El servicio del hotel es bueno, el personal es muy profesional y entusiasta, y nos quedamos muy cómodos y cómodos. Agradezco al personal de limpieza de habitaciones, ya que acababa de llegar a Dounan y sin haber comprado aún, ya había recogido cuatro ramos de flores y los había arreglado en la habitación, así que había bastante basura. En resumen, este es un hotel que se gestiona con dedicación, y es donde me alojaré la próxima vez que vaya a Kunming.

Some aspects of my stay were excellent but a few things were terrible.  I will mention the good things first.  The room was large, beautiful and gave a beautiful view of the sunset.  The bathroom was superb indeed and the bathroom amenities were superior as was the shower, toilet and everything associated with the bathroom.   The problems were as follow:  There was no dining facilities in the hotel  to eat dinner and I was very hungry after traveling 12 hours by train from Shanghai.  I had to walk very far to get to the area that has restaurants  and  food kiosks.  When I returned to the hotel with some food that needed refrigeration, I discovered the refrigerator  in my room was not working.  I called for service and the worker who came to check said  the refrigerator was broken and could not be replaced.  this was a big problem since I needed to refrigerate the only food I had purchased.  Finally, another staff came to my room and discovered the refrigerator was in fact , not broken.  It was not plugged in properly so that problem was finally resolved after a very long time.  The worst thing  was the bed.  It was so hard, it was painful to lay down on it and impossible to sleep on it.  I called the desk for help and they told me that they did not have a softer mattress to give me.  The mattress was as hard as concrete and I was desperate to sleep.  A staff member came up with a suitable solution.  She brought several duvets and covered the hard mattress with them--placing them one on top of another until I was finally able to lay down on the bed without experiencing pain.  It was very late in the middle of the night before I was finally able to lay down on the bed and go to sleep.   In summary, the room itself was excellent and the bathroom was superior.  Unfortunately, the mattress was entirely unacceptable and impossible to sleep upon.  It was also very disappointing that the worker did not know how to. get the refrigerator to work properly but his superior knew immediately what the problem was.  Much time was wasted until she resolved the problem.  The worker should have been more knowledgeable  and competent.

El baño de vapor de sal también merece una visita; te deja con una sensación de relajación total. También disfruté de un masaje de aromaterapia herbal. La técnica experta del masajista y su suave presión fueron perfectas, dejándome completamente renovado. Las opciones gastronómicas también son excelentes. El restaurante de mariscos Xilehui y el restaurante Yiduo Yuntai ofrecen un menú rico y variado, con cocina de Yunnan, Sichuan, cantonesa y tailandesa, para todos los gustos. Cada plato se prepara con ingredientes frescos y es increíblemente delicioso. El servicio es excepcionalmente atento, desde el personal de recepción al momento del check-in hasta el personal de las aguas termales. Todos son muy amables y atentos, y cualquier solicitud es atendida con prontitud. ¡Esta estancia fue realmente maravillosa y sin duda volveré a alojarme aquí cuando esté en Kunming!

Como siempre, una de las principales razones para elegir el Sofitel fueron sus camas. La comodidad de alta calidad y el sistema SOFITEL MYBED son imprescindibles en Kunming. El hotel conserva la grandeza de un hotel de lujo tradicional. Desde los botones hasta la recepción, pasando por el servicio de habitaciones y el servicio de limpieza, todos fueron no solo entusiastas, sino también muy profesionales. Durante mi estancia de tres días, tuve varios problemas con la recepción y agradecí enormemente la atención y profesionalidad de Xiao Xue, quien me ayudó a resolver muchos problemas de forma sencilla, clara y eficiente. La ubicación del hotel es ideal, con vistas panorámicas de Kunming, e incluso se puede ver el lago Dianchi desde la habitación. Hello everyone. We stayed at this hotel at the end of November 2024. Initially, we booked the hotel for 5 days, then we extended, extended and in the end, we stayed there for 11 nights. The hotel is new, clean. The rooms have good quality robes, toiletries. We were quite satisfied with the breakfasts. We were pleased with the availability of freshly squeezed juices. The main staff does not speak English, but this is not a problem, since the on-line translator saves us, and the staff tries very hard to understand what you want from them. The only person who speaks excellent English was the manager Sam. A man passionate about his work. He told us a lot about the hotel and what is nearby. And there is a lot there: a park with playgrounds, a bungee jump, and a birdhouse with parrots. Sam showed us a place next to the hotel, which is a set for films. Boat station, where you can take a boat and take a walk on the lake and go straight to the hotel grounds. The hotel itself is in a great location, in a lowland, on the shore of the lake. If you plan a trip to Kunming, then it is far from the city. But we needed a quiet and beautiful place. And we got it. With the window open in the evenings and mornings you can hear the fish splashing in the lake and the ducks quacking. It was great to sleep, as the mattress and pillows are of excellent quality. We will definitely come back here and will recommend it to our friends. P.S. Once again, we say a huge thank you to Sam, he not only told and showed us a lot about the hotel and the surrounding area, he also helped us solve some issues with our luggage at the airport. A wonderful, responsive person. The hotel management is very lucky to have such a person on their team.

