Hoteles con spa en Kunming

Esta fue nuestra segunda estancia aquí. Como hotel de tránsito en Kunming, Emily sigue siendo nuestra encargada, ¡y es realmente un tesoro! Me equivoqué con la hora de devolución del coche de alquiler, y con todas las maletas, íbamos muy justos de tiempo. Después de comunicarme con Emily con antelación, todo fluyó a la perfección, una verdadera carrera contra el tiempo, ¡muchas gracias! El restaurante Diezhuo del hotel fue lo más destacado de esta estancia. Casualmente, coincidimos con el despiece de un atún. El ambiente del restaurante era agradable, los ingredientes frescos y el gerente del restaurante tenía una gran conciencia de servicio, siendo genuino y entusiasta. Incluso nos regalaron platos y postres. La comida estaba en su punto, especialmente el yakitori, que estaba excelente. La habitación en la que nos alojamos esta vez fue la 2307. Agradezco al personal de limpieza de habitaciones, ya que acababa de llegar a Dounan y sin haber comprado aún, ya había recogido cuatro ramos de flores y los había arreglado en la habitación, así que había bastante basura. En resumen, este es un hotel que se gestiona con dedicación, y es donde me alojaré la próxima vez que vaya a Kunming.

Some aspects of my stay were excellent but a few things were terrible.  I will mention the good things first.  The room was large, beautiful and gave a beautiful view of the sunset.  The bathroom was superb indeed and the bathroom amenities were superior as was the shower, toilet and everything associated with the bathroom.   The problems were as follow:  There was no dining facilities in the hotel  to eat dinner and I was very hungry after traveling 12 hours by train from Shanghai.  I had to walk very far to get to the area that has restaurants  and  food kiosks.  When I returned to the hotel with some food that needed refrigeration, I discovered the refrigerator  in my room was not working.  I called for service and the worker who came to check said  the refrigerator was broken and could not be replaced.  this was a big problem since I needed to refrigerate the only food I had purchased.  Finally, another staff came to my room and discovered the refrigerator was in fact , not broken.  It was not plugged in properly so that problem was finally resolved after a very long time.  The worst thing  was the bed.  It was so hard, it was painful to lay down on it and impossible to sleep on it.  I called the desk for help and they told me that they did not have a softer mattress to give me.  The mattress was as hard as concrete and I was desperate to sleep.  A staff member came up with a suitable solution.  She brought several duvets and covered the hard mattress with them--placing them one on top of another until I was finally able to lay down on the bed without experiencing pain.  It was very late in the middle of the night before I was finally able to lay down on the bed and go to sleep.   In summary, the room itself was excellent and the bathroom was superior.  Unfortunately, the mattress was entirely unacceptable and impossible to sleep upon.  It was also very disappointing that the worker did not know how to. get the refrigerator to work properly but his superior knew immediately what the problem was.  Much time was wasted until she resolved the problem.  The worker should have been more knowledgeable  and competent. 

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and can wholeheartedly recommend it. Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The pool and the hot spring area were fantastic – perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day. One of the highlights for me was definitely the garden: it is huge, beautifully green, and incredibly peaceful. It’s the perfect place to slow down and truly relax. The food was also excellent, with a great variety and very high quality. What stood out the most, however, was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful – whether it was housekeeping, the restaurant team, the lounge staff, or the reception. The hotel is also very foreigner-friendly, and communication in English was smooth and easy at all times. I would especially like to highlight the receptionist Kaia, who took care of us throughout our entire stay. She was always available via WeChat, answered all our questions, and made sure we had everything we needed! Thank you for such a great experience – we definitely want to come back

Recientemente visité Kunming y me alojé en el Hotel Haili Binya Wanda Hot Spring. ¡La experiencia fue fantástica! El restaurante de mariscos Xilehui y el restaurante Yiduo Yuntai ofrecen un menú rico y variado, con cocina de Yunnan, Sichuan, cantonesa y tailandesa, para todos los gustos. El hotel conserva la grandeza de un hotel de lujo tradicional. Hello everyone. We stayed at this hotel at the end of November 2024. Initially, we booked the hotel for 5 days, then we extended, extended and in the end, we stayed there for 11 nights. The hotel is new, clean. The rooms have good quality robes, toiletries. We were quite satisfied with the breakfasts. We were pleased with the availability of freshly squeezed juices. The main staff does not speak English, but this is not a problem, since the on-line translator saves us, and the staff tries very hard to understand what you want from them. The only person who speaks excellent English was the manager Sam. A man passionate about his work. He told us a lot about the hotel and what is nearby. And there is a lot there: a park with playgrounds, a bungee jump, and a birdhouse with parrots. Sam showed us a place next to the hotel, which is a set for films. Boat station, where you can take a boat and take a walk on the lake and go straight to the hotel grounds. The hotel itself is in a great location, in a lowland, on the shore of the lake. If you plan a trip to Kunming, then it is far from the city. But we needed a quiet and beautiful place. And we got it. With the window open in the evenings and mornings you can hear the fish splashing in the lake and the ducks quacking. It was great to sleep, as the mattress and pillows are of excellent quality. We will definitely come back here and will recommend it to our friends. P.S. Once again, we say a huge thank you to Sam, he not only told and showed us a lot about the hotel and the surrounding area, he also helped us solve some issues with our luggage at the airport. A wonderful, responsive person. The hotel management is very lucky to have such a person on their team.

El hotel está situado a medio camino de la montaña y desde su habitación podrá contemplar el lago Dianchi. Nice place to get away from the city for a couple of days without having to travel too far. Well-appointed rooms and higher floors offer nice views of the lake and hills with Kunming city in the background, as well as the amusement park next door. Good breakfast selection including Western options. Even though not all the hot springs were open mid-week, there were still enough options to get some privacy. Not much of interest around the hotel apartment from the hot springs and amusement park but that was fine for us.

My stay at this resort was incredibly pleasant. The courtyard boasts thriving lush trees, neat lawns and bright blue sky, creating a refreshing natural atmosphere. The private outdoor hot spring pool is wrapped in dense green vines and rugged stones, offering wonderful privacy for relaxation. The bedroom adopts warm wood-toned decor with soft, fluffy bedding that guarantees restful sleep. The bathroom features premium dark stone countertops, well-prepared toiletries and sleek lighting fixtures with refined detailing. Every area is kept tidy. The tranquil garden scenery, cozy guest room layout and soothing hot spring experience help me shake off daily fatigue fully. I will absolutely book this place again on my next trip.
