«La habitación era grande y tranquila, con una separación de tres zonas (seco, húmedo). La ducha era espaciosa, con buena presión de agua y una cuerda extensible para colgar toallas y ropa. El portaequipajes era lo suficientemente grande para dos maletas grandes, lo cual es excelente, ya que en la mayoría de los hoteles el espacio para el equipaje es pequeño y dificulta abrir o guardar cosas. El desayuno era excepcional, muy variado, con opciones chinas, occidentales y especialidades de Yunnan, y el restaurante era alto y luminoso, lo que hacía la comida muy agradable. El servicio también fue muy bueno. Al hacer el check-in nos dieron fruta y galletas. La ubicación está a unos siete u ocho minutos a pie del metro, y coger un taxi también es conveniente, ya que se encuentra en una pequeña calle que conecta dos avenidas principales, con varios restaurantes y puestos de comida cerca.»

Location near to major shopping centres in the Chenggong area, Didi private hire costs ard 10-14 rmb to the malls.

I want to especially thank Sam who went above and beyond for us making sure we had everything we needed and helping us book everything from meals to tours in the area. I was there with my wife and kids and the family facilities were superb. A great pool with a kids area (slide and all) , jacuzzis on the side as well. There was also a kids club so the little ones always had something to do. The hotel really had a view on a lake and forest island, highly recommend for a weekend getaway from the cities.

El hotel es fácilmente accesible, justo en la intersección de la avenida Guannan y la calle Guangfu, junto al lago Dianchi y con impresionantes vistas. Además, está convenientemente ubicado cerca de atracciones como el Parque de los Humedales y la Aldea Étnica de Yunnan.
La arquitectura del hotel desprende un fuerte encanto del sudeste asiático. Nada más entrar, te sientes como si estuvieras de vacaciones en Tailandia. La vegetación tropical y la exquisita decoración crean un ambiente relajante y acogedor.
¡Las aguas termales y el spa del hotel son realmente un punto culminante! La piscina cubierta climatizada con atrio, de 1130 metros cuadrados, cuenta con aguas cristalinas, ideales para un refrescante baño. También hay una zona de juegos infantiles donde los niños no querrán irse. En el exterior, hay 18 piscinas termales, cada una con un hermoso diseño y privacidad. El baño de vapor de sal también merece una visita; te deja con una sensación de relajación total. También disfruté de un masaje de aromaterapia herbal. La técnica experta del masajista y su suave presión fueron perfectas, dejándome completamente renovado. Las opciones gastronómicas también son excelentes. El restaurante de mariscos Xilehui y el restaurante Yiduo Yuntai ofrecen un menú rico y variado, con cocina de Yunnan, Sichuan, cantonesa y tailandesa, para todos los gustos. Cada plato se prepara con ingredientes frescos y es increíblemente delicioso.
El servicio es excepcionalmente atento, desde el personal de recepción al momento del check-in hasta el personal de las aguas termales. DDiana AldereiWe recently stayed at this hotel with my husband and had quite a mixed experience – some parts were truly lovely, while others left us a bit disappointed.
First of all, the villa itself was absolutely beautiful and incredibly spacious. The natural hot spring water was one of the highlights of our stay — such a relaxing and unique experience. The surrounding territory is also well-maintained and very peaceful, perfect for disconnecting and enjoying nature.
However, it’s important to note that the location is quite remote — it took us around an hour to get to places where we could eat or enjoy a cup of coffee. This is understandable considering the mountain setting and access to hot springs.
The afternoon tea was decent, and although lunch wasn’t included in our stay, we tried the local mixian noodles and they were absolutely delicious! Must try! Unfortunately, breakfast was disappointing, especially for guests like us who don’t eat pork or pork oil - there were very few options.
A few maintenance and cleanliness issues also affected our stay. The outdoor pool was not super clean, some insects were swimming there. While we really loved the hot spring bathtub in the villa, the facilities could use a bit more upkeep. The toilet setup was quite basic — a minimum upgrade like a bidet spray or shower toilet would make a big difference, especially for international or Muslim guests.
A more distressing part of our stay was that we found dead insects under the blanket in our bed after returning to our room one evening 🥲 I do appreciate the staff’s polite and kind response – they offered tea and explained it may have fallen from the ceiling – but for someone with a strong phobia of insects, this made it difficult to sleep and really affected my comfort. I do believe this is something that should be taken more seriously, especially in a hotel of this level.
Despite these issues, the staff was very polite, cute and extremely helpful & friendly, and I can see the potential for a truly magical experience here with just a few improvements. I really wanted to love everything — and part of me did — but I was also happy to go back home, just to feel more comfortable and relaxed.