Wanted a special place for some relaxing time together. Do not want to try the usual hotel in the city. After going through the photos, decided to give it a try. And voila….. absolutely no regrets choosing this hotel. The service provided was top notch, the staff are friendly, courteous and prompt. Housekeeping staff always clean up the villa to a level which I had no way to complain. Always willing to go the extra miles in providing personal services to the guests. The Villa I booked had a private hot spring and a huge garden which had the best view in my opinion. Every evening, we are able to watch the sunset in our private garden. It was really out of this world, couples must definitely try it. Everyday the hotel will provide a fruit basket and top up the bar counter with drinks and snacks at no costs. The ever-friendly staff (Miss Lee) even told me to let her know if there are any fruits I would like, she would arrange to fill it up in the fruit basket. She even check with me a few times if there are anything she could do to improve the stay with the hotel. Kudos to the management team for instilling this high service standard. Miss Lee even contacted me after I check out to ask for my feedback. Keep up the wonderful work. I will definitely be back. For this trip is filled with so much wonderful memories. 好評 | 昆明皇冠假日酒店，德佑會議沖就完事兒！ 這次來昆明開德佑的會，選了這家皇冠假日，體驗真的絕了！ 入住的時候前台小姐姐羅玉仙女士，李田女士手腳賊麻利，核對訊息、辦手續幾分鐘就搞定，還特意跟我説了會議室在哪層、幾點開門，咱趕會議的人就愛這種不拖沓的！ 我訂的商務大床房，房間寬敞得很，床品軟乎乎的，跑了一天腿躺上去直接不想起來。衞生間是乾濕分離的，洗漱用品啥都配齊了，熱水也一直很穩，早上沖個澡整個人都清醒了，開會都更有精神。 重點誇誇會議室！投影清楚得很，音響一點雜音都沒有，一整天的會開下來，設備壓根沒掉過鏈子。工作人員還時不時進來添茶倒水，細節真的太到位了。 餐廳的飯也必須提一嘴！早餐種類超多，中式西式都有，昆明本地的米線味道很正宗，麪包水果也都新鮮。中午的會議簡餐也不糊弄，葷素搭配得好，分量也夠，吃完下午開會都不犯困。 再説位置，離會議場地近，出門打車、找地方吃飯都方便。 總之這次住得超滿意，下次來昆明出差開會，還選這家！真心推薦給各位同行！

很少對一家酒店的評價是賓至如歸，這家柏聯值得！ 首先説服務，淡季入住，服務人員並不多，但是能感覺到從管家大山到餐廳、温泉、前台所有服務人員的熱情專業。前台服務人員一人身兼多職，幫我們泡茶、開車送我們去房間等。全程顯示出專業的培訓水準。 雖然是一家開業二十年的酒店了，但是處處不覺得老舊，酒店處處是風景、温泉也很不錯。房間的院子美到窒息。 驚喜的是餐廳的出品很好吃，雲南菜系做的很棒。 下次還會再來的。 酒店還贈送了免費的商務車機場接送機服務和消費券在酒店用餐或者spa使用。很不錯。
