con la hora de devolución del coche de alquiler, y con todas las maletas, íbamos muy justos de tiempo. Agradezco al personal de limpieza de habitaciones, ya que acababa de llegar a Dounan y sin haber comprado aún, ya había recogido cuatro ramos de flores y los había arreglado en la habitación, así que había bastante basura. En resumen, este es un hotel que se gestiona con dedicación, y es donde me alojaré la próxima vez que vaya a Kunming.

Hotel very new at her 3rd year. Fun interacting with the Robot sent extra drinking water to us. We stayed only one night and checked out at 6am in the morning to catch a 7am HSR. Location near to major shopping centres in the Chenggong area, Didi private hire costs ard 10-14 rmb to the malls.

The hotel is beautifully located by a serene, quiet lake, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing stay. It is particularly popular among families with children, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast is fantastic, especially if you go early in the morning when the food is freshly prepared. However, later in the day, the selection may not be as fresh. While the staff does not speak English, navigating your stay is still manageable with some basic Chinese and the help of Google Translate—just as it is in many parts of China. I highly recommend booking a room with a spa on the balcony. These rooms are located on the second floor, offering greater privacy and more outdoor space. The spa feature itself can be a bit tricky to use—you need to ensure the water level is just right, as too much or too little will prevent it from working properly. Overall, the hotel is very clean, and the staff is accommodating and responsive to any requests. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with excellent amenities, this is a great choice. Recientemente visité Kunming y me alojé en el Hotel Haili Binya Wanda Hot Spring. ¡La experiencia fue fantástica! El hotel es fácilmente accesible, justo en la intersección de la avenida Guannan y la calle Guangfu, junto al lago Dianchi y con impresionantes vistas. Además, está convenientemente ubicado cerca de atracciones como el Parque de los Humedales y la Aldea Étnica de Yunnan. La arquitectura del hotel desprende un fuerte encanto del sudeste asiático. Nada más entrar, te sientes como si estuvieras de vacaciones en Tailandia. La piscina cubierta climatizada con atrio, de 1130 metros cuadrados, cuenta con aguas cristalinas, ideales para un refrescante baño. También hay una zona de juegos infantiles donde los niños no querrán irse. En el exterior, hay 18 piscinas termales, cada una con un hermoso diseño y privacidad. El baño de vapor de sal también merece una visita; te deja con una sensación de relajación total. También disfruté de un masaje de aromaterapia herbal. La técnica experta del masajista y su suave presión fueron perfectas, dejándome completamente renovado. Las opciones gastronómicas también son excelentes. El restaurante de mariscos Xilehui y el restaurante Yiduo Yuntai ofrecen un menú rico y variado, con cocina de Yunnan, Sichuan, cantonesa y tailandesa, para todos los gustos. Cada plato se prepara con ingredientes frescos y es increíblemente delicioso. El servicio es excepcionalmente atento, desde el personal de recepción al momento del check-in hasta el personal de las aguas termales. We recently stayed at this hotel with my husband and had quite a mixed experience – some parts were truly lovely, while others left us a bit disappointed. First of all, the villa itself was absolutely beautiful and incredibly spacious. The natural hot spring water was one of the highlights of our stay — such a relaxing and unique experience. The surrounding territory is also well-maintained and very peaceful, perfect for disconnecting and enjoying nature. However, it’s important to note that the location is quite remote — it took us around an hour to get to places where we could eat or enjoy a cup of coffee. This is understandable considering the mountain setting and access to hot springs. The afternoon tea was decent, and although lunch wasn’t included in our stay, we tried the local mixian noodles and they were absolutely delicious! Must try! Unfortunately, breakfast was disappointing, especially for guests like us who don’t eat pork or pork oil - there were very few options. A few maintenance and cleanliness issues also affected our stay. The outdoor pool was not super clean, some insects were swimming there. While we really loved the hot spring bathtub in the villa, the facilities could use a bit more upkeep. The toilet setup was quite basic — a minimum upgrade like a bidet spray or shower toilet would make a big difference, especially for international or Muslim guests. A more distressing part of our stay was that we found dead insects under the blanket in our bed after returning to our room one evening 🥲 I do appreciate the staff’s polite and kind response – they offered tea and explained it may have fallen from the ceiling – but for someone with a strong phobia of insects, this made it difficult to sleep and really affected my comfort. I do believe this is something that should be taken more seriously, especially in a hotel of this level. Despite these issues, the staff was very polite, cute and extremely helpful & friendly, and I can see the potential for a truly magical experience here with just a few improvements. I really wanted to love everything — and part of me did — but I was also happy to go back home, just to feel more comfortable and relaxed.

Desde las instalaciones hasta el servicio, todo fue impecable. Su conveniente ubicación y sus completas comodidades lo convierten en una opción ideal para viajar a Kunming. Wanted a special place for some relaxing time together. Do not want to try the usual hotel in the city. After going through the photos, decided to give it a try. And voila….. absolutely no regrets choosing this hotel. The service provided was top notch, the staff are friendly, courteous and prompt. Housekeeping staff always clean up the villa to a level which I had no way to complain. Always willing to go the extra miles in providing personal services to the guests. The Villa I booked had a private hot spring and a huge garden which had the best view in my opinion. Every evening, we are able to watch the sunset in our private garden. It was really out of this world, couples must definitely try it. Everyday the hotel will provide a fruit basket and top up the bar counter with drinks and snacks at no costs. The ever-friendly staff (Miss Lee) even told me to let her know if there are any fruits I would like, she would arrange to fill it up in the fruit basket. She even check with me a few times if there are anything she could do to improve the stay with the hotel. Kudos to the management team for instilling this high service standard. Miss Lee even contacted me after I check out to ask for my feedback. Keep up the wonderful work. I will definitely be back. For this trip is filled with so much wonderful memories. Thanks to the team.

Nice place to get away from the city for a couple of days without having to travel too far. Well-appointed rooms and higher floors offer nice views of the lake and hills with Kunming city in the background, as well as the amusement park next door. Good breakfast selection including Western options. Even though not all the hot springs were open mid-week, there were still enough options to get some privacy. Not much of interest around the hotel apartment from the hot springs and amusement park but that was fine for us.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Manshuiju Three-Bedroom Villa in Kunming and highly recommend it to all travelers! Surrounded by a tranquil traditional Chinese garden, the villa boasts elegant architecture and lush greenery throughout. The environment is peaceful with great privacy, creating a perfect retreat for relaxation. The three-bedroom unit is incredibly spacious with a practical layout, and every bedroom comes with an independent bathroom. All fixtures and amenities are premium and well-kept, offering top-tier comfort for the whole group. What impressed us most was the thoughtful touches. A complimentary bottle of red wine was delivered directly to our room, adding a nice touch to our stay. They also specially prepared children’s toiletries, which was really considerate for families with kids. The courtyard features a private outdoor hot spring pool filled with natural spring water. Soaking in the warm water was extremely relaxing and helped us unwind completely after sightseeing. The dedicated butler service was attentive and responsive, taking good care of every detail. Besides, the location is handy for exploring local attractions. This villa is an excellent pick for family vacations and group gatherings. We loved every moment here and will definitely book again on our next trip to Kunming!