Desde las instalaciones hasta el servicio, todo fue impecable. Su conveniente ubicación y sus completas comodidades lo convierten en una opción ideal para viajar a Kunming. UUsuario invitadoWanted a special place for some relaxing time together. Do not want to try the usual hotel in the city. After going through the photos, decided to give it a try. And voila….. absolutely no regrets choosing this hotel. The service provided was top notch, the staff are friendly, courteous and prompt. Housekeeping staff always clean up the villa to a level which I had no way to complain. Always willing to go the extra miles in providing personal services to the guests. The Villa I booked had a private hot spring and a huge garden which had the best view in my opinion. Every evening, we are able to watch the sunset in our private garden. It was really out of this world, couples must definitely try it. Everyday the hotel will provide a fruit basket and top up the bar counter with drinks and snacks at no costs. The ever-friendly staff (Miss Lee) even told me to let her know if there are any fruits I would like, she would arrange to fill it up in the fruit basket. She even check with me a few times if there are anything she could do to improve the stay with the hotel. Kudos to the management team for instilling this high service standard. Miss Lee even contacted me after I check out to ask for my feedback. Keep up the wonderful work. I will definitely be back. For this trip is filled with so much wonderful memories. Thanks to the team.

Llilly01這次入住真的是一次超出預期的完美體驗！從抵達的那一刻起，服務就讓人倍感温暖。車子剛停穩，工作人員就主動迎上來幫忙拿行李，辦理入住時還貼心地為我們免費升級了房型，驚喜滿滿。更感動的是，第二天退房時因為小寶寶還在睡覺沒醒，前台毫不猶豫地幫我們延遲了退房時間。
酒店的性價比也非常高，套餐裏竟然包含了七彩雲南歡樂世界的雙人門票，省去了我們額外購票的麻煩，算下來非常超值。整個酒店環境像花園一樣優美安靜，出門就是樂園，便利性滿分。
特別要提的是，這裏真的太適合帶娃家庭了！酒店內的花園區域設有專門的小童樂園，還有温順可愛的小兔子可以近距離投喂和互動。
每一位遇到的服務人員都禮貌周到、笑容親切。

Surrounded by a tranquil traditional Chinese garden, the villa boasts elegant architecture and lush greenery throughout. The environment is peaceful with great privacy, creating a perfect retreat for relaxation. The three-bedroom unit is incredibly spacious with a practical layout, and every bedroom comes with an independent bathroom. All fixtures and amenities are premium and well-kept, offering top-tier comfort for the whole group.
What impressed us most was the thoughtful touches. A complimentary bottle of red wine was delivered directly to our room, adding a nice touch to our stay. They also specially prepared children’s toiletries, which was really considerate for families with kids.
The courtyard features a private outdoor hot spring pool filled with natural spring water. Soaking in the warm water was extremely relaxing and helped us unwind completely after sightseeing. The dedicated butler service was attentive and responsive, taking good care of every detail. Besides, the location is handy for exploring local attractions.
This villa is an excellent pick for family vacations and group gatherings. We loved every moment here and will definitely book again on our next trip to Kunming!
